Studies on local wisdom, the dynamic practices of the Muslim community as a minority, and the Hindu majority in Bali are few. These kinds of studies are significant, concerning existing local wisdom. Spiritual values and noble cultural values need to be understood with societal development. Official religions often cause community fragmentation. There are several questions. First, how does a community adapt local knowledge to local wisdom? Second, what forms of tolerant spiritual and religious practices should be prominent concerning the influence of Islam? The majority of Balinese Hindu traditions and religion are different. Third, how do Bali’s communities interpret local wisdom with religious tolerance and moderation? Pancasila ideology in Indonesia’s national life is not only for the present; but for the future.

With the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, a shift in teaching children with special needs has taken place. The purpose of this descriptive research study was to investigate the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on teacher relationships with special needs kids during the mandated school closures in March 2020. A descriptive cross-sectional survey was carried out through google form questionnaire. A total of forty special educators participated in the study. The challenges faced by special educators were documented through five sections: Demographic details, Online Teaching, Access to Resources, Individualized Educational Plan and Parental Satisfaction. During the Covid pandemic, more than 90% of teachers switched to an online way of service delivery. Special educators agree that online resources should be used properly, and that parents should be able to organize material for online education. They agreed that acquiring and exchanging information on Individualized Educational Plan (IEP), establishing IEP direction, planning and drafting IEPs for online classrooms, and implementing and reviewing IEPs were all tough. Parents’ satisfaction with online education and interest in online programs were lower than in-person teaching, according to the study. Special educators were constantly seeking to adapt to the present instructional requirements. Culturally relevant resources, guidelines for implementing the Individualized Educational Plan, and a family-centered approach are all needed.

The word “hapsane” is another form of the word “usane” and “legend” and the poem “hapsane ha hapsane” is one of the common poems in the language of Azeri-speaking people of West Azerbaijan. This legendary poem, with its simplicity and sincerity and having most of the basic features of folklore, includes mythological elements such as travel, the companionship of the wise old man, meta-realities, magic, etc., which gives it a special privilege. It reveals the reason for its permanence and reputation. It is clear that folk tales have a strong connection with myths and by eliminating time and place and in the transcendental space of the ethnic unconscious, they connect the wishes and the very distant past to the present time. This research, using a descriptive-analytical method and a library study, has tried to show that folktales, along with being related to good and goodness and the way of collective production and having elements of life, are related to the beyond and are of mythological contrasts. O like the system of two elements of good and evil; pragmatism in national or ethnic spirit; They have the vividness of the whole existence and the archetype of traveling and searching for the father, ... and with the help of all these elements, they invite people to goodness. On the one hand, they are a tool to preserve the indigenous and ancient culture, and on the other hand, with all hope, they are the foundation for the upbringing and education of the new generation based on the good and popular teachings embedded in the collective unconscious.

After the fall of Western Rome, the formerly widely stamped “Germans”, “Wends” (ancient Western Slavic), and “Antes” (ancient Eastern Slavic) terms that were defined by the ancient Romans began to dissipate. The brand of barbarism began to fade away, and different tribes within the same caste culture strengthened their original independent tendencies. With the emergence of modern nation-states and their accompanying establishment of state borders and sovereignty, the macroscopic perception of the “Slavs” also split, with the “East Slavs” represented by the three nation-states of Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus being the most The “East Slavs” represented by the three nation-states of Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus were the most prominent. At a time of intense conflict between Russia and Ukraine, deteriorating relations between Ukraine and Belarus, and close cooperation between Russia and Belarus, a new understanding of the unity and separation of the Slavic identity between Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus is important for exploring the origins of relations between the three countries.

Open Distance Learning (DLC), as an instruction-delivery method, is one of the frontiers of knowledge of learning strategies targeted to meet the need of the ever-increasing global population for capacity and nation-building. It is an educational system that helps e-learners acquire modern technologies for critical thinking, quality education, and research growth. However, some critics and learners still prefer the conventional mode of learning practice on the assumption that Open Distance Learning mode lacks face-to-face interaction, absence of teachers, fixed location, fixed schedule, and close feedback between online facilitators and e-learners. Therefore, this paper investigates the educational significance of Open Distance Learning mode through the use of modern educational technology tools of WhatsApp classroom interactions used to deploy the teaching of English Language and Literature at Distance Learning Centre, University of Ibadan, Nigeria, between online facilitators and e-learners, as open access to knowledge-based information, critical thinking, learning security, interactive mutuality, high innovative skills and research development for capacity and nation-building. Besides, it examines its teaching and learning flexibility and its learning methodological friendliness. Five (5) excerpts are purposively selected from WhatsApp classroom interactions. The article employs Schechner’s performance and Freudian and Jungian Psychoanalytic theories. The data are subjected to content analyses.

As a symbol, feminine imagery carries the character traits and conveys the author’s own ideology. There are many distinctive female characters in Little Women, but related previous studies mostly focus on the superficial analysis of female images in the book. Guided by the theory of signifier and signified in Saussurean linguistics, this paper starts with the traditional and transformed female images in Little Women and the reasons for their use, explores how the use of traditional and transformed feminine imagery and their signifier and signified in Little Women by American female writer Louisa May Alcott helps construct the novel’s main characters and thus expresses the author’s own feminist views. This could help readers have a deeper understanding of the text and a more generalized view of the protagonist.
