Modifications to automation project of a Hyundai genset in Cayo Santa Maria 圣玛丽亚岛现代发电机组自动化项目改造

Como parte del desarrollo económico de Cuba se comienza la explotación de los recursos naturales propios, en función de la industria turística. Por las grandes distancias que separan la Cayería Norte de la provincia de Villa Clara de la costa fue necesario emplazar una UEB de Generación, que con el crecimiento de las instalaciones permitiera ampliar la potencia instalada hasta ese momento. A razón del vertiginoso crecimiento turístico de Cayo SantaMaria en el año 2013 se decidió acoplar a ese sistema aislado una Batería de motores Hyundai de 1,7 MW, para incrementar la potencia instalada en aproximadamente 7 MW. Los sistemas Hyundai vienen en forma de paquetes de 8, 12 y 16 motores, denominados baterías como los que se encuentran distribuidos por todo el país. Para llevar a cabo la ejecución de esta adaptación se realiza una evaluación de qué sistemas del proyecto original debían mantenerse y cuáles no eran vitales para el funcionamiento de la misma. Además se debían hacer los acoples con la tecnologia MAN existente. El objetivo general del proyecto es: acoplar una batería de motores Hyundai 1,7 MW al sistema aislado de Cayo Santa María y como específicos: modificar la programación de los autómatas de HTU y RCMS para la nueva configuración y rediseñar el SCADA del fabricante.

Matrix polyester composite strengthened by munguba fiber (pseudobombax munguba) Amazon 亚马逊蒙古巴纤维增强基体聚酯复合材料

The diversity of the species of the Amazon flora makes this region a large barn of plants suitable for the development of new polymeric composites. The article in question aimed to evaluate the mechanical properties of polyester composites reinforced by short fibers of Munguba from Amazon not only randomly arranged but also continuous and aligned fibers. For the evaluation of mechanical properties tensile test were used. The used method was qualitative and quantitative, comparing parameters obtained in composites developed by other literature. The results showed that for the investigated materials, the tensile strength increased with fiber length (5 mm 9.61 (MPa) 10 mm 12.16 (MPa) and 15mm 19.91 (MPa)) and when they remained better aligned, uniform and occupying a larger contact area in the matrix, the comportment was better; and composites with continuous and aligned fibers revealed the most satisfactory mechanical performance (54,66MPa).

RAINWATER TANK SIZING METHODOLOGY DEVELOPMENT FOR CURITIBA CITY 库里蒂巴市雨水罐尺寸方法开发

Thus determine the useful volume for use in potable use or non-potable activity is necessary. There are methods for rainwater tank sizing, some being established by standards in use and widely used designs, and other dimensions that are alternatives. The city of Curitiba and other Brazilian capitals are aware of laws which require new buildings over 500 m2 deployment of rainwater systems. The reservoir design seeks to present the useful volume necessary taking into account the rainfall and financial analysis of the implementation of these systems, which also takes into account the water consumption rates fo r public supply.

REDUCING ENVIRONMENTAL NOISE IN THE MOTORCYCLE TEST SECTOR 降低摩托车测试部门的环境噪音

The noise pollution is currently the third biggest environmental problem, affecting many people. When exposed to a high level of noise, the people can show occupational, social, physical and/or psychological problems. The noise is part of people's daily lives and work environments, so research projects and proposals that aim to improve this difficult reality are justified. Personal protection is an immediate measure. However, the control should aim mainly at the emitting source, whether in the noise generation mechanism or in the containment of the propagation. The general objective of this work is the developing of an acoustic booth proposal to reduce environmental noise from the motorcycle test area. The specific objectives are: to map the environmental noise level in the motorcycle testing area; propose an acoustic booth design. In the methodology sought practical results oriented to the problem of controlling environmental noise at the emitting source. An inductive approach is chosen when collecting noise data in the test sector and developing a design as a result of analysing that data. An exploratory, descriptive and explanatory study was developed. Exploratory in data collection, descriptive and explanatory in the development of the acoustic cabin. The investigation strategy uses a case study focused on specifying all qualitative aspects that allow the total reproduction of the results. So, the sound sources that generate noise from the motorcycle test area were verified; area noise levels were measured; the area with the highest noise level was evaluated; the place of installation of the cabin was evaluated; the noise absorbing material was defined; each item used to make the cabin was listed; the costs for making the cabin were defined; the way the panels were assembled was defined; and; The final design of the acoustic booth was designed. The highest noise level found was the motorcycle horn, which when performing the functional test reached an average of 100.91 dB. With the implementation of acoustic booth in the test area, it is proposed to reduce environmental noise in the areas of people circulation.

Review on Methods of test gear transmissions 齿轮传动试验方法综述

The test beds for gear transmissions tests, enable the simulation of real contact conditions, generated on the gear teeth mesh and its behaviour evaluation, under established conditions, reliably fixed and monitored, such as: speed, torque, lubricant temperature, and others. These tests are used for lubrication analysis, wear and major destructive phenomena with negative influence on the gears life. This paper present the design of two test rigs for spur gears assessment, focusing the Contact Fatigue Strength and bending tests, which are the two main design criteria applying to the gears transmissions. These machines allow the behavior evaluation about such phenomena of different materials types, lubricants, additives, geometry modification, and other issues affecting the gears performance. It also establishes a test procedure, and just provides all planes for the machine manufacture and test specimens.

The use of Drywall in inner vertical seals: advantages and disadvantages against the common masonry system in Brazil 干墙在内垂直密封中的使用:与巴西常见砌体系统相比的优点和缺点

In the construction industry in Brazil the masonry system is the most used. However, a market that has already settled in Europe and North America has been the Drywall system for building vertical seals built into buildings. Such a system shows itself quite satisfactory, fulfilling its function properly. Thus, the present study has as its general objective: Understand the benefits and features of the Drywall system in Brazil. So, your specific goals focus on: To know the productive system of application of plasterboard plaster plates (CGA); Identify the differences between the use of the common masonry system and the Plasterboard Gypsum sheet System (CGA) in constructions; E Check the efficacy of the use of plasterboard plaster plates (CGA) in buildings in front of the common masonry system. As a methodological path, the study is made up of theoretical knowledge on the subject, thus a survey of theoretical reference was carried out based on the bibliographic and documentary methods. It is Verificouu that the Drywall has been used in Brazil mainly in the commercial construction business, i.e. in shops, offices, etc., because it is a relatively new method in Brazil, it is still not widely used in residential constructions. However, in the construction process the use of the Drywall system is very favorable to the market, in view of its practicality, speed in the execution of processes and reduction of the financial costs of the work.

A decade ago, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared tuberculosis (TB) in a state of emergency in the world, which is still the leading cause of death from infectious disease in adults. According to WHO estimates, two billion people representing a third of the world population is infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Of these, 8 million develop the disease and two million die each year. Tuberculosis is still a serious public health problem recognized by the Brazilian government. Therefore, due to their public policy purposes, assumed commitments with their citizens and the international community to control its evolution, seeking to reduce its prevalence in the population. In the Amazon, where about 60% of the country's indigenous population, the average incidence of tuberculosis has reached 75.1 cases per 100,000 population in 1980-2000, the highest among Brazilian geopolitical regions (the national average for this period was 59.2). In order to statistically verify the number of TB cases that may occur in the municipality of Capanema / PA based on the number of cases of the disease in previous years, there was a correlation capability of theMoving Average method for data collected as method useful to estimate the number of cases of thisdisease in 2015.

Harmonic Impact analysis coming from the manufacturing processes of a Eletroeletrônica Industry Using KDD and Decision Trees 利用KDD和决策树分析Eletroeletrônica工业制造过程中的谐波影响

This paper approaches the analysis of the current distortion impact due the harmonic frequencies present at the power grid of an industry facility at Manaus during the manufacturing process of informatics devices. The reason for such frequencies to appear are the presence of non linear loads from personal computers, notebooks and tablets. The data were collected in a measurement campaign during a week, using quality energy analyzers at different production process supplied by 13,8kV and with a nominal load of 800kVA. The main objective of this paper is to present an analysis based on computational intelligence using decision tree to determine and quantify the harmonic distortions commonly present at manufacturing process of informatics industries using simultaneous measurements of voltage and current to determine which process has the biggest impact in the total harmonic distortion at the common coupling point between the factory and the energy dealers.

Framework for creation of ChatBots by end user 由最终用户创建聊天机器人的框架

Quality in customer service is one of the most important points for the survival of a company in the market. The classic means of service such as telephones and emails have been replaced by alternative channels, so as to offer convenience and efficiency to the end customer. The cost related to the care by humans is high, mainly regarding the common questions of the users. This work presents a possible solution to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's relationship with the client, through a Software capable of assisting in the creation of an automated virtual attendant. The implementation of this solution allows the end user without technical knowledge to be able to develop and manage a ChatBot, reducing costs and time of service of a specialized team.
