The evolution of the phenomenon of regionalization in old and new regionalism, regional trade agreements and their features (RTAs) is traced based on the provisions of regional science and trade relations, and it is shown that the emergence of numerous RTAs is one of the most significant trends in the modern development of international trade. Theoretical aspects of the influence of regional trade on regional development are considered, in particular within the growth of GDP. On the example of various regions (in particular, Asia-Pacific region, North American continent, South Africa), it is demonstrated that RTAs, as well as free trade areas (FTA) stimulate economic growth in participating countries through increased trade, economies of scale, knowledge and technology transfer. Moreover, it is concluded that the growing trend of regionalization contributes, on the one hand, to strengthening the processes of globalization, on the other hand, to the isolation of integration groupings from the world market and increasing their independence from external demand, allowing participating countries to resist emerging crises and economic shocks.

The focus of this article is on the evolution of cultural policy and strategy within Ukraine in the context of its integration with the European Union. A historical investigation into the shared origins of the Ukrainian population and European peoples is conducted, emphasizing Slavic heritage and communal settlements. The regulatory framework governing the progress of Ukrainian culture in its independent state is delineated. The primary hypotheses and trajectories for the advancement of Ukrainian cultural policy, as articulated in the "Long-term Strategy for the Development of Culture until 2025," are expounded upon. In aggregate, it is ascertained that the outlined objectives within the Strategy currently fall short of addressing the imperatives incumbent upon the nation to affirm its national identity and align with the attainments of European civilization. It is discerned that the absence of a cultural diplomacy framework in Ukraine stands in stark contrast to the substantial outcomes achieved through this paradigm across the majority of European Union member states. Additionally, an exploration of both shared features and distinctions in cultural policy and strategy between the European Union as an entity and select member countries is undertaken. The European Union's strategy, characterized by its dynamic and targeted approach, is notable for its commitment to preserving the integrity of nations and ethnicities. This strategy places considerable emphasis on respecting the distinct national identities and traditions of each country and its constituent nations. Of particular significance is the instance of the Republic of Poland, the Republic of Italy, and Finland, wherein the cultivation of cultural diplomacy has been a focal point. These examples underscore the diverse routes undertaken to achieve cultural recognition and formulate distinct cultural strategies for each nation. This serves as an indication that cultural policy ought to evolve into a responsibility shared among the state, diplomatic representatives, and cultural stakeholders within Ukraine. The ongoing conflict instigated by Russia underscores once again the multi-dimensional trajectory characterizing Ukraine's cultural evolution. It underscores Ukraine's heightened dedication to unity and the rejuvenation of the European principles that were proclaimed during the twentieth century.

In this article, the authors prove how introducing a control system for enterprises will, firstly, increase the level of business controllability and reduce the time for making managerial decisions. Secondly, it will help to control the company's assets and manage costs more effectively. Thirdly, it will significantly increase the profitability of joint-stock companies and ensure risk control and risk mitigation to increase the investment attractiveness of the business. Due to the variety of external and internal factors influencing the organization, there cannot be a one-size-fits-all recommendation for establishing a controlling function within a company. Empirical research shows that the most important influencing factors in controlling an organization are the size of the company and the dynamics of changes in the external business environment. In small enterprises, the chief accountant typically performs the controlling function, whose responsibilities include analytical accounting and budgeting. In larger enterprises, specialized departments are created with various tasks related to coordinating management processes and control. The relationship between control functions and environmental dynamics is quite interesting. In companies operating in a stable environment, the controller is seen as a recorder. In a limited variability of the external environment, the controller performs the role of a navigator, providing the company's departments with the most rational planning and control tools. In a turbulent environment, the number of problems that need to be addressed increases significantly. In such a situation, the controller emerges as an innovator who directly participates in problem-solving. In essence, controlling does not necessarily require a separate controller position. Instead, it implies the presence of specific tasks that the company's executives or management can perform. Initially, it is necessary to determine whether the controlling functions can be distributed among existing departments or if creating an independent controlling department is better.

The present study centers on the examination of the structure and nuances of Internet memes as exemplars of verbal communication. Its objective is to depict and scrutinize Internet memes chosen by theme as linguistic manifestations of sociopolitical and cultural significance. Additionally, the paper aims to investigate the interrelation between the visual and textual elements within the meme. The principal hypothesis posits that Internet memes encompass a range of linguistic devices that aid in constructing the semantic framework of the message and ease the identification of embedded cultural cues. The research methodology is comprehensive, employing descriptive techniques, analysis and synthesis, tools from the comparative method, and surveys of respondents. The study's findings indicate that the structure of Internet memes is fragmented, yet adequate in forming a comprehensive array of meanings, which are also shaped through linguistic mechanisms. Furthermore, this assertion holds true across all three languages analyzed. Future investigations into the cultural and social components of memes, explored through verbal expression using metaphor theory and structural anthropology, can enhance our comprehension of meme creation dynamics and the foundation of its widespread appeal.
