Проведены экспериментальные исследования движения плохо сыпучих материалов в бункерах дорожно-строительных машин, на основании которых получены и рекомендуются эмпирические зависимости, позволяющие обеспечить движение этих материалов без образования застойных зон и сводов. Предложены методы, обеспечивающие предотвращение нарушение технологических процессов в ряде производств: дорожном строительстве, целлюлозно-бумажной промышленности, при изготовлении древесных топливных пеллет и брикетов и пр Experimental studies of the movement of poorly flowing materials in the bunkers of road-building machines have been carried out, on the basis of which empirical dependencies have been obtained and recommended to ensure the movement of these materials without the formation of stagnant zones and arches. На основе результатов длительных испытаний оценена работоспособность трех современных моторных масел Liebherr Motor Oil 5W-30, Lukoil Avantgarde Professional 5W-30 и Gazpromneft Diesel Ultra 5W-30 в дизельных двигателях нового семейства КАМАЗ Р6. Установлены сроки замены данных марок масел и выявлено различие масел по соотношению «цена-качество». Полученные результаты могут быть использованы для совершенствования процессов организации технического обслуживания двигателей в части увеличения периодичности с учетом среднегодовой наработки и рационального применения моторного масла по критерию «ценакачество», что способствует уменьшению стоимости владения, повышению потребительских свойств и эффективности эксплуатации автомобилей. Based on the results of long-term tests, the performance of three modern motor oils Liebherr Motor Oil 5W30, Lukoil Avantgarde Professional 5W-30 and Gazpromneft Diesel Ultra 5W-30 in diesel engines of the new KAMAZ R6 family was evaluated. The terms for the replacement of these brands of oils have been established and the difference in oils in terms of the "price-quality" ratio has been revealed. The results obtained can be used to improve the organization of engine maintenance in terms of increasing the frequency, taking into account the average annual operating time and the rational use of engine oil according to the "price-quality" criterion, which helps to reduce the cost of ownership, increase consumer properties and efficiency of vehicle operation.

В статье рассмотрены основные этапы развития транспортно-логистического рынка, проанализированы изменения в цепочке поставок и рыночные тенденции, раскрыто их влияние на ускорение процессов цифровизации, раскрыты мероприятия по реформированию железнодорожной отрасли. Отмечено развитие новой евразии ской логистическои инфраструктуры. Приведены итоги внешней торговли Казахстана за 2022 год. Показаны возможности развития альтернативных транспортных коридоров и инфраструктурных объектов. Определены основные инвестиционные проекты с целью развития экономики Казахстана и сопредельных государств (Китай, Кыргызстан, Узбекистан), а также развитие транспортной инфраструктуры и логистики. Дан форсайт-прогноз для бизнеса на предстоящие 10 лет. The article examines the main stages of the development of the transport and logistics market, analyzes changes in the supply chain and market trends, reveals their impact on the acceleration of digitalization processes, reveals measures to reform the railway industry. The development of a new Eurasian logistics infrastructure was noted. The results of Kazakhstan's foreign trade for 2022 are presented. The possibilities of developing alternative transport corridors and infrastructure facilities are shown. The main investment projects for the development of the economy of Kazakhstan and neighboring countries (China, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan), as well as the development of transport infrastructure and logistics have been identified. The foresight forecast for business for the next 10 years is given.

В ходе исследования проведена оценка функционирования системы городских пассажирских перевозок (ГПТ) как логистической системы, а также транспортного обеспечения маломобильных групп населения (МГН). Даны рекомендации по организации транспортного обслуживания МГН на основе разработанной методики на действующем автобусном маршруте и рассчитан коммерческий эффект от их внедрения. Рассмотрены информационные технологии в области управления городским наземным пассажирским транспортом (ГНПТ). The study assessed the functioning of the urban passenger transportation system (GPT) as a logistics system, as well as transport support for low-mobility groups of the population (MGN). Recommendations are given on the organization of MGN transport services based on the developed methodology on the existing bus route and the commercial effect of their implementation is calculated. Предложен анализ среды принятия решений о движении борта воздушного судна в районе аэродрома; проанализировано определение потенциально-конфликтной ситуации и системе управления в воздушном пространстве. Разработаны направления интеллектуализации системы управления потенциальноконфликтными ситуациями и предложен метод интеллектуализации системы управления конфликтами за счёт использования когнитивного помощника водителя наземного транспортного средства, разработан его интерфейс. The paper offers an analysis of the decision-making environment on the movement of the aircraft in the area of the airfield; analyzes the sources of potential threats to traffic safety in the area of the airfield; defines a potential conflict situation and management system. The directions of intellectualization of the management system of potentially conflict situations are developed and the interface of the cognitive assistant of the driver in the control system of the PKS is proposed.

В статье подробно исследованы закономерности, связанные с отцепками вагонов с коммерческими неисправностями на железнодорожном транспорте. Определена структура отцепок вагонов с коммерческими неисправностями, выявленных после прохождения сортировочных горок. Приведено распределение отцепок вагонов с коммерческими неисправностями, угрожающими безопасности движения, по железным дорогам и станциям. Проанализирована динамика гарантийного расстояния перевозки грузов. Затронута проблема распределения ответственности за возникновение отцепок вагонов с коммерческими неисправностями по основным их причинам. Исследованы и определены основные параметры, связанные с устранением коммерческих неисправностей, требующих отцепок. Выполнен анализ структуры расходов, связанных с устранением коммерческих неисправностей на железнодорожном транспорте. The article examines in detail the patterns associated with the uncoupling of cars with commercial defects in railway transport. The structure of uncoupling of cars with commercial defects identified after passing the marshalling humps is determined. The distribution of uncoupling of cars with commercial defects threatening traffic safety on railways and stations is given. The dynamics of the guaranteed distance of cargo transportation is analyzed. The problem of the distribution of responsibility for the occurrence of uncoupling of cars with commercial defects for their main reasons is touched upon. The main parameters related to the elimination of commercial defects requiring uncoupling are investigated and determined. The analysis of the structure of expenses related to the elimination of commercial defects in railway transport is carried out.

Исследования направлены на решение практических задач с возможностью обоснования и разработки рекомендаций к применяемому топливу и его составным компонентам, для достижения требуемых характеристик энергетической эффективности, на этапах технологического производства и применения при функционировании энергетических установок горных машин. Проведенные исследования процессов и способов повышения энергоэффективности преобразования топлива в энергетических установках горных машин в совокупности с исследованием экологических показателей, позволили установить тесную взаимосвязь с качественными характеристиками применяемого топлива. Исследования проводились на экспериментальном комплексе в составе дизельной силовой установки и расчетно-регистрирующей аппаратуры, при использовании дизельного и биодизельного топлива в различных процентных соотношениях компонентов. Research is aimed at solving practical problems with the possibility of substantiating and developing recommendations for the fuel used and its constituent components, in order to achieve the required characteristics of energy efficiency, at the stages of technological production and use in the operation of power plants of mining machines. The conducted studies of the processes and methods for increasing the energy efficiency of fuel conversion in power plants of mining machines, in conjunction with the study of environmental indicators, made it possible to establish a close relationship with the qualitative characteristics of the fuel used. The studies were carried out on an experimental complex consisting of a diesel power plant and calculation and recording equipment, using diesel and biodiesel fuel in various percentages of components.

The conducted studies of the processes and methods for increasing the energy efficiency of fuel conversion in power plants of mining machines, in conjunction with the study of environmental indicators, made it possible to establish a close relationship with the qualitative characteristics of the fuel used. В апреле 2023 г. в Штутгарте (Германия) состоялась международная выставка внутренней логистики, где были широко представлены инновации в области цифровизации, автоматизации и роботизации отрасли. Значительная часть экспонатов была посвящена складам с автоматизированными системами управления, развитию АСУ, новому программному обеспечению, различным техническим средствам для автоматизации управления и внедрения новых логистических технологий в складской логистике. Выставка прошла как смотр достижений и показала пути развития внутренней логистики в будущем. In April 2023, an International Trade Show for Intralogistics Solutions and Process Management was held in Stuttgart (Germany), where innovations in the field of digitalization, automation and robotization of the industry were widely presented. A significant part of the exhibits was devoted to warehouses with control systems, development of ACS, new software, various technical means for automated control and introducing new logistics technologies into the warehouse logistics. The exhibition was a showcase of achievements and showed the way forward for intra logistics in the future.

Обобщены и систематизированы инструменты и технологии «зелёной» логистики позволяющие достичь как экономического, так и экологического эффектов в направлениях планирования, организации и совершенствования технологии грузовых автомобильных перевозок, включая модернизацию подвижного состава и условий его эксплуатации. The paper deals with the solution of the urgent problem of reducing the negative impact on the environment when performing road freight transportation. The tools and technologies of "green" logistics are generalized and systematized, allowing to achieve both economic and environmental effects in the areas of planning, organizing and improving the technology of road freight transportation, including the modernization of rolling stock and its operating conditions.
