The research was carried out for a live (G+5) structure. SAP2000 finite component software was used to analyze the building. Due to high land prices and a scarcity of land, multi-story structures are widespread in India. Seismic is a marvel that has the power to ruin huge constructions. Structures should be designed from the bottom up to be safe for people's lives, with the appropriate style and features, in order to have a flexible and reasonable disappointment. The primary purpose is to construct a tremor-resistant structure by performing a business seismic investigation, establishing the look with a static comparable research strategy, and analysing and planning the structure using SAP2000. As a result, all zones (II, III, IV, and V) were calculated by checking the structure's reaction and behaviour using its base shear, structural deformation, and performance curve. Black cotton soil is fine textured and clayey in nature. It has high amounts of lime, iron, magnesium and generally low quantities of phosphorus, nitrogen and organic matter. In this project an attempt is made to reinforce and stabilize black soil with plastic bottle strips. The plastic strips were prepared and added at different mixing ratio (2%,4%,6%,8% and 10%) by weight and in aspect ratio(2mm*10mm).The experimental results showed that there was a significant improvement in shear strength parameters. The swelling and desiccation cracking behavior of the soil were also expressively reduced. There was a substantial reduction in the optimum moisture content and slight increment in maximum dry density. The optimum plastic content that results in optimum result can be selected based on the importance of the selection parameter for a specified engineering work. Stabilizing Black soils with waste plastic bottles simultaneously solves the challenges of improper plastic waste recycling that is currently a teething problem in most developing countries. The results obtained from this study favorably suggest that inclusion of this material in expansive soils would be effective for ground improvement in geotechnical engineering. Sodium doped zirconia impregnated SBA-15 has been prepared without using hydrothermal treatment trailing the wet impregnation route. The prepared catalyst has been characterized by employing various techniques viz., BET for surface area analysis, SEM for morphological study, XPS for element oxidation state determination. It was found that catalyst seized both acidic and basic sites therefore, successfully employed for one-pot or concurrent esterification and transesterification of virgin cottonseed oil and high FFA containing vegetable oils. Under optimum reaction conditions of catalyst concentration of 10 wt% with respect to weight of oil, MeOH/oil molar ratio of 30:1 and at 65 °C reaction temperature, the catalyst could confer > 98 % fatty acid methyl ester yield within 3 h of reaction duration. Regeneration study advocated that the catalyst may well be recycled for 5 successive cycles without any significant trouncing of activity and even yielded 86% fatty acid methyl esters during 6th cycle. Inconel 718 is a nickel-based super alloy that is well suited for applications requiring high strength and better wear resistance in a varying temperature environment. Owing to its higher strength, most of the conventional machining techniques fail to machine Inconel 718 material. Electric discharge machining was found to be a good alternative to the conventional techniques to machine such superalloys. In this paper, the machining characteristics of Inconel 718 were investigated using copper and graphite electrode. A mixed-level Taguchi L18 orthogonal array is chosen to conduct the experiments with varying process parameters like tool material, pulse on time (Ton), voltage (v), and current (I). Material Removal Rate (MRR), Tool Wear Rate (TWR), and Surface roughness (Ra) are the performance characteristics selected for evaluation. The developed model was found to be in good agreement and the Cu tool gives the best result. Keywords: Electrical Discharge Machining, Inconel 718, Taguchi L18 array; Optimization, MRR, TWR,

In silico studies, are increasing now-a-days, as through computer mechanics, screening of novel compounds based upon their physicochemical properties is important to reduce the cost of synthesizing novel medicinal compounds. In silico studies by network analysis and throughout screening helps to know and calculate biological activity of medicinal compounds. Novel 9- benzylpurine derivatives synthesized previously are used to study its structure and bioavailability radar, physicochemical properties, lipophilicity, solubility, pharmacokinetics, drug likeness and medicinal chemistry properties. These properties are calculated by use of Chem draw, open babel[16] and SwissADME software available freely. A multi-storey building is just a building that has multiple storeys above the ground. A multi storied building is either residential or commercial. Migration of individuals from rural to urban centres where job opportunities are significant. The land available for building to accommodate this migration is becoming scarce which ends in rapid increase within the cost of land. And this leads to construction of multi-storeyed buildings as they supply an outsized floor area in an exceedingly relatively small area of land in urban cities. A comparison of highrise buildings by response spectrum analysis in different seismic zones of India. The main objective of this research paper is to compare regular and irregular buildings in seismic zone III & zone V by response spectrum analysis in STAAD. Pro. The soil type taken into consideration is medium soil type. The aim is to find base shear, storey drift and story displacement and eigen value and eigen vector by response spectrum analysis. Cost analysis has also been done. Analysis is done as per IS 456:2000 and IS 1893:2002. It focuses on dynamic analysis of buildings. Without increasing the area, we can extend only the building’s floor to design a multi-storied building as this will save overall building cost.
