Application of Auhtoritarian Parenting Patterns in Developing Children's Social Intelligence 在培养儿童社会智能方面应用奥托主义教养模式

Parents have the right to raise children. It was found that several parents applied authoritarian parenting to develop children's social intelligence. This study aims to determine whether the application of authoritarian parenting by parents to their children can develop social intelligence. The method used is qualitative. The research was conducted in April-May, at SMP Negeri 92 Jakarta to be precise, with the research subjects consisting of six key informants and four key informants. From this study, it was found that the authoritarian parenting style adopted by parents came from internal factors (parental personality, parenting beliefs, parents' age, and parents' gender) and external factors (parents' education, socioeconomic status, and environment). Not all children who grow from authoritarian parenting have good social intelligence. Because two out of four students actually withdraw from the environment that requires them to interact. For parents who believe that applying authoritarian parenting can develop children's social intelligence, they need to pay attention to several things, such as increasing knowledge by participating in parenting training, providing fair care for each child, and living in a good social environment. In addition, the application of authoritarian parenting by parents with the aim of developing children's social intelligence should be reconsidered because there are several things that need attention, such as the child's mental condition.

Management of The Garment Sewing Training At The Dessy Course And Training Institution (LKP) Semarang 三宝垄 Dessy 课程和培训机构(LKP)的服装缝纫培训管理

The implementation of training programs requires systematic management to support the achievement of training objectives, but in practice the implementation of management in some institutions is not optimal. Some institutions simply conduct training without structured and systematic management. This study aims to identify and describe training management, which includes 1) planning, 2) implementation and 3) evaluation of training at LKP Dessy. The research design is qualitative and the respondents are executives, trainers, administrators and students. Data collection methods included observing, interviewing, and documentation. Verify data validity by triangulating sources and methods. The data were analyzed using an interactive model that includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that LKP Dessy's training management involves 1) Planning includes identifying program managers and support staff, determining: objectives, teaching materials, learning methods, media and tools, evaluation, time and place of training, training instructors, preparing activity plans and schedules, and preparing activity budget plans. 2) Training implementation includes recruiting trainees by distributing brochures and selecting trainees through administrative selection and interviews. The training is conducted using lecture and practical learning methods in accordance with the material presented, and the training is evaluated using daily assessments and competency tests. 3) Evaluate training programs by reviewing skill levels, trainers and program managers, facilities, systems and procedures, and training results. Implementing evaluation at LKP Dessy through discussions between managers, staff and trainers. There is no structured and systematic evaluation in the implementation of evaluation at LKP Dessy

PENINGKATAN LITERASI MEMBACA SISWA KELAS V SD MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS FLIPBOOK 使用基于FLIPBOOK的学习媒介提高五年级学生的识字能力

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan media pembelajaran, kualitas media yang meliputi validitas, kepraktisan dan keefektifan penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis flipbook untuk meningkatkan literasi membaca cerita pada siswa kelas V MI Sabilillah Sampang. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model Four-D. Subjek terdiri dari 28 siswa kelas V. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validasi media memperoleh nilai rata-rata 4,53 dengan proporsi 91%, aktivitas guru memperoleh nilai rata-rata 64 dengan proporsi 91% dan aktivitas siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata 65 dengan proporsi 95%. Media pembelajaran berbasis flipbook untuk meningkatkan literasi membaca cerita pada aspek keefektifan menggunakan uji N-gain 4 siswa pada kategori sedang dan 24 siswa pada kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan data harga t-statistik = 15,05 > t-tabel = 2,052, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara X1 dan X2 . Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada hasil pretest dan posttest. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis Filpbook efektif untuk digunakan.

Kindergartens that still require full attention in their learning must adapt to the existing order. This of course reduces all interactions between the teacher and the child directly, resulting in a lack of bonding between the two. This study aims to determine the relationship between online learning and social emotional abilities of Surabaya Kindergarten students aged 5-6 years. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research was conducted at Surabaya's Lasiyam Kindergarten aged 5-6 years. The population of sixty children is taken using non-probability sampling, which means that the selection of the sample is not done subjectively. The type of probability sampling used is simple random sampling chosen by lottery and the formula used to take the sample is the slovin formula, so that in this study a sample of 40 was obtained. Data analysis techniques are interpreted using SPSS. The results show that the significance value is 0.032 <0.05, the significant result is less than 0.05 indicating that the hypothesis is accepted so that it shows a relationship. So it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between online learning and children's social emotional abilities.

ADAPTATION AND VALIDATION OF SELF-COMPASSION SCALE-SHORT FORM FOR ADOLESCENT DRUG ABUSERS AT SOCIAL REHABILITATION FOUNDATIONS IN INDONESIA 印尼社会康复基金会青少年药物滥用者自我同情量表之适应与验证

Self-compassion is one of the adaptive self-attitudes that can be used by adolescents who experience personal dissonance or facing difficult situations and implemented as a normal experience of adolescents who drugs abuse. However, studies on standardized instruments and self-compassion profiles of drug abusers in Indonesia are still limited. Therefore, an intensive study of standardized instruments is needed to measure the compassion of adolescent drug abusers. This study uses an adaptation of a instrument procedures. As many of 38 as teenage drug users of six Social Rehabilitation Foundations in Indonesia. Data is measured using Self-Compassion Scale-Short Form. Operationally, the data analysis used Rash Model 3.75. The results showed that SCS-SF has satisfactory psychometric properties. Further studies are required to examine the psychometric properties of the SCS-SF of various participant socio-demographic factors.

Indonesia's ranking related to scientific literacy has not experienced a significant increase. In fact, in facing increasingly difficult challenges in the 21st century, students must have literacy skills. The importance of scientific literacy skills in education makes scientific literacy a standard measure of the quality of education. This study aims to determine the effect of learning using the problem-based learning model-based LKPD development on elementary students' scientific literacy abilities. This research is included in the experimental research. A sample of 27 elementary school students class V B SDN 147 Gresik. This research was conducted in March-May 2023 at SDN 147 Gresik. Scientific literacy skills were carried out 2 times, namely pretest and posttest. Based on the normality test, it was found that the value was < 0.05, indicating that the data distribution was not normal. The results of the Wilcoxon signed ranks test obtained a significance value of P of 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion obtained is that there is an effect of learning using the problem-based learning model-based LKPD development on the scientific literacy abilities of elementary students. Subsequent studies require LKPD research based on problem-based learning models on other elementary learning materials.

In fact, in facing increasingly difficult challenges in the 21st century, students must have literacy skills. The importance of scientific literacy skills in education makes scientific literacy a standard measure of the quality of education. This study aims to determine the effect of learning using the problem-based learning model-based LKPD development on elementary students' scientific literacy abilities. This research is included in the experimental research. A sample of 27 elementary school students class V B SDN 147 Gresik. This research was conducted in March-May 2023 at SDN 147 Gresik. Scientific literacy skills were carried out 2 times, namely pretest and posttest. Based on the normality test, it was found that the value was < 0.05, indicating that the data distribution was not normal. The results of the Wilcoxon signed ranks test obtained a significance value of P of 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion obtained is that there is an effect of learning using the problem-based learning model-based LKPD development on the scientific literacy abilities of elementary students. PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN E-LEARING DI SKB (SANGGAR KEGIATAN BELAJAR) KOTA BENGKULU 在班古鲁市的SKB(学习活动)学习学习执行

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan pembelajaran E-learning di SKB (Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar) Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran E-learning di SKB (Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar) Kota Bengkulu masih baru, sehingga pengelola harus mensosialisaikan kepada wargar belajar. Proses pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan aplikasi google classroom dengan banyaknya memberikan materi kepada warga belajar. Kendala pada proses pembelajarannya adalah kurang efektif dalam mencapai harapan dari warga belajar karena terkadang warga belajar yang sudah berkomitmen untuk mengikuti pembelajaran daring menggunakan google classroom sering tidak mengumpulkan tugas, tidak membuka akun yang sudah diberikan, kesulitan dalam pelaksaan ini banyak warga belajar yang tidak memiki sinyal saat proses pembelajaran jadi tugas yang diberikan sering terambat dalam proses pengumpulan tugas. Selain itu, E-learning yang di implementasikan di SKB SPNF Kota Bengkulu juga turut memberikan kemudahkan bagi sebagaian dari warga belajar yang kerja sambil belajar, warga belajar  terbantu dengan adanya metode pembelajaran ini sehingga saat ada waktu luang bisa membaca ulang materi yang diberikan pada akun google classroom tersebut.

ANALISIS MODEL PELATIHAN DI LKP KURSUS & RUMAH JAHIT IIN, JATI MAKMUR, KOTA BINJAI

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pelaksaan model pelatihan yang digunakan pada LKP Kursus & Rumah jahit IIN. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Tempat penelitian ini dilakukan di  Jl. Nibung 1 No. 9, Jati Makmur, Kec. Binjai Utara, Kota Binjai, Sumatera Utara. Adapun metode pengumpulan data dengan teknik wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1). LKP Kursus & Rumah jahit IIN  merupakan lembaga pelatihan yang melaksanakan program pelatihan menjahit, 2). LKP Kursus & Rumah jahit IIN dalam penerapannya menggunakan model pelatihan deduktif, 3). LKP Kursus & Rumah Jahit IIN dalam penerapannya menyampaikan teori 30% dan praktek 70%, 4). LKP Kursus & Rumah jahit IIN berdasar pada proses dan materi latihan menggunakan model latihan ketrampilan kerja.

PREDICTORS OF CHARACTER STRENGTHS AMONG YOUNG ADULTS AND ADULTS IN BANDUNG 万隆市青年和成人性格优势的预测因素

This study aims to measure the contribution of traits and productive parenting patterns as predictors of character strengths. Features were assumed as a natural or an innate factor in individuals, while effective parenting patterns were considered a nurture or an external factor. In this study, the trait concept is studied using the theory of Five-Factor Personality from Costa and McRae; the productive parenting pattern is studied using Baumrind's approach, and the idea of character strengths is explored using the theory proposed by Peterson and Seligman. The validity and reliability of all questionnaires are examined by construct validity and internal consistency. Respondents were 247 individuals with a young adult to the adult developmental range. The result of regression analysis shows that traits and productive parenting patterns significantly contributed to establishing all character strengths with the value of R2 from 0.226 to 0.562. This finding concludes that character strengths will be well developed in individuals if the innate factor (traits) are optimized with productive parenting (with acceptance and warmth and clear and consistent rules from the parents).

Family-Based Early Intervention Based on Family Outcomes for Families with Children with Multiple Disabilities 基于家庭结果的多重残疾儿童家庭早期干预

This study aims to formulate a family-based early intervention program for parents who have children with Multiple disabilities based on Family Outscomes.  The background of this study is the lack of family information related to the identification of children with multiple disabilities, family confusion in handling children who experience multiple disabilities, and the absence of family confidence in the situation of their children in the social environment. The subjects in this study were parents who had Children with Multiple Disabilitiesin this case were children with Cerebral Palsy who experienced obstacles in motor, cognitive, social & emotional, and language aspects and intellectual barriers.  This research approach is a qualitative approach with three stages of research, namely assessment, validation, and implementation. The result of this study is an increase in family understanding of the child's condition, the occurrence of stimulation carried out by the family to the child, the family has begun to want to socialize their children in the surrounding social environment. The results and discussion of further research are discussed in this study.  
本研究旨在以家庭结果为基础,为有多重残疾儿童的父母制定一个以家庭为基础的早期干预方案。本研究的背景是多重残疾儿童识别相关家庭信息的缺失,家庭在处理多重残疾儿童时的困惑,以及家庭对其子女在社会环境中的处境缺乏信心。本研究的研究对象是有多重残疾儿童的父母,在本研究中,患有脑瘫的儿童在运动、认知、社交和情感、语言和智力方面存在障碍。本研究方法为定性研究方法,分为评估、验证和实施三个阶段。本研究的结果是增加了家庭对孩子状况的了解,发生了家庭对孩子进行的刺激,家庭已经开始想要让孩子在周围的社会环境中社会化。本文讨论了进一步研究的结果和讨论。
