Comparative analysis of the effectiveness of different charcoal as fuel for domestic purposes 不同木炭作为家用燃料的效果比较分析

The objectives are to study the differences between Charcoal as fuel on Temperature, during the burning time, and Temperature at boiling time. The 500 g of Teak, Pterocarpus macrocarpus, and Cratoxylum Formosum Charcoal were used according to Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The three treatments included T1 = teak charcoal, T2 = Pterocarpus macrocarpus charcoal, and T3 = Cratoxylum Formosum charcoal. The trial period spanned the sampling time of 3 hr for the burning temperature and the boiling temperature was corrected at 15 mn, 20 mn, 30 mn, 40 mn, and 50 mn. The results showed the temperature at burning and completed burning time analysis, significant differences in No of RDF (Pieces) showed a considerable difference P < 0.05 among the experiments higher in teak charcoal T1 and followed by T2 and T3. However, the temperature at the burning time showed a very high significant difference P < 0.05 at 15 mn where T2 and T3 were higher than T1. Moreover, at 30 mn and 1 hr a highly significant difference P < 0.05 at T1 was higher than at T2 and T3. After 2 hr was showed a highly significant difference P < 0.05 at T3, T1 than T2. At the end of heating, energy showed a highly significant difference P < 0.05 at T1 than at T3 and T2. Therefore, Temperature at boiling time from 15 mn, 20 mn, 30 mn, and 40 mn showed a highly significant difference P < 0.05 at T1 than T2 and T3. Therefore, the biomass, and weight of charcoal were affected by the temperature on burning and the temperature at boiling, based on this study charcoal from teak was a highly significant difference and was used for further use on potential bio-residues being utilized as fuel as sustainable energy solutions.

Denture cleanser that are used over a long period will produce residue that can be absorbed by the acrylic resin. The hydrophilic acrylic resin can cause denture-cleaning molecules to enter through microporosity which can be toxic to the oral tissue. Plant-based denture cleanser is commonly used one of which is edamame (Glycine Max L. Merrill) extract. Denture cleanser made from edamame extract needs to be tested for toxicity to determine the biocompatibility of the material in the oral cavity, specifically on fibroblast cells. This study aims to determine the toxicity of edamame extract as a denture cleanser for heat-cured acrylic resin, which is soaked for 4 days against BHK-21 fibroblast cells. This 4-day submersion equals 15 minutes of submersion per day for 1 year. The toxicity tests were carried out using the MTT assay method. The results of these MTT tests can be seen from the absorbance values and calculating the percentages of cell viability. The more cells that are still alive, the more intense the purple color produced. The research results showed that the acrylic resin group which was soaked in a 50% concentration of edamame extract was not toxic to fibroblast cells, because the percentage of cell viability had a value of >70%, which was 83.638%. This research concludes that 50% concentration of edamame extract as a denture cleanser for heat-cured acrylic resin is not toxic to BHK-21 fibroblast cells compared to 75% and 100% concentrations of edamame extract.

Gallium complexation for DO3A coated nanoparticles: a comprehensive study DO3A 涂层纳米粒子的镓络合:一项综合研究

This review provides a comprehensive review of the synthesis and utilization of DO3A-functionalized NPs (Particularly for MRI and PET/CT analysis). The main focus of the study is the formation of a complex of gallium with NPs coated with DO3A, as well as showing the possibility of improving contrast agents and creating new gallium-based nanomaterials for medical use. The synthesis process studies parameters like pH, temperature, and the effect of substitution of the ligand using various chemical analysis techniques to determine the physicochemical properties of these nano-scale particles. This implies that gallium-loaded NPs have the potential to enhance the fight against infectious diseases, as proved by the NPs' vital role in antimicrobial therapies for PET imaging. Research with animals has shown significant biodistribution to the organs and tissues of interest, which have helped enhance the imaging features of MRI and PET/CT scans. Likewise, the findings on biocompatibility and toxicity point to possible clinical application of these nanoparticles. As for future research directions, the synthesis of other new derivatives of Gd-DO3A complexes containing lipophilic monoamides and the examination of ionization's influence on encapsulation efficiency have been mentioned. This review stresses the promising use of DO3A-coated nanoparticles for nanomedicine as therapeutic agents or imaging probes.

Surgical and orthodontic management of impacted maxillary central incisor in children: A case report 儿童上颌中切牙撞击的手术和正畸治疗:病例报告

Impaction of maxillary permanent central incisor is a frequently reported case in dental practice, and its treatment is challenging because maxillary central incisors are of great important for both aesthetic and functional aspects, since they provide support of the lip and facial muscles. Early detection of such teeth is most important if complications are to be avoided. In this article, we report a case of a 12-year-old girl, in the Pediatric Dentistry Specialist, Dental and Oral Hospital, Airlangga University. Combined approach with surgical exposure and the application of an orthodontic force brought the impacted left maxillary central incisor down to its proper position in the dental arch.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Good Corporate Governance and Morality on Fraud Prevention in LPDs throughout Sukawati District directly or moderated by the Tri Hita Karana culture. The population in this study was LPDs in Sukawati District, totaling 33 LPDs with respondents for each LPD consisting of Leaders/Chairmen, Treasurers, Financial Administration Staff and Internal Supervisory Bodies. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique where research data was collected through the results of distributing questionnaires and analyzed using the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) analysis technique. The research results state that Good Corporate Governance has a positive effect on Fraud Prevention. Morality has a positive effect on Fraud Prevention. Tri Hita Karana Culture is a moderating variable that strengthens the influence of the Good Corporate Governance variable on Fraud Prevention. Tri Hita Karana Culture is a moderating variable that strengthens the influence of the Morality variable on Fraud Prevention. The results of this research can provide practical contributions to interested parties, namely LPD managers and village behavior as LPD owners. LPD can increase awareness and understanding of the importance of good corporate governance and morality in preventing fraud. Training related to Tri Hita Karana cultural values ​​can also be provided to employees to strengthen commitment to ethical and responsible practices.

This research aims to dig deeper into the investment behavior of young investors on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research was conducted in Bali Province, especially the Denpasar City area. The sample was determined using convenience sampling with a total sample of 180 young investors, namely the millennial generation and generation z in Denpasar City. Data was obtained directly from distributing questionnaires via Google Form. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS analysis. The research results show that, 1) herding behavior effect investment decision making, 2) heuristic bias has no effect on investment decision making, 3) anchoring bias effect investment decision making, 4) the level of overconfidence an investor has will improve the investment decision making process , 5) herding behavior does not have a significant effect on the level of overconfidence, 6) heuristic bias can increase the level of overconfidence, 7) anchoring bias can increase the level of overconfidence, 8) overconfidence cannot increase the effect of herding behavior to improve investment decisions, 9) overconfidence can increasing the effect of heuristic bias to improve investment decisions, and 10) overconfidence can increase the effect of anchoring bias to improve investment decisions. Future researchers can further examine overconfidence in mediating the effect of herding behaviours on investment decision making, and the effect of heuristic bias on investment decision making. Young investors in Denpasar City are advised to increase their knowledge and investment skills in the capital market to reduce the risk of bias in making investment decisions.

Background: Left bundle branch block (LBBB) may be due to conduction system degeneration or in the background of myocardial infarction. It can be due to aortic valve disease Myocardial disease may be reflected in the left bundle branch block, or it may be the result of conduction system degeneration. It may also develop due to heart surgery or aortic valve dysfunction, left bundle branch block may occur. Introduction: It is due to a defect in the conduction system of left bundle branch leading to delay or blockade of along the pathway that electrical impulses travel to make the ventricles to beat. Aims and objectives · To find out the percentage of people developing LBBB. · To find out the relationship of age and coronary artery disease leading to LBBB. · To find out the survival of LBBB in various age groups. Methodology: We obtained the data of 294 patients from Rahman Hospital using a questionnaire and evaluated it using SPSS software. The data was gathered according to inclusion and exclusion criteria that determined whether a major cardiac condition like CAD was present or not. Subsequently, SPSS conducted an analysis of the data and determination was drawn. Results and Conclusion: Patients identified and studied were 297 and followed for 5 years, the study revealed that 14 percent of patients had age less than 29, 21.4 % of patients having LBBB were around age 30 to 40 years, 26.9% people of CVD had LBBB aged 50-60 years and people above 60 years having CVD had 32.2% LBBB showing that with increase in age of patient having CVD there is more risk of developing LBBB significantly. The LBBB being carrying poor prognosis, the patients were followed for 5 years, revealed that 40 out of 297 (13%) lived for 6 months, 72 out of 297 (25%) lived for 1 year approximately, 44 out of 297 (15%) lived for more than 2 years, approximately 78 out of 297 lost to follow up or died from another cause shown in the graph, which explains that approximately half of patient dies in the first 6 months of diagnosis, so this has to be taken serious and treated adequately. This research gives us a thorough foundation for comprehending how age and cardiac anomalies interact, allowing for early risk assessment of individuals and a decrease in the disease-to-ratio ratio. This initiative helps us lower risk factors, enhance the local health system, and improve patient lives by promoting routine monitoring.

Background: Heat-cured acrylic resin is a type of acrylic resin whose polymerization process is done by heating. Several methods have been used to improve the properties of acrylic resin materials, one of which is by adding natural fiber and using pineapple leaf fiber as a natural fiber to strengthen heat-cured acrylic resin in impact strength tests. Objective: To determine the impact strength of acrylic resin, with the addition of Pineapple leaf fiber and without the addition of Pineapple leaf fiber. Research Method: This research uses laboratory experimental research. The sampling method used 16 samples per group, consisting of 2 groups, namely the control group (acrylic resin without the addition of Pineapple leaf fiber) and the treatment group (acrylic resin with the addition of Pineapple leaf fiber). Test the impact strength using the Universal impact tester machine (joule). The test result data was analyzed using the independent T-test (Sig < 0.05). Results: The highest mean impact test value was in the treatment group (acrylic resin with the addition of Pineapple leaf fiber) at 4.22 Joules, while the lowest mean value was in the control group (acrylic resin without the addition of Pineapple leaf fiber) at 1.45 Joules. Based on data analysis, sig = 0.000 (< 0.05), which means there is a difference in the impact strength value of acrylic resin with the addition of Pineapple leaf fiber and without the addition of Pineapple leaf fiber. Conclusion: There is an effect of adding pineapple leaf fiber to heat-cured acrylic resin.

Analyzing the impact of teamwork on organizational performance: A case study of Yilo Krobo municipal assembly 分析团队合作对组织绩效的影响:Yilo Krobo 市议会案例研究

This study aimed to analyze the moderating role of gender on teamwork on firm performance using the Yilo Krobo Municipal Assembly as a case study. The research design employed quantitative methods, with the study population consisting of all employees of the assembly. A total of hundred and thirty six (136) respondents were involved in the study through the use of simple random sampling technique. Questionnaires were used as instruments for data collection. The collected data was analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and Process Macro module to conduct the descriptive, correlational, reliability, moderation and regression analysis. The study findings revealed that teamwork has a significant and positive effect on firm performance: Also, gender does not moderate between team work and firm performance. It is recommended that management fair chances and inclusion in team dynamics, enabling people of all genders to engage and flourish in collaborative environments. The study also stresses the relevance of teamwork in generating organizational performance and emphasizes the necessity for an inclusive strategy to maximize the advantages of teamwork throughout every sexual orientation.

The impact of Emergency Remote Education (ERE) on anatomy classes for medical students 急诊远程教育(ERE)对医学生解剖课的影响

Introduction: During the COVID-19 pandemic, with the need for social distancing as a way of preventing the spread of the virus, educational institutions had to reinvent themselves and adapt to the new reality. Different versions of Emergency Remote Education (ERE) emerged, in which theoretical classes were taught remotely to the detriment of practice, which would be taught at another time. The discipline of Anatomy, as it is based on practice, suffered a great impact on its modus operandi leading to adaptations. Practical classes were temporarily suspended to be taught in a subsequent period, dissociated from theoretical teaching, and carried out remotely online. Methodology: 254 medical students from a public university were interviewed. All students had taken at least one period of Anatomy at ERE and at least one period in person. Results: The majority of students did not agree with the usefulness of remote classes, but they participated in online tutoring and did not seem to believe that remote teaching could lead to insecurity in the application of anatomy in the clinic. Conclusion: In general, the student did not fully approve of the ERE, but did not feel disadvantaged in the teaching of Anatomy, and prefers face-to-face teaching.

Different versions of Emergency Remote Education (ERE) emerged, in which theoretical classes were taught remotely to the detriment of practice, which would be taught at another time. The discipline of Anatomy, as it is based on practice, suffered a great impact on its modus operandi leading to adaptations. Practical classes were temporarily suspended to be taught in a subsequent period, dissociated from theoretical teaching, and carried out remotely online. Methodology: 254 medical students from a public university were interviewed. All students had taken at least one period of Anatomy at ERE and at least one period in person. Results: The majority of students did not agree with the usefulness of remote classes, but they participated in online tutoring and did not seem to believe that remote teaching could lead to insecurity in the application of anatomy in the clinic.
