BIO ANALYTIC AND ANALYTIC METHOD QUANTITATIVE TO TUCATINIB ESTIMATION IN PURE AND PHARMACEUTICAL DOSAGE FORM 图卡替尼纯剂型和制剂剂型的生物分析和分析方法定量评价

A simple one, accurate and precise method for estimating tucatinib in tablet dosage form was developed on symmetry C18 column (150x4.6mm, 3.5µ) using buffer and acetonitrile 40:60 pumped through a column with 1ml/min flow rate 0.1 percent formic acid of the buffer used in this method. The run time was 6 min in assay method and 12 min in bio analytical method. Reference standard and sample solutions were prepared by dissolving firstly in acetonitrile and diluted with diluents (mobile phase). Cisplatin was used as internal standard in bio analytical technique. These assay and bio analytical methods establish good linearity results (R2-0.999) with an optimized wavelength of 220nm. The technique was validated in assay method with respect to specificity, linearity, accuracy, robustness, LOD, LOQ, method precision, intermediate precision, degradation and in bio analytical method the technique was validated regarding specificity, linearity, recovery, matrix factor, precision, accuracy, and stability. Development and Validation of HPLC Method for the estimation of Triamcinolone Acetonide and 5-Fluorouracil 高效液相色谱法测定曲安奈德和5-氟尿嘧啶含量的建立与验证

A sensitive HPLC method has been developed and validated for the determination of Triamcinolone Acetonide and 5-Fluorouracil in topical formulations. The developed method is found to be specific, reproducible and stability indicating. The Phenomenex C18, 250 × 4.6 mm, 5µm particle size column was used and mobile phase contains two solvents: Solvent A contains 10mM phosphate buffer pH 3.0 and solvent B was Acetonitrile. The detector linearity was established from concentrations ranging from 1 μg/ml to 10 μg/ml for both Triamcinolone Acetonide and 5-Fluorouracil with a correlation coefficient of 0.999. The limit of detection(LOD) and limit of quantification(LOQ) for Triamcinolone Acetonide was found to be 0.04 and 0.13 respectively and 5-Fluorouracil was found to be 0.01 and 0.03 respectively. The method was proved to be robust with respect to changes in flow rate, column temperature, mobile phase ratio and detector wavelength. Objectives: - This study aims to show the significant relationship between Transformational Leadership and Authentic Leadership in higher educational institutes. Research Methodology: - This study follows a literature review approach. The study presents 70 research papers published in leading journals from 2011-to 2021. This Review provides an understanding of the direction for future researchers. Findings: - The finding of this study is that transformational Leadership and authentic leadership influence higher education. The study found that Transformational Leadership and Authentic Leadership significantly influence higher education. Transformational leaders are energetic passionate and inspire their followers to achieve the organization's goals. Authentic leaders promote authenticity among followers to enhance the better relationship with them. The higher educational institute needs Transformational Leadership and Authentic Leadership both for innovation. Conclusion & recommendations: - It can be concluded that transformational Leadership and Authentic Leadership have a significant relationship with the higher educational institute. The study recommends that higher educational institutes accept transformational Leadership and Authentic Leadership to improve performance and create innovation. A simple, specific, accurate and precise High Performance Thin Layer Chromatography (HPTLC) method was developed which can separate and quantitatively estimate formulation of Metformin Hydrochloride and Pioglitazone The chromatographic separation for Metformin Hydrochloride and Pioglitazone in HPTLC method separation was achieved with the mobile phase consisting of Toluene: Methanol: Triethylamine (6: 4: 0.1 % v/v/v/v). The detection of spot was carried out at 230 nm and the Rf values Metformin Hydrochloride and Pioglitazone were found to be 0.25±0.03 and 0.47±0.04.. Ths method was validated accordance with ICH guidelines. The recovery these combination were above 96%. The developed method are free from interference due to excipients present in tablets. These method are rapid and simple, do not require any sample preparation and is suitable for routine quality control analysis Keywords: HPTLC ,Method validation, Quantitative analysis

For the study, the antidiabetic effects of methanolic and 50% v/v hydroalcoholic methanolic and extracts of the leaves of Inula cappa were used as oral doses at 100, 200, and 400 mg/kg and Metformine (50 mg/kg) were administered continuously for 21 days as a single morning dose. 18 hours of fasting was used to assess the drug's anti-diabetic effects in normoglycemic rats. On the 0th, 10th, and 21st days of the experiment, glucose oxidase method readings were collected using an autoanalyzer to assess fasting blood glucose levels. Anti-oxidant parameters were determined including, total phenolic content, total flavonoid concentration, DPPH free radical scavenging activity, Hydroxyl radical scavenging activity, Scavenging of Hydrogen Peroxide, Superoxide radical scavenging assay, Nitric oxide scavenging activity and Reducing power assay. Treatments for the current global COVID-19 pandemic are still being studied. There are many drugs like Antivirals and immunomodulators have had varying degrees of success in clinical trials. Traditional herbal treatments are widely used to treat a variety of ailments. for disease prevention and treatment, particularly in countries with limited resources. It is really worth noting that now in lower elevations, COVID-related mortality rates were lower. Countries in comparison to the western world other factors that contributed to the disparity nationality, temp, relative humidity, normal resistance, and nourishment are all factors to consider. Objective: The goal of this study was to find out popularity of traditional herbs were utilized in north India to protect against COVID. Method: From October to November 2021, a questionnaire-based study was done in Dehradun district at different place North India. The brief interview was conducted at the request of the participants. A pre-designed questionnaire was used to record responses (Annexure). The data was analyses using descriptive statistics. The interview drew a total of 500 participants. Mask was utilized by the majority of respondents 84%. The use of traditional herbs and spices was affirmed by 66% of the respondents. Psoriasis is a common inflammatory skin disease with an incompletely understood etiology. The disease is characterized by red, scaly and well-demarcated skin lesions. It is an immune – mediated chronic inflammatory skin disease affecting approximately 2-3% of worldwide population. Psoriasis has a negative impact on the patient’s health and quality of life and affects the quality of family members. Skin and joints affecting around 0.5-1% of children and 2-3% of adults. It can occur at any age, although the majority of cases develop before the age of 40 year and it is common in Children. Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory disease, predominantly affecting the skin included in the group of immune mediated inflammatory disease and several systemic condition like metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, Arthritis, obesity, hypertension, Cancer are prevalent in psoriasis patients. This review offers inside into management of psoriasis and pharmaceutical approach for treatment for this disease. The review deals in details about topical drug delivery, phototherapy and biological against psoriasis. Review provides a detailed summary of the pathophysiology, epidemiology, of psoriasis. Analytical Study of PSUs’ Environmental and Philanthropic CSR, Benefits to Local Beneficiaries in Odisha 奥里萨邦民营企业环境与慈善企业社会责任的分析研究

CSR of PSUs in Odisha is studied to find out the benefits of CSR to the local people. The environmental and philanthropic CSR are taken under the study by a mixed research method. Five selected PSUs are taken as the samples and found that the environmental CSR of PSUs’ is insignificant and not providing benefits to the local people. But the philanthropic CSR is highly impressive and benefiting to the local people. Henceforth, it is suggested to the executives of the PSUs that they should focus on practice of the environmental CSR to provide ultimate benefits to the local people and the planet. Finally, the executives should follow the NTPC’s CSR as the unique model for implementing the CSR and for providing benefits to the local beneficiaries.
