Student-centered educational technology of individualization within the framework of teacher education institutions 教师教育机构框架下以学生为中心的个性化教育技术

Introduction. The authors investigate individualization of education at pedagogical universities. The purpose of the article is to conceptualize the key ideas of a student-centered technology conditions which contribute to developing single student-centered technologies of individualizing educational process. Conclusions. The proposed key ideas of the technology are scientifically conceptualized, contribute to individualization of educational process and development of effective student-centered educational technologies at pedagogical universities.
介绍。笔者对师范型大学的个性化教育进行了研究。本文的目的是概念化以学生为中心的技术条件的关键思想,这些条件有助于开发个性化教育过程的单一以学生为中心的技术。结论。提出的技术核心思想是科学的概念化,有助于教育过程的个性化和以学生为中心的有效教育技术的发展。

Formation of new anthropological project of the modern education in the context of non-classical philosophy 非古典哲学语境下现代教育人类学新方案的形成

Introduction . The author investigates the problem of rethinking the Western European classical heritage by the philosophy of education. The purpose of the research is to reveal the potential of nonclassical philosophy to the formation of a new anthropological project of modern education. Materials and Methods . The author uses methods of analysis and synthesis studying the genesis and evolution of education in different historical epochs: from Antiquity to the present day. The method of comparative analysis is applied to comparing and revealing the differences between anthropological projects of classical and nonclassical philosophy as ways of connecting man and education. The categories of Plato’s ‘taking care of the self’ and M. Foucault's ‘techniques of the self’ are explicated. Results. The connection between human evolution and transformation of education is clarified. The author analyses the changes of anthropological projects in the context of education evolution from Antiquity to the present day and compares Plato and M. Foucault’s practices of ‘taking care of the self’’. The potential of nonclassical philosophy to form a new anthropological project of modern education is revealed. Conclusions. It is concluded that the new anthropological project of education is different from classical projects which were based on the “ascent” to a single form, to the ideal, the model, the norm, the meaning, and the truth (Eidos - God - Beauty - Experience - Racio - Will). The main anthropological idea of modern university education is the strategy of self-determination, self-development and self-actualization of a learner.

Physiological and hygienic basis of potassium norm in drinking water: Theoretical and practical implications 饮用水钾标准的生理卫生基础:理论与实践意义

Introduction . Recently there have not been physiological and hygienic investigations aimed at testing and clarifying optimal (OHN) and permissible (PHN) hygienic norms of potassium concentration in drinking water. The potassium concentration standard for drinking water of 12 mg / dm3, established by the European Community directive 98 / 83EC, has not been empirically investigated. Therefore, teaching this topic in the sections “Physiology of water-salt balance” and “Water supply hygiene” is ionic balance regulation mechanisms in comparison with the control group. It was expressed in increase of potassium and sodium excretion after water loading and their decrease after potassium loading. Conclusions. The obtained data allow to conclude that a hygienic optimum of potassium ion concentration in drinking water is 1-5 mg/dm 3 , the threshold dose causing functional pressure of potassium regulation mechanisms is 50 mg/dm 3 , and the acceptable hygienic range of potassium in drinking water is 0,8–12,5 mg/dm 3 .
