Comparative study of the physical and mechanical properties between the conventional concrete using brita 0 and rolled pebble of the city of Manaus-Am 马瑙斯阿姆市碾磨卵石与布里塔0常规混凝土物理力学性能的对比研究

This research has the objective of comparing the physical and mechanical properties of two large aggregates used in the city of Manaus: gravel 0 and rolled pebbles and their behavior in the manufacture of concrete for various purposes. The tests performed and the dosing of the traces for this evaluation are in accordance with the specifications of the ABNT / NBR technical standards used as references. In the characterization of the materials were carried out analyzes of granulometry, specific mass, unit mass, water absorption, and compressive strength at 07, 28 and 63 days according to the curing of samples denominated as T1 and T2. The results showed a similar behavior between the materials, both in the physical behavior and in the mechanical analysis of the samplings. The fact that the pebble is more abundant and have a more affordable price in our region makes the use of this material more feasible, both in small and medium buildings, which does not have such strict technological control.

Application of the MATLAB Computational Tool for the Problem of the Economic Dispatch of Electric Power using Genetic Algorithm. Case study MATLAB计算工具在遗传算法电力经济调度中的应用案例研究

The economic load dispatch (ELD) comes to assist and supply the demand of the sector in front of some factors that directly interfere in the decentralization of this generation, in the independent production of the concessionaires and in the intensive use of alternative energy sources. The objective of the economic load dispatch (ELD) is to decide the power generated by each one of the motors of a thermal plant ensuring that the total cost of the fuel is minimum. At the same time is necessary to guarantee that the total demand and losses at any instant must be equal to the total generation or power supplied by the plant. This paper presents a mathematical model and its solution using the MATLAB optimization toolbox, specifically the genetic algorithms, to solve the ELD problem. In addition, a case study is presented for 10 generating units considering the power losses and the restrictions of the generators, and turning off the less efficient generators .

Implantation of quality tools in the productive process of tucupi and by-products 在土皮及其副产品的生产过程中植入优质工具

The objective of the study in question was to analyze the productive process of tucupi in a factory in the municipality of Santa Izabel-PA in order to identify through analysis the causes of problems, as well as to propose solutions for them. For this, a case study was carried out at the mentioned company, as well as a large bibliographical revision in order to apply the Analysis and Problem Solving Method (MASP) in the Plan stage of the PDCA cycle together with other quality tools. As a result of this study, the main cause of the problem was delineated, just as a plan of action (5W1H) was elaborated aiming to correct such failure. Finally, it was verified the efficient use of quality tools together, as it enabled the identification of the main failure of the system, as well as the discovery of its respective solution.

Survival Analysis encompasses fundamental statistical processes in data analysis where the main variable of interest is the time for the occurrence of a given event. Its great advantage is the possibility of analyzing the data set, even with the presence of incomplete times, called censored. The objective of this study was to analyze the effect caused by the insertion of percentages of censors into data of total life expectancy of male and female adults of a species of arthropod-pest, which may be an important agent in the country's animal production. Using the Logrank test to compare the survival curves generated, it was possible to observe that the randomly censored data at different levels of percentages would not affect the survival curve analysis of the individuals, since they were not statistically different.

WASTEWATER REUSE IN THE CLEAN IN PLACE PROCESS OF A BEVERAGE INDUSTRY 饮料工业就地清洁过程中的废水回用

Clean in Place is a hygiene process widely used in the food industry, as it establishes operational safety, reduces costs of water consumption, chemicals and energy, as well as it ensures safety and quality in the final product for the consumer. The Clean in Place process follows a standard operation, however the application of the system and procedures are individually designed for each process, according to its needs. In general, Clean in Place consists of water and chemical tanks, feed and return pumps, heat exchangers, conductivity sensors and temperature gauges. The present work addresses an industrial scale study using data from a food industry located in southern Brazil. The objective of this work consisted of the minimization of water consumption and effluent disposal by reusing water in process stages. In addition, it was intended to reduce detergent consumption and total process time through adjustments in detergent concentration, and time reduction in some system steps. The proposed wastewater reuse reduced the consumption of water and effluents discharged by 32.75%, detergent consumption by 37.5% and process time by 34%.

Internal communication is also considered the main internal marketing tool, it is the communication effort to establish channels that enable relationship managers to their employees, as among elements that make this public. The objective of this article is to evaluate the development of internal communication through internal marketing actions in an information technology company. The methods and techniques used were a case study and document research as a methodology to obtain the data necessary for the development of this study. The results show that the company makes use of internal marketing actions as a strategic tool in the midst of their decisions, while internal communication needs to be revised a few detours and centralization in the process.

USE OF THE POC® DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR THE ANALYSIS OF ECONOMIC DECISION-MAKING IN A NATURAL PRODUCTS COMPANY 使用poc®决策支持系统分析一家天然产品公司的经济决策

: The natural products sector, which concentrates a large part of its production in small and micro-enterprises, with a rustic or even artisanal production system, is also susceptible to market weather and consequently, it is of fundamental importance the knowledge and use of costing methods And tools that assist in decision making. This case study aims to demonstrate the operation of the POC® system in four specific products of a natural products company located in the city of Mossoró / RN. In the definition of the products, the ones that had the greatest demands were chosen, they are: Lambedor, Sesame Fubá, Corn Fubá and Sunflower Oil. The product that presented the highest real contribution margin was sunflower oil with 73.25%. The ABC curve of material costs made it possible to identify that Hortelã represented 27,628 of the total cost of materials for the period. The construction of the ABC product billing curve made it possible to identify that Lambedor represented 39.303% of the total turnover for the period. It is convenient that this work, as well as the tool used, can be used continuously by the company in all its portfolio, in an unrestricted way.
