Each company will make every effort to improve productivity, efficiency, fast, easy service, and continue to create various new innovations to stay ahead and survive in the market. In addition to productivity and efficiency that need to be improved, companies must also understand and know what consumers need. This study aims to determine and explain the effect of information sharing and innovation in Supply Chain Management partially on company performance. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The unit of research analysis is the tourism sector SMEs in Bogor, West Java, Indonesia. Respondents who were used as samples were 210 people. The analytical method used in testing the hypothesis is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS). This research has succeeded in proving the existence of mediation of information sharing and significant innovation in the relationship between supply chain management and performance.

Impact of supply chain 4.0 and supply chain risk on organizational performance: An empirical evidence from the UAE food manufacturing industry 供应链4.0和供应链风险对组织绩效的影响:来自阿联酋食品制造业的经验证据

This research aims to empirically assess the impact of supply chain 4.0 and supply chain risk on organizational performance in the food manufacturing industry in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Based on empirical evidence, only a few empirical research in supply chain 4.0 have been conducted. Additionally, they stress the significance of supply chain risk management assistance in enhancing organizational effectiveness. A quantitative technique with convenient cluster sampling was used to evaluate the variables. Data from 54 food manufacturing companies based in Ajman, UAE, was used. A sample size of 289 respondents was used for statistical analysis. The research findings revealed a strong link between the significant impact of supply chain4.0 and supply chain risk to improve organizational performance. The use of supply chain 4.0 in manufacturing organizations was the main focus of this study. The model can be modified to reflect other businesses worldwide, for instance, the retail or service sectors. The findings aid businesses in making better-informed decisions about adopting supply chain 4.0. According to the research findings, food manufacturing companies should initiate and advance their transition to supply chain 4.0 for them to be competitive, effective, and productive.

The contribution of cargo loading and discharging time to the loss and gain of coal: Empirical evidence from Indonesian ports 货物装卸时间对煤炭损益的贡献:来自印度尼西亚港口的经验证据

This research aimed to know both the direct and indirect contribution of cargo loading and discharging time to the Loss and gain of coal mediated by load quantity. The process of data collecting was done through secondary data taken from the loading port of Jetty in Samarinda Port and the discharging port of Muara Berau, East Kalimantan. During 2020, there was an average loss of coal cargo of as much as 56 percent. This was caused by the long waiting discharge time during the loading and discharging. Another problem was the long waiting discharge time, as many Mother Vessels, tugboats, and barges entered the Jetty port and made a density there. The research method used path analysis with the loading-discharging unit as the source of secondary data on the determining factors of load quantity and the Loss and gain of coal cargo. This research indicated that one of the dominant factors was waiting discharge time, as a problem frequently occurred when vessels would berth in the port for discharging activities. The key finding was the necessity for the competent party to pay special attention to the factors contributing to vessels’ waiting discharge time in the port by providing services as maximally as possible through human resources improvement in the form of training.

Digitalization and green supply chain integration to build supply chain resilience toward better firm competitive advantage 数字化与绿色供应链整合构建供应链弹性,提升企业竞争优势

Organizations rely on information technology to integrate internally and externally to create process efficiency in increasing competitiveness. Information technology can support digitalization in companies to maintain green supply chain management. Manufacturing companies are required to be able to pay attention to the environment by maintaining the balance of nature. The object of this research is manufacturing companies located in East Java. Data were collected from respondents through questionnaires which were distributed using Google form. The results of the questionnaire distribution were obtained from a total of 108 companies analyzed using the partial least squares method. The analysis shows that digitalization affects supply chain integration, green supply chain, and resilience. Digitalization in the supply chain can form a strong integration, energy efficiency, and effectiveness to survive. Supply chain integration affects the green supply chain and supply chain resilience. Integration in the supply chain system, able to overcome environmental problems and optimize resources. A green supply chain affects supply chain resilience. Supply chain integration, green supply chain, and supply chain resilience affect a firm competitive advantage. Practical research contributions for management to allocate budgets with the needs of application development and supply chain systems within the company. Supply chain digitization is a solid foundation for companies to have a competitive advantage against competitors.

SMEs repurchase intention and customer satisfaction: Investigating the role of utilitarian value and service quality 中小企业再购买意愿与顾客满意:功利价值与服务质量的关系研究

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of utilitarian value and service quality on customer satisfaction to increase repurchase. The population in this study were SMEs consumers and the sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, while the non-probability sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 128 respondents. The instrument used to obtain data was by using a questionnaire. The research method was quantitative, the data obtained were based on answers from respondents to the questionnaire, analyzed by statistical techniques of multiple linear regression analysis, the regression model was tested with classical assumptions in order to meet the requirements and was feasible to use to predict the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the regression calculations were tested by t-test and coefficient of determination, while the results of mediation calculations were tested by path analysis and Sobel tests with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 25.0 program. After analyzing the data, the following results and conclusions were obtained: (1) Utilitarian Value has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (2) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (3) Utilitarian Value has no effect on Repurchase Intention (4) Service Quality has no positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention, (5) Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention,(6) Utilitarian Value through Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Repurchase Intention. (7) Service Quality through Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect to Repurchase Intention.

The role of cultural capital in improving the financial performance of village credit institutions 文化资本在提高村级信贷机构财务绩效中的作用

The Village Credit Institution (LPD) is an organization of micro finance which is in the scope of Balinese traditional villages. More specifically, LPDs whose members are indigenous people are very strong with a culture that grows and develops in society, so that activities in achieving organizational goals can be achieved through collaboration of cultural capital. The desired achievement describes organizational structure, cultural capital, and credit risk in improving financial performance which places cultural capital as a moderating variable in LPD in Bali. Quantitative methods are used in this study, namely selecting specific cases on the structure of the role of cultural capital for the organization. Quantitative data processing using SEM-PLS, the number of samples includes 100 respondents obtained through a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that cultural capital plays an important role in LPD activities, especially related to organizational structure, credit risk, efficiency, and financial performance. Even though in a pandemic condition, the LPD spends to provide massive assistance, this proves that the LPD is a hybrid organization which also emphasizes a social perspective with an emphasis on wisdom. Novelty raised in this research is the emergence of collaboration patterns between LPDs and customers in the framework of common interests. This research has implications for LPD as a reference for positive perspectives on the role of cultural capital on organizational dynamics. Furthermore, this research can provide input to local governments that local regulations are needed that can assess social activities carried out by LPDs.

The desired achievement describes organizational structure, cultural capital, and credit risk in improving financial performance which places cultural capital as a moderating variable in LPD in Bali. Quantitative methods are used in this study, namely selecting specific cases on the structure of the role of cultural capital for the organization. Quantitative data processing using SEM-PLS, the number of samples includes 100 respondents obtained through a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that cultural capital plays an important role in LPD activities, especially related to organizational structure, credit risk, efficiency, and financial performance. Even though in a pandemic condition, the LPD spends to provide massive assistance, this proves that the LPD is a hybrid organization which also emphasizes a social perspective with an emphasis on wisdom. Novelty raised in this research is the emergence of collaboration patterns between LPDs and customers in the framework of common interests. This research has implications for LPD as a reference for positive perspectives on the role of cultural capital on organizational dynamics. A study on the location of emergency supplies reserve center in Guangxi for tropical cyclone disasters 广西热带气旋灾害应急物资储备中心选址研究

On average, Guangxi experiences 2 severe tropical cyclone disasters yearly. A large number of disaster victims need governments at all levels to raise enough emergency supplies to carry out effective relief. However, there is no proper reserve center for tropical cyclone disaster storage and collection of emergency supplies in Guangxi, so it is urgent to choose a suitable location to build the Guangxi tropical cyclone disaster emergency supplies reserve center. The data of 16 severe tropical cyclone disasters and rescues in Guangxi from 2014 to 2021 were collected. An optimal location model of the emergency supplies reserve center for tropical cyclone disasters in Guangxi was established using the improved center of gravity method based on GIS. After four iterations of calculation, the longitude and latitude coordinate S5(108.64, 21.98) were used as a suitable site to construct the Guangxi Tropical Cyclone Disaster Emergency Supplies Reserve Center to ensure the fastest and lowest cost delivery of emergency supplies to the disaster areas in Guangxi. According to the map of Tiandi, the actual place corresponding to this coordinate is near Liuwu Village next to Qinzhou East Railway Station, Qinnan District, Qinzhou, Guangxi. This location coordinate S5 can provide a reference for the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region government to select a suitable address to construct the Guangxi Tropical Cyclone Disaster Emergency Supplies Reserve Center. The improved center of gravity location model based on GIS can also provide a reference for other provinces or cities to carry out emergency supplies reserve center locations.

The role of academics’ socio-demographic characteristics as moderating in WFH productivity: Empirical evidence 学者的社会人口特征在WFH生产率中的调节作用:经验证据

The present study examines the faculty staff’s socio-demographic factors (i.e., gender, academic ranking, and experience) as moderating variables on the relationship between the four interrelated factors (organizational, individual, technological, and client engagement) and their productivity (performance) during the Covid‐19 pandemic. A conceptual framework was developed by integrating several relevant studies in the field of Work from Home (WFH) productivity. To end this, we involved (n=388) academic staff working from home during the Covid-19 crisis to test the hypotheses in the higher education context. The findings showed that the academics’ WFH productivity was significantly associated with the four interrelated factors (organizational, individual, technological, and client-related factors) either collectively or individually, and the most important one was the individual-related factors. The moderation analysis reveals that the effect of the socio-demographic characteristics (gender, academic ranking, and experience) on WFH productivity was varied. Surprisingly, the study findings provided evidence for the first time that the client’s engagement (student) factor, which has not been studied before, was found as one of the main determinant factors of WFH productivity during the Covid-19 crisis.

Corporate image and service quality: Evidence from Indonesia Mass Rapid Transport 企业形象与服务质量:以印尼捷运为例

This research aims to identify the factors, including service quality, corporate Image, and perceived Value, that contribute to Mass Rapid Transit Jakarta's customer satisfaction. Mass Rapid Transit is a mass transportation that has become necessary due to the prevalence of private automobiles in Jakarta. This study employs a descriptive quantitative methodology using a survey of 165 Mass Rapid Transit passenger respondents and descriptive statistical analysis and modeling with the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square. The results showed that the Quality of Service has a positive effect on passenger satisfaction, the corporate image does not affect passenger satisfaction, the perceived value has a positive contribution to passenger satisfaction, and the Quality of Service has a positive effect on the perceived value. Furthermore, the corporate image positively contributes to perceived value, service quality positively affects customer satisfaction mediated by perceived values, and the corporate image does not affect passenger satisfaction mediated by perceived value. Therefore, mass Rapid Transit Jakarta needs to make various innovations to improve service quality mediated by service quality dimensions that refer to service quality. In addition, the human capital of service officers at Mass Rapid Transit Jakarta needs to be improved in terms of Quality and competency so that passengers' opinions of the service staff are more favorable, increasing both perceived value and customer satisfaction.

The moderating effect of strategic momentum on the relationship between big data analytics capabilities and lean supply chain practices 战略动力对大数据分析能力和精益供应链实践之间关系的调节作用

The present study aimed to explore the moderating role of strategic momentum in the relationship between big data analytics capabilities and lean supply chain practices in eight textile companies in Jordan. A quantitative research methodology incorporating a cross-sectional design was adopted to gather questionnaire-based responses to investigate the hypotheses put forth. The sample for the study consisted of 116 respondents, who were selected from a diverse group of senior executives from various fields, including IT, logistics, marketing, production, and strategic planning. These individuals possessed both knowledge and skills in data and business analytics disciplines. The data were analyzed utilizing SPSS version 28 and the PROCESS v3.5 macro developed by Andrew F. Hayes. The results revealed that the strategic momentum positively moderates the relationship between big data analytics capabilities and lean supply chain practices. These findings indicate that high levels of strategic momentum allow an organization to increase resources and focus on investing in and developing its big data capabilities, thereby supporting the implementation of lean supply chain practices.
