Hubungan Bcs Dengan Kualitas Kolostrum Ditinjau Dari Solid Non Fat Dan Berat Jenis Kolostrum Sapi PFH Bcs与结肠质素的关系是由非肥牛的纯固体和对等质量所决定的

The reasearch was purposed to find out correlation about body condition score (BCS) of dairy cow on colostrum quality in terms of Solid Non Fat (SNF) and Specific Gravity. The material was used 30 pregnant of dairy cows with 9𝑡ℎ months old. The method that used in the research was using survey and observation methods. Sampling was done by purposive sampling old pregnant dairy cows. The variables measured were Solid Non Fat (SNF) and Specific Grafity. Data were tabulated to SPSS 20 version, then analyzed descriptively and linear regression analysis using the SPSS program to determine the correlation of the old pregnant BCS of dairy cow on quality colostrum. The result showed an average was BCS 4, BCS of the old pregnant dairy cow showed a  significant correlation (P<0.05) on quality of colostrum in terms of Solid Non Fat (SNF)  with a correlation coefficient (r) = 0.749 and the determinantion coefficient (𝑅2) = 56% and BCS of the old pregnant dairy cow showed a  significant correlation to (P<0.05) on quality of colostrum Specific Grafity  with a correlation coefficient (r) = 0.787 and the determinantion coefficient (𝑅2) = 62% . It can be concluded a good BCS is a range of BCS (3-4), so that breeders should be controling the BCS of dairy cattle. If the value of BCS was great it make the higher quality of colostrum, so a new born calf will be grow well because the quality of colostrum was also great.
本研究旨在探讨奶牛体况评分(BCS)与初乳品质在固体非脂肪(SNF)和比重方面的相关性。该材料用于30头9𝑡个月大的怀孕奶牛。本研究采用的方法是调查观察法。采用有目的的高龄妊娠奶牛抽样。测量的变量是固体非脂肪(SNF)和比重力。将数据制表至SPSS 20版,运用SPSS程序进行描述性分析和线性回归分析,确定奶牛老孕BCS与优质初乳的相关性。结果显示平均BCS 4, BCS旧怀孕的奶牛表现出显著相关性(P < 0.05)质量的初乳固体非脂肪(SNF)相关系数(r) = 0.749和determinantion系数(𝑅2)= 56%,BCS老怀孕奶牛表现出显著相关性(P < 0.05)的初乳质量特定Grafity相关系数(r) = 0.787, determinantion系数(𝑅2)= 62%。结论:良好的BCS范围为(3-4),养殖者应对奶牛BCS进行控制。如果BCS值高,则初乳质量较高,因此新生牛犊生长良好,因为初乳质量也很高。

The aim of this research was to know the storage media with the best temperature to maintain the quality of Ongole crossbred bull liquid semen diluted with tris aminomethan without raffinose + 20% egg yolk. The material used in this research was semen obtained from Ongole crossbred bull located in Sumber Sekar Laboratory of Faculty of Animal Husbandry Universitas Brawijaya Malang. The method was used in laboratory experimental research with experimental design used 5 treatments with 5 replications, there were M1 (thermos containing ice cubes with temperature 0 o C), M2 (refrigerator temperature 3-5 o C), M3 (thermos containing ice water with temperature 9 o C), M4 (thermos containing water with temperature 25 o C), and M5 (empty thermos with temperature 28 o C). The variables observed were motility, viability, abnormality, and total motile sperm. Data were analyzed using Randomized Block Design, total motile sperm tested using Pearson's Chi Square with expectation value of 40 million motile sperm/ml. The result of this research showed that the storage media had a significant effect on the quality of Ongole crossbred bull liquid semen of motility, viability, and abnormality. Total motile sperm at the 3 rd hour showed significantly different M3 and M4 (P <0.05) lower than the expected value of 40 million motile sperm/ml. The conclusion of the research shows that M1 (flask containing ice cubes with temperature 0 o C) was the best storage media to carry liquid semen for artificial insemination application in the field.
本试验的目的是确定用三胺比稀释不含棉子糖+ 20%蛋黄的恩格勒杂交公牛液体精液的最佳保存温度。本研究使用的材料是来自印度布拉维加亚玛琅大学畜牧学院Sumber Sekar实验室的Ongole杂交公牛精液。采用室内实验研究方法,实验设计5个处理,5个重复,分别为M1(装有冰块的保温瓶,温度为0℃)、M2(冰箱温度为3 ~ 5℃)、M3(装有冰水的保温瓶,温度为9℃)、M4(装有水的保温瓶,温度为25℃)和M5(装有水的保温瓶,温度为28℃),观察精子活力、活力、异常和总活精子。数据分析采用随机区组设计,总活精子量采用皮尔逊卡方检验,期望值为4000万活精子/ml。本研究结果表明,贮存介质对恩戈勒杂交公牛液体精液的活力、活力和异常质量有显著影响。第3 h总活精子M3、M4均低于期望值(4000万个活精子/ml),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究结果表明,在野外人工授精应用中,M1(装有冰块的烧瓶,温度为0℃)是携带液体精液的最佳储存介质。

Hubungan Bobot Telur dan Indeks Telur dengan Bobot Tetas Itik Dabung di Kabupaten Bangkalan

ABSTRACK Bangkalan Regency has a potensial local Dabung duck. A study was conducted on the duck eggs, including egg weight, egg index and hatching weight. This study aims to determine the relationship between egg weight and egg index with hatching weight. The research material was 150 eggs of Dabung duck. The origin of eggs was from the parent duck with the age  ±7-9 months and the age of  eggs was 1-5 days. Research methods the experiment with how to incubate Dabung duck eggs in a simple to use machine incubate. Dabung duck analysis result showed average egg weight 63,65g/egg, egg index 76,50% and hatching weight 43,03g/tail. Positive correlation relationship between egg weight with hatching weight and give a real influence (P<0.05), while the egg index with hatching weight shows a positive correlation relationship and shows real influence (P<0.05). The results of the regression analysis (A) shows Dabung duck egg weight with hatching weight Y=-1.809+0.704X. Results of a regression analysis (A) shows the egg index with hatching weights Y=10.619+0.424X. Regression coefficient of the egg weight and the egg index are positive. Results of the regression analysis (B) of egg weight and eggs index with hatching weight Y=-16.312+0.694X 1 +0.198X 2 . Regression coefficients are positive. Result showed that Dabung duck has average egg weight 63.65 g/egg, egg index 76.50% and hatching weight 43.03g/tail. Correlation between egg weight and egg index with hatching weight was significant (P<0,05). Regression (A) and (B) in Dabung duck indicate the of the relationship of egg weight and egg index to hatching weight is positive. Keywords :

Kualitas daun ketela pohon akan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ulat sutera, mutu kokon, dan mutu serat yang dihasilkan. Untuk meningkatkan produksi kokon maka dibutuhkan daun ketela pohon yang unggul yang dapat dijadikan pakan ulat sutera. Perbedaan varietas ketela pohon akan menghasilkan daun ketela pohon yang berbeda komposisi dan karakteristiknya. Hal tersebut akan mempengaruhi palatabilitas larva ulat sutera yang akan mempengaruhi performan dan kualitas kokon yang dihasilkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui jumlah konsumsi daun ketela pohon dan pertumbuhan ulat sutera. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan percobaan yang digunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola searah. Dengan 4 perlakuan yaitu daun jarak (P0), daun ketela varietas faroka (P1), tambak udang (P2), karet (P3). Hasil dari penelitian didapat konsumsi total terdapat perbedaan yang nyata (p<0.05) antara P0 dengan P1 (10,27±0.34 vs 9.04±0.48). Konsumsi Protein Kasar (PK) dan Serat Kasar (SK) terdapat perbedaan yang nyata (p<0.05) antara P1, P2 vs P3 (PK : 2,55±0,13; 2,53±0,24 vs 2,18 a ±0,17 dan SK : 0,98±0,05;1,04±0,09 vs 0,66±0,05). Sedangkan konsumsi Bahan organik (BO) tidak terdapat perbedaan yang nyata. Kesimpulan dari penelitian yang dilakukan penggunaan ketiga jenis daun ketela pohon yang mendekati konsumsi daun Jarak yaitu daun ketela pohon varietas Tambak Udang dan Karet dengan nilai konsumsi total 9.72±0.93 dan 10.04±0.77 g BK/ekor.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of litter system and interaction of both different level of cage density grower arab chicken. The material used were 48 arabic chicken at grower period which the age 2 months and the average weight 701.7±94.37 g  and the value SD 13.45%. The method used in this study was experimented with completely randomized design (CRD) factorial patterns. First factor was litter system  dan  second factor was the level of cage density. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA) , if there was different followed by duncan multiple range test. The results showed that litter system of cage was not showed any significant effect (P>0.05) on feed consumption, weight growth and  feed conversion. The level of cage density was gave significant different (P 0.05). The conclusion of this study there was not interaction between factor litter system and the level of cage density.
本研究旨在探讨不同笼密度水平下产仔制度及其交互作用对阿拉伯生长鸡的影响。选用48只2月龄阿拉伯鸡,平均体重为701.7±94.37 g, SD值为13.45%。本研究采用完全随机设计(CRD)析因模式进行试验。第一因子是凋落物系统,第二因子是笼密度水平。采用方差分析(ANOVA)对数据进行分析,如有差异则采用duncan多元极差检验。结果表明:笼内凋落物制度对饲料消耗、体重增长和饲料系数无显著影响(P < 0.05)。笼密度水平差异有统计学意义(p0.05)。本研究的结论是,因子凋落物系统与笼密度水平之间不存在交互作用。

Korelasi Antara Lingkar Skrotum Dengan Volume Semen, Konsentrasi dan Motilitas Spermatozoa Pejantan Sapi Bali 阴囊腰围与水泥体积、专注力和巴厘岛马刺精子动机之间的关系

Data were collected from April to Mei 2017 in Singosari National Artificial Insemination Center. The purpose of this research was to examined the correlation between scrotal circumference with semen volume, sperm concentration and motility on the Bali cattle bull. Material were 39 heads of Bali Bulls in the age 3-13 years old. The method used was case study is direct measured of scrotal circumference and used secondary data for semen volume, sperm concentration and motility on the Bali bull. Result showed that the average of scrotal circumference was 30.10 cm, semen volume was 5.99 ml, sperm concentration was 1033.76 million/ml and sperm motility was 69.74%. Scrotal circumference had very significant effect (P<0.01) among the semen volume, sperm concentration and motility. The correlation coefficient (r) between scrotal circumference and semen volume 0.63, scrotal circumference and sperm concentration 0.60 and scrotal circumference and sperm motility 0.23. Conclusion were that scrotal circumference had a positive correlation with semen volume, sperm concentration and motility on the Bali bull.

Potensi Lilin Lebah Hutan The Potential Bees Waxs From Wild Bee 潜在的蜜蜂蜂蜡来自野生蜜蜂

This research was carried out to examine the ability of forest resources in producing total (amount) nest, hive comb lowering and beeswax of giant honey bee. The method used in this research was survey method. This research was conducted in July 2015 in Sialang Honey Community Cooperative (KOPMAS) located in Sungai Pagar village, Riau province. The result indicated that a). The research location was suitable for giant honey bee (Apis dorsata) development, b). The number of hive combs lowering from 15 trees was 411 combs with 67 times lowering, c). The average of hive comb weight in every lowering was around 40.6 kg. d). Beeswax production at every harvest time was 273.6 kg. The conclusions from this research were: 1). The number of giant honey bee hive combs from various trees and the weight of hive combs were not the same. 2). The amount of beeswax was equivalent to the production of bee hive comb. It is suggested that: 1). The utilization of giant honey bees wax should be designed so it can be used as a commodity to increase people’s incomes. 2). Certain policies are needed to develop giant honey bee activity around forest areas in order to produce more hive comb and beeswax.

The purpose o n this research was to find out the effect of chickendensity in the cageonfeed intake, body weight gain and feed conversion of Arabic chicken for grower phase. The material used were 50 birds of Arabic chicken attheage of 60 days with average initial body weight of 743.5 ± 67.28. The variables observed in this study were the feed intake, body weight gain and feed conversion. The method used was experiment using Completely Randomized Design consist of 4 treatments and 5 replications. The obtained data were analyzed by using ANOVA followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) . The results of this study showed that there was no significant different between house density on body weight gain and feed conversion , but there was avery significantly different (P<0.01) on feed intake. Based on this study, it can be concluded that the better chickendensity in the cage for Arabic chicken at grower phase uses 4 birds / 1200 cm 2 birds/m 2 , because it performed better body weight gain and feed conversion. So, it is suggested that the farmer would likely to use chickendensity in the cage at 4 birds / 1200 cm 2 for Arabic chicken of grower phase.

Efektivitas Pemberian Ekstrak Sarang Semut (Myrmecodia .sp) Terhadap Respon Antibody Avian Influenza Subtipe H5N1 蚁巢提取物(Myrmecodia .sp)对抗性H5N1子流感反应的有效性

Abstract Avian influenza is a kind of contagious disease which can spread not only to other poultry but also to the human (zoonosis). Avian influeza becomes world issue when the human can effect the death. Sarang Semut plant ( Myrmecodia . sp) which has much anti-oxidant and imunostimulant can increase immunity. Imunostimulant will help and protect body cells well. The increasing of cellular immunity will help the cell attack the AI virus and increase the work of avian influenza vaccine. Therefore, this research is done to know the influence of sarang semut extract toward poultry’s anti-body of avian influenza H5N1. This research using experimental method. The design used is RAL factorial. Factor I: the addition of sarang semut extract amounted 5mgs/kgs BB, 10 mg/kg BB, 15 mg/kg BB and Factor II: the length of giving sarang semut extract, namely:  3 days, 5 days, and 7 days. The result of this research was analyzed using variance analysis (ANOVA) followed by BNT. The result of serology examination shows that in adding sarang semut extract showing the significant different in each experiment, but not showing the significant different in the time given. The more increasing of the anti-body titer average and more decreasing CV can give  the more optimal protection for H5N1 virus attack. The recomended result on this research average titer and CV is giving sarang semut extract by 10 mgs/kgs BB dosage.

Perbedaan Tingkat Stres Lutung Jawa (Trachypitecus auratus) pada Kandang Perawatan dan Kandang Karantina di Javan Langur Center (JLC) Ditinjau dari Kadar Kortisol dan Rasio Neutrofil Perlimfosit (N/L)

Lutung Jawa ( Trachypithecus auratus ) adalah satwa endemik Jawa dan Bali. Populasi lutung Jawa semakin mengalami penurunan dan masuk kategori satwa yang dilindungi. Penurunan populasi lutung jawa dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai macam penyakit yang diperparah dengan tingginya tingkat stres pada satwa. Javan Langur Center yang berlokasi di Cangar, Batu merupakan salah satu tempat untuk merehabilitasi lutung Jawa sebelum dilepasliarkan ke alam. Javan Langur Center terdiri dari tiga kandang yaitu kandang perawatan, kandang karantina dan kandang sosialisasi. Respon stress pada primata dapat dievaluasi dengan menggunakan indikator pengukuran hormon kortisol dan rasio neutrofil per limfosit. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kadar kortisol dan rasio neutrofil per limfosit sebagai indikator stres pada lutung Jawa di kandang perawatan dengan kandang karantina . Lutung Jawa dengan umur 2-7,5 tahun dan berjenis kelamin jantan dan betina. Pengukuran kadar kortisol dengan metode ELISA Indirect gelombang pada 450 nm dan diferensial leukosit diukur dengan hematology analizer . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sampel pada kandang perawatan memiliki rata-rata kadar kortisol yang lebih tinggi (116,1 ng/mL) daripada kandang karantina (87,5 ng/mL), dan pengukuran rasio N/L pada kandang perawatan lebih tinggi (11,3) daripada kandang karantina (1,2).

Respon stress pada primata dapat dievaluasi dengan menggunakan indikator pengukuran hormon kortisol dan rasio neutrofil per limfosit. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kadar kortisol dan rasio neutrofil per limfosit sebagai indikator stres pada lutung Jawa di kandang perawatan dengan kandang karantina . Lutung Jawa dengan umur 2-7,5 tahun dan berjenis kelamin jantan dan betina. Pengukuran kadar kortisol dengan metode ELISA Indirect gelombang pada 450 nm dan diferensial leukosit diukur dengan hematology analizer .
