Differences of hexavalent chromium (Cr VI) examination results with complexing of 1,5 diphenylcarbazide at 5 minutes and 15 minutes by spectrophotometry uv-vis at (Balai Riset dan Standard Industri Palembang) Research and Industry Standard Center Palembang, 2017. Study Program of DIV Health Analyst, Faculty of Health Sciences of Musi Charitas Catholic University Palembang. Chromium (VI) is a carcinogenic component for humans, the amount of chromium that is safe to consume by humans is 50 - 200 μg a day. This research was an analytical comparative, conducted in The Research and Industry Standard Center Palembang. Samples were from pro-analytical chemical content made from chromium-acting susceptibility of 0,1 ppm and 0,2 ppm and the samples were given a complex of 1,5 diphenylcarbazide in the period of 5 minutes and 15 minutes. The obtained chromium examination results with complexing 1,5 diphenylcarbrazide in the period of 5 minutes were 0,0869 and 0,1775 and in the period of 15 minutes were 0,0932 and 0,1626. The data analyzed by using Wilcoxon p value and it was obtained p> 0,05. Based on this research, it was concluded that chromium examination with complexing of 1,5 diphenylcarbrazide in the period of 5 minutes and 15 minutes had no significant difference.

Pemanfaatan Serum Hemolisis Dengan Penambahan Reagen Anti-Rh Terhadap Kadar Enzim Serum Glutamic Pyruvic Transminase (SGPT)

Serum glutamate pyruvate transferase (SGPT) also known as alanine aminotransferase (ALT) is an enzyme found in liver cells and is effective in diagnosing hepatocellular destruction. Examination of SGPT activity using blood serum is often difficult due to insufficient blood volume or lysed serum conditions due to improper collection. This study aims to determine whether there is use of serum hemolysis using anti-rh reagents in the examination of SGPT enzyme levels. This type of research uses an experimental design - static group comparison. The sample will be taken by students of DIV Medical Laboratory Technology IKest Muhammadiyah Palembang. The research was carried out starting from patient preparation, taking examination materials, processing examination materials, analysis and examination results. The results of the ANOVA test showed that the significant value was p = 0.000. The p value obtained was p> 0.005. The results of the study found that there was a significant difference in the amount of SGPT in normal serum and serum with the addition of anti-Rh to hemolysis serum

Studi Pemeriksaan Sedimen Urine berdasarkan Karakteristik Pada Penikmat Kopi di Asrama Kiwal Brawijaya Surabaya 尿液沉积研究是基于泗水Kiwal Brawijaya宿舍咖啡检查的特征

Coffee is a psychostimulant drink which can provide good benefits for the body if consumed in moderation. However, one of the effects in excessive coffee consumption over a long period of time that is not accompanied by adequate fluid intake is in fact able to affect sedimentation in urine. The caffeine content which has a lot of particles can cause the kidneys to be unable to reabsorb it. Therefore, it is excreted along with the urine and it causes the urine to be more concentrated. This causes increased sedimentation in the urine. The purpose determined the description of urine sediment examination on coffee connoisseurs in Asrama Kiwal in Brawijaya of Surabaya. The research type used descriptive research with a research sample of 40 people taken by purposive sampling. The results showed that the description of urine sediment examination on coffee connoisseurs at Asrama Kiwal in Brawijaya of Surabaya that 12 people (30%) had normal urine sediment and 28 people (70%) had abnormal urine sediment. Based on the characteristics of the respondents, the presence of abnormal urine sediment was found in the age category 30 years as many as 26 people (76%) with a frequency of coffee consumption > 3 times per day as many as 14 people (35%) in a series of coffee consumption for > 10 years as many as 27 people ( 67.5%) and the frequency of consumption of mineral water 2 litters per day as many as 24 people (60%). The conclusion of this study was that most of the coffee connoisseurs in Asrama Kiwal Brawijaya of Surabaya that experienced abnormal urine sedimentation.Keywords: Coffee, Urine Sediment

Pemantauan Pasien Dengan Diagnosa Gagal Ginjal Kronik Di RSUD Sumber Rejo Bojonegoro 监测患有慢性肾衰竭诊断的患者的资料来源Rejo Bojonegoro

The kidneys are important organs that function to maintain blood composition by preventing the accumulation of waste and controlling the balance of fluids in the body. Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) has become a major health problem of Indonesian people. Creatinine examination become one of the choices to identify the index of the kidney severity. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of creatinine levels of patients diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). This research used descriptive method. The population of this study was patients with the diagnosis of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) who conduct the examination of creatinine levels in the installation of Pathology ClinicLaboratory which amounted to 100 patients during April to May. This research used the secondary data obtained and collected from the LIS (Laboratory Information System) and the medical record. The result of this study showed tht 73% of 100 patients diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) are not normal, and the 27% data of creatinine levels is normal. Presentations of male patient who experienced levels of creatinine was high, namely 37 patients compared female. The incidence of patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) the highest range of productive age of 20-64 years was 50 patients (68%). The results of the research of the average content on patients diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) obtained the creatinine level average of 4.01 mg/dl.   Keywords: Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), Creatinine
肾脏是重要的器官,其功能是通过防止废物的积累和控制体内液体的平衡来维持血液成分。慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)已成为印度尼西亚人民的主要健康问题。肌酐检查成为鉴别肾脏严重程度指标的选择之一。本研究的目的是确定诊断为慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)患者的肌酐水平描述。本研究采用描述性研究方法。本研究的人群是诊断为慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)的患者,他们在病理学临床实验室的装置中检查肌酐水平,在4月至5月期间共100例患者。本研究使用从实验室信息系统(LIS)和病历中获得和收集的二次数据。本研究结果显示,100例诊断为慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)的患者中有73%不正常,27%的肌酐水平正常。男性患者肌酐水平较高,即37例患者与女性患者相比。慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)患者发病率最高范围为20-64岁,为50例(68%)。慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)患者肌酐平均含量的研究结果得出肌酐平均水平为4.01 mg/dl。关键词:慢性肾病;肌酐

Uji Aktivitas Anti Bakteri Dari Formula Ekstrak Daun Ciplukan (Physalis angulata L.) dan Batang Kayu Manis (Cinnamomum burmannii) Secara In Vitro Test

Ciplukan leaves (Physalis angulata L.) and Cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmannii) are one of medicinal plants that contain antibacterial active compounds. This study aims to determine the antibacterial activity of the combination formula between extracts of ciplukan leaves and cinnamon sticks against the growth of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria in Vitro. Ciplukan leaves (Physalis angulata L.) and cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmannii) were extracted by the maceration method with 70% ethanol. Ciplukan leaf extract (Physalis angulata L.) and cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmannii) were tested against Staphylococcus aureus bacteria using the good method by measuring transmittance on a spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 580 nm with 3 repetitions, 100 ppml standard Septromycin solution as control positive and aquadest as a negative dick. Inhibition zone diameter of ciplukan leaf extract (Physalis angulata L.) x̄ = 12.46 mm, Cinnamon Extract (Cinnamomum burmannii) x̄ = 18.93 mm, while in the formulation group x̄ = 22.45 mm. One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) of these data compared with Streptomycin activity (positive control) showed significant inhibitory activity by the formulated extract against S. aureus. Keywords: Antibacterial, Staphylococcus aureus,  Ciplukan leaves (Physalis angulata L.) and Cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmannii)

motorcycle taxi is a transportation service with communication technology in the world. The average mobility of online motorcycle taxi drivers is between 8-12 hours per day, this will certainly affect the physical condition and function of the drivers' organs, especially motorbike drivers. The purpose of this study was to determine the health status of online motorcycle taxi drivers, which was reviewed from liver function tests, namely serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase (SGPT) and exposure to heavy metal lead (Pb). This study used an experimental experimental research design pretest-posttest control group design. In this study, there was an increase in the levels of SPGPT and lead (Pb) for online motorcycle taxi drivers in Denpasar City with the SGPT level for male drivers being 14.14% and for women 19.62% and lead (Pb) levels for male drivers. -Male is 2.61% and female 5.14%.

Trigliserida atau yang sering disebut triasilgliserol adalah salah satu jenis lemak yang terdapat dalam darah dan berbagai organ tubuh yang dibentuk dari gliserol dan lemak yang ada dalam makanan yang dikonsumsi secara berlebihan. Nilai trigliserida yang tinggi memiliki kaitan dengan timbulnya penyakit serangan jantung, stroke dan diabetes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kadar trigliserida pada sampel darah segera disentrifugasi dan sampel darah dibekukan selama 20 menit yang dilakukan di Balai Besar Laboratorium Kesehatan Palembang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Cross sectional komparatif, dengan rancangan penelitian intact group comparison. Sampel berupa 30 serum segera disentrifugasi dan 30 serum dibekukan terlebih dahulu selama 20 menit sebelum disentrifugasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai dari persiapan sampel, pengambilan bahan pemeriksaan, pengolahan bahan pemeriksaan, analisis dan hasil penelitian. Kadar rata-rata pemeriksaan trigliserida yang diperoleh dari sampel serum segera disentrifugasi yaitu 0.826 mmol/L sedangkan kadar rata-rata pemeriksaan trigliserida yang diperoleh dari sampel dibekukan 20 menit sebelum disentrifugasi yaitu 0.918 mmol/L. hasil uji dependent t test diketahui bahwa nilai signifikan adalah p = 0,342. Nilai p yang didapatkan adalah p > 0,05. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan hasil pemeriksaan kadar trigliserida pada sampel darah segera disentrifugasi dan sampel darah dibekukan terlebih dahulu selama 20 menit sebelum disentrifugasi. Ketepeng Cina merupakan salah satu tumbuhan liar di Indonesia yang berpotensi sebagai antijamur. Pengujian antijamur dilakukan dengan cara difusi cakram menggunakan ekstrak dengan konsentrasi 20%, 40%, 60%, dan 80%. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan zona hambat pada semua konsentrasi ekstrak dan zona terluas dihasilkan pada konsentrasi 90%.

Hydroquinon is a chemical used as a skin lightener. However, its effectiveness began to be questioned after the emergence of a study showing that hydroquinone can trigger cancer. This study aims to analyze the hydroquinone content of several doctor-made creams and branded facial lightening creams circulating in Denpasar. This research is an experimental research. The sample used consisted of five samples of doctor-made creams coded D1-D5, while branded lightening creams were coded P1-P10. Based on the results of the analysis, the wavelength of 293 nm is the wavelength that provides maximum absorption with the equation y = 0.023x + 0.005 with a value of R2 = 0.996. 0.023. The results of the analysis showed that all samples of the doctor's cream contained hydroquinone with an average of 11.9322 ppm or 1.1932% and did not exceed the BPOM regulations, namely 5% for cream preparations prescribed by doctors. And all samples of branded facial lightening creams in Denpasar City contain hydroquinone with an average hydroquinone level of 3,987 ppm or 0.3987% and do not exceed the BPOM regulations, which is 2% for whitening cream preparations that are sold freely without a doctor's prescription.

Abstract   Tea is a beverage widely consumed by all levels of society as in addition to economic and easy to get, tea is also deemed to provide health benefits. One of the compounds that plays a role as antioxidant and antimicrobial in the tea for body health is tannin. The size of tannin content received by body depends on the way of processing tea before drinking. The higher the infusion temperature of tea infusion, it will make the content of tannin in the drinks is increasing.   So the statement of problem in this research is whether there is any effect of infusion temperature on tannin content in tea infusion. This research aims to find out the effect of infusion temperature on tannin content in tea infusion.   The type is experimental research. The sample is infused tea mostly consumed by people which is sold in market of Pacar Keling Surabaya. Total of samples used in this research is 40 grams of infused tea packages divided into two (2) treatments with 8 repetitions in each treatment. The variables are independent variable namely infusion temperature while the dependent variable is tannin content.   From the examination of tannin content based on infusion temperature, it is known that the average of tannin content with infusion temperature of 700C and 1000C is 42.84% and 43.41% in a gram unit or 100 grams of infused water. The result of paired t test shows there is no effect of infusion temperature on tannin content in infusion tea with significant value more than 0.05 or 5%. Possible factor of no influence of temperature on tannin content is the length of infusion used which shall be not too long around 3-5 minutes. Password: Tea, Infusion Temperature, Tannin
