Consumer identification in cigarette industry: Brand authenticity, brand identification, brand experience, brand loyalty and brand love 卷烟行业消费者认同:品牌真实性、品牌认同、品牌体验、品牌忠诚和品牌喜爱

The cigarette industry faces market competition, and the pressure that suppresses its existence stems from ambiguous policies. The ambiguous policy is because the government still expects cigarette excise income as a significant source, but also that the government is faced with the demands of the anti-smoking community who establish cigarettes as a sunset industry. This condition does not make cigarette business actors give up, given that the cigarette industry still contributes to employment, state income, and market demand is still there. This study aimed to determine the effect of brand authenticity, brand identification, brand experience, brand loyalty, and brand love. The relationship between the five brand theories is examined using the Structural Equation Model. The sample for this study was 200 cigarette consumers, using a non-probability sampling technique. The result shows that: 1) Brand experience significantly and positively impacts brand identification among cigarette industry consumers; 2) Brand identification significantly and positively impacts brand love among cigarette industry consumers; 3) Brand authenticity significantly and positively impacts brand love among cigarette industry consumers; 4) Brand identification significantly and positively impacts brand loyalty among cigarette industry consumers; 5) Brand love significantly and positively impacts brand loyalty among cigarette industry consumers. The product marketing strategy component must take five branding theories. The product's market strengthens with the value of five brand components.

The role of supply chain management in entrepreneurial activities and product innovation on SMEs performance 供应链管理在创业活动和产品创新中对中小企业绩效的作用

The purpose of this research is to provide practical and theoretical insights about how small and medium enterprises (SMEs) adapt and further develop entrepreneurial activities, product innovation and SME business performance This study used a quantitative method using a questionnaire for data collection. The research data developed by distributed online questionnaires by social media. The number of samples used was 230 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Partial Least Square (PLS) is used for data processing by SartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of data analysis it is concluded that entrepreneurial competence has a significant effect on business performance and entrepreneurial competence has a significant effect on product innovation. Product innovation has also a significant effect on the performance of SME businesses.

The company seeks the role of internal function and external partnership to eliminate or reduce the waste generated and its impact on the environment. Internally, Top management needs to commit and actively increase the participation of employees in implementing total quality management and production waste management to enhance business performance. This study surveyed the companies engaged in the industry sector producing finished products while generating waste in the production process. Data collection is carried out using online questionnaires through Google Forms with data analysis using PLS software. One hundred and thirty-six (136) manufacturing companies located in East Java, Indonesia. The results of the data analysis indicated that top management commitment significantly influences firm performance, employee empowerment, and total quality management. Employee empowerment impacts total quality management and production waste management. Total quality management positively influences production waste management and firm performance. In addition, production waste management significantly impacts the firm performance. In addition, top management commitment indirectly affects firm performance through the mediating role of total quality management. However, the mediating effect of production waste management is insignificant in translating top management commitments to firm performance. The result provides a theoretical contribution to developing green supply chain practices and sustainability. Furthermore, the practical contribution provides insight for top management companies that production waste management can improve performance with high management commitment and employee empowerment.

In an era of challenging business and increasingly fierce competition, the company (business) reputation has become an increasingly valuable and vital asset. To maintain a good reputation, this study aims to explain what internal factors affect the business reputation and test the consistency of agency theory as a solution in explaining the influence of internal factors such as sustainability, millennial director, financial distress, board of commissioners, and company size on business reputation. The research used the power of panel data analysis, complemented by advanced statistical techniques such as Robust, Fixed Effects, Ordinary Least Square Regression, and Random Effects. This method is executed using Stata software, which offers incredible flexibility to seamlessly connect theoretical concepts and empirical data related to research variables. Results of this research show that sustainability and a board of commissioners are not able to have a significant influence on the business reputation; millennial directors and financial distress have a negative influence on the business reputation, while the company size has a significant positive effect on the business reputation. This research makes a valuable contribution to the company's management in considering important factors that can affect the business reputation, as well as taking appropriate steps to maintain and improve its reputation amid increasingly fierce business competition.

Strategic agility and supply chain agility: Potential antecedents of SMEs performance 战略敏捷性与供应链敏捷性:中小企业绩效的潜在前因

SMEs always require dynamic capabilities for enhancing their performance, therefore, this research aimed to examine the influence of strategic agility and supply chain agility on SMEs’ performance. Moreover, it investigated the moderation of innovation capability in the relationship between strategic agility and SMEs’ performance. Furthermore, the moderating role of innovation capabilities was identified in the relationship between supply chain agility and SMEs’ performance. The data for the research was gathered from 398 respondents, and Smart pls was used for analysis. The results highlighted that strategic agility and supply chain agility significantly influence SMEs’ performance. In addition, innovation capability can moderate the relationship between strategic agility and SMEs’ performance. Whereas innovation capability does not moderate the relationship between supply chain agility and SMEs’ performance.

Exploring the relationship of supply chain transformational leadership and supply chain innovations performance on MSMEs satisfaction supply chain outcomes 探讨供应链变革型领导与供应链创新绩效对中小微企业满意度供应链结果的影响

In a complex digital era, innovative supply chain management is the key to success in overcoming logistical challenges. By implementing the latest technology, adopting innovative strategies, and managing risk well, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. The main driver of innovation is leadership in the supply chain. The supply chain network views transformational leadership and innovation as a source of competitive advantage. This study attempts to examine the direct and indirect relationship between supply chain transformational leadership, supply chain innovation performance, and satisfaction with supply chain outcomes. The main objective of this study is to analyze the mediating effect of supply chain innovation performance on the effect of supply chain transformational leadership on supply chain outcomes. The study uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software where primary data are obtained through a survey by distributing questionnaires. Respondents from this study were 507 leaders of MSMEs who were included in the purposive sampling criteria. The results of the instrument scale test used in this study met the standards of validity and reliability analysis. The results of the regression analysis of this study indicate that supply chain transformational leadership had a significant and positive effect on satisfaction of supply chain outcomes. Supply chain transformational leadership also maintained a significant and positive effect on supply chain innovation performance. Moreover, supply chain innovation performance provided a significant and positive effect on supply chain outcomes. There was also a partial support in examining the effect of mediating variables on supply chain innovation performance on the positive effect of chain transformational leadership. The theoretical implication of this research is that the results of this study support previous research studies which state that supply chain transformational leadership had a positive and significant contribution to satisfaction of supply chain performance and encourages the improvement of MSMEs. The practical implication of this research is that MSMEs managers must use transformational leadership to encourage increased performance and innovation because the results of this study have proven that transformational leadership in the supply chain will contribute to increased innovation and performance of MSMEs.

The results of the regression analysis of this study indicate that supply chain transformational leadership had a significant and positive effect on satisfaction of supply chain outcomes. Supply chain transformational leadership also maintained a significant and positive effect on supply chain innovation performance. Moreover, supply chain innovation performance provided a significant and positive effect on supply chain outcomes. There was also a partial support in examining the effect of mediating variables on supply chain innovation performance on the positive effect of chain transformational leadership. The theoretical implication of this research is that the results of this study support previous research studies which state that supply chain transformational leadership had a positive and significant contribution to satisfaction of supply chain performance and encourages the improvement of MSMEs. Quality management application and educational performance in higher education institutions: A bibliometric analysis 高等院校质量管理应用与教育绩效:文献计量分析

Quality management has become inevitable and ubiquitous in higher education, especially given the increasing competition in both industry and professional orientation. To date, there has been no broad consensus about the trends and determinants in this field despite research existing for several decades now. Experts disagree on the use and impact of quality management systems in higher education, and there is a considerable geographical disparity in terms of the progress made in the field. In this article, a bibliometric analysis consisting of data from 966 articles from the Web of Science database (scanned extant literature) was to identify the most pertinent papers, sources, authors, countries, publication dynamics, and themes. It reveals a comprehensive quality management assessment in higher education. It also revealed the most prominent role of service-quality leadership in current research and quality culture, training, performance, and improvement techniques as the areas relevant for future research. Several countries need to refocus their effort on improvement in quality training and the impact of quality management in the higher education context.

An empirical study of critical success factors in implementing knowledge management systems (KMS): The moderating role of culture 实施知识管理系统关键成功因素的实证研究:文化的调节作用

This research focuses on the moderating effect of culture on the relationships between KMS and other variables affecting KMS in the service industry. The effects of a number of variables on KMS were examined via analysis and hypothesis testing. These variables included culture; people; process; strategy; and technology. The results show that culture and people have a substantial impact on KMS's performance, emphasizing the need of cultivating a supportive company culture and empowering employees. Furthermore, strategy and technology were shown to be critical in allowing effective knowledge management practices in the service industry. The research also investigates the moderating impacts of culture on these linkages, demonstrating that culture modulates the impact of process, technology, and strategy on KMS. However, it was shown that the interplay between culture and people did not substantially alter the link between people and KMS. These results provide useful insights for firms looking to improve their knowledge management methods, underlining the need to take culture into account and aligning it with strategic goals and technology solutions. While the study adds to our understanding of knowledge management in the service industry, further research is needed to investigate other elements and situations. Overall, this research has practical significance for firms looking to enhance their knowledge management activities and overall organizational performance.

Replenishment-shipment decision for a multiproduct producer-client coordinated FPR model with postponement, rework and subcontracting 具有延期、返工和分包的多产品生产者-客户协调FPR模型的补货-发货决策

This research constructs a mathematical scheme to explore replenishment-shipment decisions for a multiproduct producer-client coordinated finite production rate (FPR) model with the postponement, rework, and subcontracting plan. The considered multiple goods have a common component, and a batch FPR fabrication with postponement is planned to meet the annual multiproduct requirements. The first fabricating phase makes only the standard components needed for a batch and subcontracts a proportion of them (with additional cost) to expedite the process. In contrast, the second fabricating phase produces the finished multiple merchandise in sequence. The in-house rework processes with extra expense help retain the desirable quality. Each merchandise’s finished batch is transported to the clients in equal-sized numerous shipments. This study derives the optimal batch cycle length and transporting frequency by minimizing the overall fabricating-shipment expenses (including clients’ holding costs). This work offers a numerical example demonstrating various crucial system features influenced by the factors of subcontracting, postponement, rework, and transportation policies to facilitate managerial decision making in industries.

The role of quality assurance in improving the distribution of organizational performance 质量保证在改善组织绩效分配中的作用

The continuity of the organization was disrupted when the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world in early 2020, and many organizations were forced to adapt to emergencies. Programs that have been developed for the long term must be modified to suit the situation. This paper aims to evaluate the impact of the pandemic and analyze the ongoing impact of transformational leadership on the distribution of organizational performance mediated by organizational learning, total quality management and quality assurance, and altruism as moderating variables. The study was conducted by using Partial Least Square to analyze the behavior of the highest leadership of the Child Welfare Institution (CWI) of the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, with a sample of 185 accredited institutions throughout Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that several factors affect the process of evaluating organizational performance. The LKSAs need to improve the quality of their organization's performance by following the requirements of the Ministry of Social Affairs consistently and continuously in implementing the fulfillment of the quality standards. The contribution of novelty in this study is that the total quality management variable is not able to improve organizational performance. The surprising finding is that the consistency of the distribution of total quality management implementation has no effect when the highest leadership is unable to carry out the sustainability of the standards that have been painstakingly prepared long before the pandemic occurred. However, the quality assurance can increase the distribution of organizational performance substantially.
