Concerns for the future of our environment, with regards to climate change, scarcity of resources, population growth, and globalization are growing, we need alternative solutions as to how can we reduce thenegative impact of all the above on the planet while catering the needs of the mass. Only recently has there beendebates if or not vernacular and traditional aspects of architecture can be the key to the required change.Courtyards and open spaces are one of the attributes of vernacular architecture that needs to be discussed in theabove context. The importance of these spaces had already been proven for different climatic conditions. However, there is a need to justify this kind of open space typology in the lights of contemporary architecture of ametropolitan city like Delhi which is having a diverse urban fabric, a high rate of influx, and also culturaldiversification. Given that the most common and relatable architectural typology is the dwelling, and it is subjectedto a rapid transformation concerning its built as well as use. The following case takes into consideration theresidential open spaces of Delhi through a comparative study of residential courtyard spaces of Delhi hence, thepaper tries to form a conception of open spaces in the residential typology of Delhi post-independence and hence, tries to study the dwellings of the same time dating from the 1950s till date it also provides the reader an insight tothe reasoning of flattening of built forms that have emerged in today’s era, despite the heterogeneity of people andwhat are the possible solutions to this through the understanding of courtyard spaces and use its functional benefitslike comfort and a sense of belongingness.

Lopinavir is the anti HIV drug which is used to treat the HIV-1 infection. In this study we used the singlelopinavir drug to formulate the polymeric micelle. This study was done with the two main objectives asObjective:first to enhance the solubility and bioavailability of the BCS class IV drug and second to avoid thecombination of lopinavir rand ritonavir and use single lopinavir to preparation of polymeric micelle also to avoidthe disadvantages related to the oral administration. Method:The different pluronic (F188 &F127) and co-solvent(Tween80) were chosen & the micelles were prepared by using different Drug: polymer ratio with or without cosolvent and drug Lopinavir. Formulations were been characterized by critical micelle concentration(CMC) value, micellesize,DSC, XRD, loading efficiency, % drug loading and stability.Result:Mixed micelle (hydrophobic&hydrophilic) obtained from optimized batch shows the highest entrapment of 29%with the pluronic F68 with theuse of co-solvent and the vesicle size of 0.156µm the DSC, FTIR, XRD study was also done for lopinavir andoptimized formulation .Conclusion: The pluronic F68 with the co-solvent showed fairly high entrapment efficiency, loading capacity than the mixed Pluronic in combination

:In the past few years of research done in the field of myoelectric control, many researchers have proposedseveral models imploying a combination of different features and classifiers to increase the movement classes, butall that work fails to explain if there is any correlation between multi-class classification and its accuracy. Thispaper focuses on finding the factors that decide the limit of movement classes that machine learning algorithms canaccurately differentiate and to evaluate the performance of pattern classification techniques using the sEMG signalwhen the number of movement classes is increased while keeping the simplicity of the system. The results wereobtained for eight channels sEMG signal using 7 independent time-domain features and four feature setcombinations over 4 classifiers (Support Vector Machine(SVM), K-Nearest Neighbour(K-NN), Decision Tree(DT),and Naïve Bayes(NB)). Then the number of classes was increased in the manner of 5, 7, 10, 12, and 15 classes todetermine the highest number of movement classes that the sEMG system with above-described features can classifyefficiently. And the effect of increasing the number of movement classes on system accuracy was observed. Thehighest accuracies for all five class progression were obtained for SVM with the MFL feature, and for DT usingMAV, it was successfully observed that the NB classifier had minimum performance depletion for the features usedin this work

Drug discovery for clinical data analytics formsan important breakthrough work in terms of computational approaches in health care systems. On the other hand, healthcare analysis provides better value for money. The health care data management is very challenging as 80%of the data is unstructured as it includes handwritten documents, images; computer-generated clinical reports suchas MRI, ECG, city scan, etc. The paper aims at providing a summary of work carried out by scientists andresearchers who worked in health care domains. More precisely the work focuses on clinical data analysis for theperiod 2013 to 2019. Vesicular drug delivery system has various advantages thereby improving therapeutic efficacy and bysustaining and controlling action of drugs. Liposomes, sphingosomes, ethosomes, cubosomes, pharmacasomes, niosomes, transferosomes are the newly developed vesicular drug delivery system. This review article mainly dealswith the sphingosomal drug delivery system. Sphingosomes are vesicular drug delivery systems in which an aqueousvolume is enclosed with sphingolipid bilayer membranes. Sphingosomes has an enhanced area of interest because oftheir applicability in improving the in vivo delivery of various chemotherapeutic agents, biological macromoleculesand diagnostics. Sphingosome has major advantages over other vesicular drug delivery systems like high stability, more in vivo circulation time, high tumor loading efficacy in case of cancer therapy as compared to liposomes, niosomes etc. Sphingosomes are clinically used vesicular delivery system for chemotherapeutic agent, biologicalmacromolecule and diagnostics. This review concluded that sphingosome represents a promising vesicular drugdelivery system for a range of possible therapeutic applications.

: The whole ship is dependent on the propeller shaft for its movement, the vibrations produced from theshaft destabilizes the whole ship and may lead to accidents. With this objective in mind, in this paper, we describe amethodology to detect and locate the crack present in the intermediate simply supported shaft using experimentalmodal analysis. In the present work, 304 stainless steel material shaft is taken as the specimen as it is one of themost versatile and widely used steels in the world for making different shafts used in any machinery equipment likeships propeller shaft, engine shafts, motor shafts. Initially, analytical analysis is done on the simply supported shaftthen numerical modal analysis using ANSYS 2019 R3 software. Results obtained from the numerical modal analysisare compared with the experimental modal analysis which is done using FFT analyzer. Finally, the first threenatural frequencies are used as a tool to detect damage detection and location in the propeller intermediate shaft

Up to yet, there are so many industries are working on manual process. But due to an increase intechnology and automation, most of the industries are now becomes worker less i.e. fully automated. There is therequirement of the laborers which makes the industries full of errors and decreases work rate to improve it andreduce errors automation are used. Most of which is performed by pneumatic actuators with electrical andautomation control. there are lots of difference between a traditional factory and fully automated industry 4.0 basedfactory In the current industry environment, providing high-end quality service or product with the least cost is thekey to success and industrial factories are trying to achieve as much performance as possible to increase their profitas well as their reputation in current industries there is the utilization of data, finding errors in the system, analysisof system performance are done very efficiently but there is lots of contrast between the traditional industry andindustry 4.0 based industry is that in the industry not only data analysis can be done but also in addition tocondition monitoring and fault diagnosis, components and systems able to get self-based awareness, this willprovide management system with insights for the status of the factory. Hence it will provide the best performancewith better management and controlling processes with better time management. This paper describes the automation process of dispensing and filling the bottles of different sizes using IndustrialIoT. This process can be used for industrial purposes.
