Fluvial transport of LPG into the state of Amazonas (Brazil) has been made precarious and artisanal over the years. The solution to this problem was the implementation of the system roll on roll off to boarding canisters of LPG that are sent to the state. This paper presents the case study and the solution to the faced problem. The specific objectives, as well as the results from the implementation of this new mode of delivery of LPG cylinders for the interior of the Amazonas state, will be presented in this article.

Procedures for risk assessment of critical slant prevention ergonomic work stations: a case study 关键防倾斜工效工作站风险评估程序:个案研究

Quality of life (QV) is directly related to the quality of work life (QWL), as it is in the workplace that individuals occupy most of the time. Therefore, states that job satisfaction, daily hours of work, remuneration, conditions of the physical environment, the opportunity to advance, among other factors, are being discussed and studied to make the most satisfying and less harmful to health of employees working conditions. The aim of this study is to identify risk factors that affect the performance of the activities of the production chain partners LTDA Amapoly Industry and Trade, and the impact of predisposing aspects of occupational diseases related to work. This is a qualitative and quantitative study, is characterized by the use of precision measuring outcomes intended to prevent distortion of analysis and interpretation, allowing, therefore, a degree of certainty as to the deductions and qualitative in which the researcher to obtain "measures" with greater internal validity because unstructured observations allow us to know details that structured instruments (questionnaires) can not achieve. From a descr iptive approach that allowed discover and classify the relationship between variables and discover the characteristics of the phenomenon of investigation. Results identified the risk factors affecting the performance of the activities of contributors, and the impact of predisposing aspects of TME. The study confirmed the importance of ergonomics in the investigation of issues related to occupational diseases, namely the causal factors of musculoskeletal disorders, and no prevention among at-risk populations is paramount to first , there is an awareness by both employers and employees.

In gear transmissions there is a great wear, because there is a sliding velocity between tooth. This sliding in spite of be inevitable has great repercussion over Tooth wear. In gears of sugar mill rollers distance between centers changes during operation and wear is bigger. For this purpose full involute gears are used and sliding increases. Expressions for calculating sliding velocities in such gears are shown in this article.

Design of control systems for fermenters at the Molecular Immunology Center 分子免疫学中心发酵罐控制系统设计

The culture of mammals cells represents the main productive link of the Molecular Immunology Center (CIM) and the fermenters represent the heart of this productive and investigative processes. For the inability to grow in new fermentation equipment due to its high costs and services, we have been given the task of recovering equipment already discontinued due to problems in its control systems. This work is based on the control system implemented in the TechFors Fermenter situate on CIM’s pilot plant, whose main problems were in the expiration in its control system, errors in sequences of operation and measurement of variables, as well as lack of Technical support for the obsolescence of technology. To develop the re-automation of this equipment was used a PLC of the manufacturer Siemens to implement the control system and an industrial PC to carry out the monitoring and supervision of the system. STEP7 and WinCC Flexible softwares were used to develop programming and adjustment of all control loops, operations and equipment supervision. As a main result a new control system was designed and implemented in a fermenter, demonstrating that it is possible to rescue those already abandoned systems of fermentation over the years, giving them efficient and durable controls again.

Analysis of quality hdmi connector component welding in mother board laptop 笔记本电脑主板hdmi连接器元件焊接质量分析

The paper aims to assess the quality of HDMI connector component of welding in the welding process laptop printed circuit board meeting the eligibility criteria related to the filling of the solder barrel to pin through-hole components terminals as specified in international standard IPC-A-610D. For the development of the stages of research, it adopted the PDCA method, used for troubles hooting and application of continuous improvement, commonly used by different companies in the industrial segment worldwide. The results presented through analysis by X-RAY and metallographic test cross section, showed that the quality of HDMI welding through the automatic welding process by remelting meets the technical specifications of the standard of acceptability. Thus, left to perform the welding of this type of component in the manual process, passing it to weld using SMT technology.

This article aims to present a case study about the enviromental perception on law students, on freshmen and senior students, in a private university in Manaus/AM. The data, collected through a closed questionnaire have provided a detailed picture about their perception on environment legal concept and its professional qualification importance. The findings revealed the despite the students knowledge, they still need to improve their perception in real actions involving social-legal-enviromental activities.
