Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui proporsi dan penyebab terjadinya kesalahan koneksi matematis yang dilakukan peserta didik menjawab soal materi kesebangunan dan kekongruenan kelas IX SMPN 4 VII Sungai Sarik Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas IX3 tahun ajaran 2017/2018, yang diambil dari 6 peserta didik yang melakukan kesalahan koneksi matematis, 2 peserta didik dari kelompok atas, 2 kelompok menengah dan 2 kelompok bawah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: a) Kesalahan koneksi antar topik matematika rata-rata 18,83. Penyebabnya peserta didik belum mampu menghubungkan pengetahuanpengetahuan yang dimiliki, kurang memahami dan lupa konsep, tidak memahami soal, kurang teliti dan kesalahan dalam perhitungan. b) Kesalahan koneksi antar disiplin ilmu lain rata-rata 68,34. Penyebabnya peserta didik belum mampu menghubungkan pengetahuan antar disiplin ilmu lain, kurang teliti dalam menyimak dan mengenali persoalan berkaitan dengan pokok bahasan tertentu dan melihat keterangan dari soal. c) Kesalahan koneksi matematika dengan masalah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari rata-rata 81,67. Penyebabnya peserta didik sulit memahami soal, rendahnya penguasaan materi prasyarat, tidak mampu mengaitkan matematika dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Students' mathematical reasoning ability will be better and develop if the teacher provides learning that supports these abilities. This research aims to identify errors and misconceptions of prospective mathematics teacher students in the SPLDV material. This study uses a qualitative research design. Research data was collected from 15 micro teaching students in the sixth semester of UNP Padang, using test questions and interview guidelines The SPLDV test questions prepared include the concept of SPLDV with infinite solutions and SPLDV with exactly one solution. The results of the study indicate that there are a number of errors and misconceptions of the material. Identified student errors are conceptual errors, namely mistakes made by students because they do not understand the SPLDV concept properly. Strategic error, which is an error that occurs because students choose the wrong way to do it. Calculate errors, namely errors in performing mathematical operations. Systematic error, which is an error regarding the wrong selection of extrapolation techniques. The mathematical concept on cultural objects is one of the objects of study in the study of ethnomathematics. This study aims to uncover mathematical concepts in the ornaments found in the rumah gadang and the development of ornaments. This qualitative research uses participatory observation techniques and documentation to obtain data. The results showed that there were geometrical concepts in the ornaments and the development of the rumah gadang ornaments. The concepts of geometry seen in ornaments include the use of two-dimensional such as square, rectangular, rhombic, circle, ellipse and polygons. Two-dimensional shape are also arranged using certain patterns. The development of ornament forms is carried out using the principles of congruence, tessellation, symmetry patterns and geometric transformations (translation, reflection, rotation, and dilation). The purpose of this study is 1) To know the motivation to learn mathematics of taught by using cooperative learning model type Pair Check with reward higher than student motivation taught by convensional learning,and 2) To know the mathematical reasoning ability which was taught by using cooperative learning model type Pair Check with reward on material function is higher than students mathematical reasoning ability taught by convensional learning. This type of research is Quasi Experimental Research with Randomized Control Group Only Design. The population in this study is all eighth grade student of SMPN 19 Padang. In obtaining the sample class it is need to be done normality, homogeneity and equality of classroom average tests the class selected as the experimental class is VIII.5 class and the control class is VIII.3. The result of the research shows that 1) learning motivation of students which was taught by using cooperative learning Pair Check model with Reward is higher than student’s motivation taught by convensional learning. Hypothesis test that is t-score (7.034) > t-table (1.67), 2) students' mathematical reasoning ability after being taught by cooperative model type Pair Check with reward is higher than the students' mathematical reasoning abilities taught by conventional learning models. Seen from the average score of the experimental class test score of 80.16 and the average of the control class test score of 74.13. The problems that occur in the field is the low of students’ mathematical reasoning abilities in the class XI IPA MAN Padang. It can be seen from the finding of observation and analysis toward the result of test given to the students. To overcome the problems, the cooperative teaching model Think Talk Write is used. The purpose of the study is to find out the effct of the cooperative teaching model Think Talk Write application toward students’ mathematical reasoning abilities in the class XI IPA MAN Padang. The research is quasy experiment. The population of the research is all students in the class XI IPA MAN Padang. The technique used for the sampling is random sampling. The sample of the reasearch is the students in the class XI IPA2 MAN 1 Padang as experiment class and the students in the class XI IPA1 MAN 1 Padang as control class. The instrument used in the reasearch is the test that consists of the first test to see the initial ability of the students and the final test to see toward students’ mathematical reasoning abilities. The study is a kind of experimental one conducted to two groups, an experimental group and controlled group. The purpose of the study was to figure out whether students’ learning achievement by using giving questions and getting answers of active learning strategy better than those of conventional learning. The finding of the study is supposed to be useful for the researcher in teaching and to be guidance for teachers in mathematics learning. Population of the study were all of the students grade X TP 2017/2018 of Eka Sakti Senior High School, consisting of three classes.The samples were XIS1 as the controlled class consistingof 22 students and XIS2 as the experimental class consisting of 22 students. Data collected by having a test to the experimental class and controlled class. Normality and homogeneity tests were conducted before doing hypothesis test. The students’ learning achievement were normal and homogeny. Based on the analysis of hyphothesis tetsting, it can be concluded that application of active learning strategy by giving questions and getting answers can increase students’ mathematics learning achievement for 95% level of realibility. Therefore, it is hopped that teachers will apply active learning strategy by giving questions and getting answers in teaching learning process of mathematics due to its significant effect to learning achievement of the students.Keywords: learning achievement, active learning, giving questions and getting answers

The purpose of this research are: to knowing student learning activity during appliying Missouri Mathematics Project Learning Model in mathematics learning and to knowing effect of appliying Missouri Mathematics Project Learning Model to result of mathematics student at VII MTsN Nan Sabaris Padang Pariaman regency, academic year 2016/2017. This research is quasi-experiment with Randomized Control Group Only Design. The population of this research is all student at VII MTsN Nan Sabaris Padang Pariaman Regency. After analysis test of normality, test of homogeneity and test of equity. Sample is collected by using random sampling. The students of class are as experiment class and the students of class are as control class. Based on analysis of this research get student activity during appliying Missouri Mathematics Project Learning Model is improving and average of experiment class is 75,55 and average of control class is 65,22 with using t-test is obtained t hitung > t tabel (3,40>1,64) , α=0,05 . 本研究的目的是:了解密苏里州数学项目学习模式在数学学习中的学生学习活动,了解密苏里州数学项目学习模式对2016/2017学年第七中学数学专业学生学习成绩的影响。本研究为准实验,采用单随机对照组设计。本研究的研究对象均为7 MTsN Nan Sabaris Padang Pariaman Regency的学生。经过正态性检验、同质性检验和公平性检验。采用随机抽样的方法采集样本。本班学生为实验班,本班学生为对照班。通过对本研究的分析,得出应用密苏里数学项目学习模式的学生活跃度有所提高,实验班的平均活跃度为75,55,对照组的平均活跃度为65,22,采用t检验得到t > t表(3,40>1,64),α= 0.05。综上所述,采用密苏里数学项目学习模式教学的VII MTsN Nan Sabaris Padang Pariaman Regency的数学学生的研究结果高于未采用密苏里数学项目学习模式教学的VII MTsN Nan Sabaris学生的研究结果。关键词:学生活动,数学学习成果,密苏里数学项目学习模式

Pleriminary research showed there were problems in arithmetic mean learning at junior high school grade IX . Students were more likely to be introduced by the use of formulas without involving the discovery of the concept itself and separate from the learning experience of students everyday. This research aimed to developing instructional design of mean topics arithmetic mean with Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach, for junior high school grade IX. This research that was combined Plomp and model Gravemeijer & Cobb develompment models, which consisted of three phases, there were the preliminary research (preparing for the experiment), a development phase ( prototyping phase/ design experiment) and the assessment phase (retrospective analysis). The subjects were students of grade IX MTsN Salido.This research develops an instructional design of the topic arithmetic mean using realisticmathematics education (RME) approach.The results of the experiment showed contexts teaching contained in the student books can stimulate students to develop their knowledge in finding statistical concepts. The whole strategy (emergent modeling) were found and discussed students, showing how the construction or the contribution of students in discovering the concept of arithmetics mean from the formal to the informal level. The results showed that the design of the learning topic arithmetic mean with RME approach is valid, practical and effective. Valid in terms of content and language. Practical in terms of practice, the ease and time required. Effective in terms of its potential impact on student’s mathematical reasoning abilities.Keywords: Instructional Design, arithmetic mean, RME, Learning Trajectory, Design Research

The Aim of this research were to figure out the learning concept comprehension of students at class X at MAN Salidoin the academic year of 2016/2017 through Cooperative Studying Model Lottery Card Type (Arisan's Card). This was a quasi experimental research with Randomized Control Group OnlyDesign.The population of this research was of students at class X at MAN Salidoin the academic year of 2016/2017. Then, found that students as the experimental class and the control class. To get the class sample test done first then normality, its homogeneity and similarity in average for all classes of the population. After all the class known to normal, homogenous and have the same average then conducted the election of class sample randomly. Before testing the hypotheses, firstly applied the normality test and homogenety test to the sample. Then, tested the hypotheses by applying t-test formula. He got that test t (1,838) > tabel t (1,645) with 0,05 degree of freedom and with 95 % level of credence. Then he concluded that null hypothesis (H0) and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. So, the ability of the students in understanding Math Concept is higher through the Cooperative Studying Model Lottery Card Type (Arisan's Card) than the students taught through conventional learning.Keywords: Understanding on mathematic concept’s ability, learning model of cooperative (Lottery card).
