This article deals with the development of Assistive Technologies in order to provide or expand functional abilities of people with visual impairments, analyzing in general is perceived that the technological evolution goes toward making life easier, this project is exactly the creation an indicator of direction and warning against collisions based on a data processing unit, approximate location system received signal strength indicator (RSSI) or indicator intensity of the residual signal in Portuguese, in structured environments coupled with a recognition unit obstacles that allows guide people with impaired vision by sending beeps. Applications and Advantages of the Internet of Things (IoT) at Industry 4.0 工业4.0时代物联网(IoT)的应用与优势

This article describes the application and advantages of the Internet of Things (IoT), most popularly called the Internet of Things or Objects in Industry 4.0. Currently the proliferation in the commercialization of intelligent objects with technology of sensing and communication is perceived. More and more people choose to use technology in their routine activities. A good example of this is the advance in the telecommunications sector, with the popularization of smartphones. Connectivity began to reach not only people but also objects, coming to the existence of more connected devices than the amount of human beings in the world. In this way IoT appears. However, this trend has not been limited only to the final products, it has gone further, it is revolutionizing manufacturing. This led to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, known as Industry 4.0, whose main characteristic is the use of IoT technology throughout the manufacturing environment, allowing the connectivity between devices in order to generate information that is useful for decision making in a remote, fast and safe, thereby creating the concept of intelligent factory.

Entrepreneurship is a term that is usually associated with private investment to assist in the fight against unemployment, but must be seen also as a new way of acting in an environment where it is possible to identify new ways of acting, to develop new knowledge and identify new opportunities. This is the focus of research will develop, because what if you want to study is the making of biojoias using as raw material the lump of Tucuman, so this research will have in one of your objects describe the quality on the transformation of the lump of Tucuman, typically Amazon fruit, in biojoias as a source of entrepreneurship. This line of business professionals create and offer craft products using various types of raw materials, specifically in this case, the seed of Astrocaryum vulgare and finish their products so that they reflect the local culture and identify your author. They are also responsible for the marketing of their products as well as the management of your business. The methodology includes theoretical and field research. Field research will use the techniques of observation and questionnaire. The questionnaire will have the purpose to analyze the use of seed of Astrocaryum vulgare, from collection to processing into raw material for biojoias. The results indicate that the bio-industry, today, is growing due to the spread of ideas of innovative entrepreneurship for local development and new income generation. This article discusses the design of a system that contributes to the solution of the growth of water pollution. It was developed with the main objective of designing a system of automatic separation of water and oil, elements mixed in the same reservoir, observing the analysis of the concepts of density of the fluids. The theoretical concepts were applied and the diagrams of the SA-RT and UML methodologies were illustrated. The methodologies presented are addressed in the discipline of Project Methodology and Automation Systems Programming.

In recent years we have heard a lot about sustainability, effects of Global warming, scarcity of fossil fuels, etc. Brazil has most of its energy matrix supplied by hydroelectric plants. However, due to its geographical location, the Brazilian territory is practically sunny all year round. Solar energy can be harnessed as a source of heat for heating or for the production of electricity. The present work aims to evaluate the technical and economical viability of the implementation of an Autonomous Photovoltaic System in the community “Catalão Floating City”, located in the municipality of Iranduba, in the state of Amazonas.

Composite materials were already used by man in the early agricultural societies and the expanding use of this material has been driven by technological needs of the military. The high fuel prices and increasingly stringent environmental laws have created a great demand for use of this technology in the civilian sector. The purpose of this article is to show the application advantages of composites in aircraft structures, particularly in reducing weight, reduce operating costs, environmental, social and economic impact. The materials and methods were document and experimental research available in a number of studies and publications, as well as comparisons with similar aircraft composite alloy material and finally the influences in the global economy, with the reduction of freight costs in air transportation and the effects on the whole production chain which is significantly improved.

Analysis of mechanical performance in concrete using as raw material waste of construction and demolition 建筑与拆除废料混凝土的力学性能分析

Civil construction is recognized as one of the most important activities for economic and social development, however, studies indicates that it causes huge environmental impacts, either by the consumption of natural resources, by the modification of the landscape or by the generation of waste. Almost 50% of the total solid waste generated in the country comes from civil construction. The possibility of using these construction and demolition wastes (RCDs in portuguese) makes possible to reduce the use of the natural resources used in this process, avoiding a shortage in the future and reducing the amount of waste generated. This work aims to study the possibility of using RCD as an alternative aggregate without significantly changing the properties and characteristics of the concrete. The experiments attended the Brazilian norms and standards for the use of these materials, since their mechanical resistance must reach the demands made by them. It was verified in the experiments that the concrete resistance varied in average 4 Mpa of the conventional concrete, being able to be used for shallow foundations of small structures. The consistency of the concrete with RCD was close to the consistency of the conventional concrete, bearing the trace had good adherence as to its specific mass. Due to the absorption rate being greater when compared to the commonly used crushed concrete, the concrete with residue required a greater addition of water than the usual concrete. The use of RCD as a bulk aggregate for concrete has met the requirements regarding the standards for its use.
