Production transportation scheduling for process industry 加工工业生产运输调度

Production transportation scheduling problem with constraints is common in process industry. But it is a NP-hard problem. In this paper, the production transportation scheduling problem between a plant that produces intermediate products and a finishing plant which processes the intermediate products in finished goods is studied. Model formulation and solution method are proposed. Using simulated data from a process industry firm, the computational study shows that schedules yield significant cost.

By the properties of the generalized f-projection operator,an iterative scheme for the system of generalized variational inequalities is proposed in non-compact subsets of Banach spaces, and new existence theorems and results of approximating solutions for the iterative algorithm are given in uniformly convex and uniformly smooth Banach spaces.

Neural network-based cognitive diagnostic method 基于神经网络的认知诊断方法

Statistics cognitive diagnostic methods were complex and could not judge cognitive bugs very well. To solve this problem, a hybrid method combining principal component analysis, self-organizing feather map and probabilistic neural networks was promoted. It was applied in cognitive diagnostic. The data was got from 488 students of high school who took in Chinese language test. The results showed the principal component analysis could reduce the dimensions for SOM input data, and get the cognitive attributes. SOM network could divide the subjects into categories, and identify the cognitive shortages of different categories. Probabilistic neural network could judge cognitive bugs of the new students accurately. It is a valuable cognitive diagnostic method.
统计认知诊断方法复杂,不能很好地判断认知缺陷。为了解决这一问题,提出了一种结合主成分分析、自组织羽毛图和概率神经网络的混合方法。应用于认知诊断。数据来源于488名参加汉语测试的高中生。结果表明,主成分分析可以有效地降低SOM输入数据的维数,得到认知属性。SOM网络可以对被试进行分类,识别不同类别的认知不足。概率神经网络能准确判断新生的认知缺陷。这是一种有价值的认知诊断方法。

Bootstrap loader design of aerospace payload controller based on TSC695F 基于TSC695F的航天有效载荷控制器的Bootstrap加载器设计

Anti-radiation TSC695F is usually used as aerospace payload controller in tasks to ensure the aerospace payload having extremely high reliability in abominable space environment. The processor bases on SPARC V7 architecture with parity check and EDAC, so it could design out high reliable bootstrap loader to guarantee the operation system of VxWorks and application codes loaded correctly and worked stable and high effective. First, this paper put forward the system hardware composition and boot mode which apply for aerospace payload, then it makes clear the related contents of register group initialization, stack initialization, system hardware initialization in bootstrap loader of TSC695F and give out the method to establish TRAP table. That's all through comparing different type of organize mode of program image. After that, compiling of target codes have been described and the kernel code of MakeFile had been given at the same time for reference aimed at the realization of engineering. Although this paper is based on TSC695F, but it could be extended to other embedded system based on SPARC for bootstrap loader analysis and design, for example, the TSC697 which based on SPARC V8 with higher performance, so this paper has extremely high engineering value.

The hierarchical SVDDBNS based on modularization concept for air target recognition 基于模块化概念的分层SVDDBNS空中目标识别

The process of Air target identification is hierarchical, and is also a process of data fusion of diversified information obtained in the unstable time domain. In this paper, the process of air target recognition is regarded as a process of a qualitative inference. According to the features that the hierarchy of air target identification process and the input parameters obtained in the unstable time domain, we constructed the air target recognition model on hierarchical structure-varied discrete dynamic bayesian networks (hierarchical SVDDBNs) by modularization concept. The air target identification model has such features, that is , the constructed model can real-time reconstructed the networks and finish the tasks flexibly by the features of the input data. In constructing bayesian networks model, the changes of structure is regular, in addition, the number of network nodes don't influence the decouple of the state of network nodes each other. Such can avoid structure learning and parameters learning. In the paper, the inference algorithm is presented, and simulation results show the feasibility of this approach.

Electric field calculation and optimization of ultra-high voltage transformer equipotential shielding 超高压变压器等电位屏蔽的电场计算与优化

A 3-D substantial model is built for an ultra-high voltage transformer coil, the equipotential shielding and the bushing end. This model is properly simplified according to the symmetrical structure of the coil. The electric field intensity distribution around the transformer high-voltage coil and the equipotential shielding are calculated on the basis of the finite element method, especially the maximum electric field intensity is found. With the zero-order optimization method, the maximum electric field intensity is significantly decreased by 27%. The calculation and optimization results provide basis for designing the coil and equipotential shielding of an ultra-high voltage transformer.

Strip thickness control based on optimal fuzzy-PID controller 基于最优模糊pid控制器的带钢厚度控制

This paper introduces optimal fuzzy-PID control strategy into automatic gauge control system of cold steel rolling for improving control performances. Simulation results from MATLAB show that the PID controller has a better precision than the fuzzy-PID controller for an ideal model, but optimal fuzzy-PID controller has more robustness than the PID controller when there is noise and unmodelled dynamic in the control system.

Short-term traffic flow prediction with nearest trajectory segments 基于最近轨迹段的短期交通流预测

As a key technology of Intelligent Transportation System(ITS), short-term traffic flow prediction is fundamental to traffic control and management. This paper proposes a prediction method based on nearest trajectory segments in reconstructed phase space. First, phase space reconstruction is introduced to recover dynamics traffic flow time series. Then a optimized metric which integrates Euclidean distant and cosine similarly of trajectory segments is proposed to select nearest trajectory segments in phase space. Finally, the predicted traffic flow value is obtained from the predicted vector computed with nearest trajectory segments. Case study with traffic flow data collected from Guangshen Freeway proves prediction accuracy.

Design of hierarchical and configurable IVR system 分层可配置IVR系统的设计

IVR is an important part of CTI center. But most of current IVR system is designed for specific requirements with low extensibility and can not be a reusable system. A new IVR system for another purpose should be recoded. This paper proposes a hierarchical system of reusable IVR , which reduces the dependence between models and uses XML file as configuration file to make the IVR easily change by modifying the XML file.

Application of keywords speech recognition in agricultural voice information system 关键词语音识别在农业语音信息系统中的应用

This paper describes the Microsoft speech recognition technology and SAPI recognition interface provided by Microsoft speech development platform. Command mode of speech recognition, with custom keywords, can improve speech recognition accuracy. Then, an agricultural voice information system based on speech recognition is designed and implemented on the Microsoft speech development platform, which can improve the complicated touch-tone operations.
