В статье рассмотрены и выделены основные тенденции по развитию и совершенствованию работы в сфере автосервиса. Рассмотрены задачи и предлагаются пути их решения в сфере совершенствования традиционных технологий, а именно в техническом обслуживании и ремонте ходовой части и силового агрегата, кузовных работ, шиномонтажных работ, системы электропитания. Затронуты актуальные вопросы по применению в этой сфере аддитивных технологий и подготовки кадров для продвижения и применения этих технологий. Для улучшения потребительских свойств легковых автомобилей путем внесения изменений в его внешний вид и конструкцию, рассмотрены вопросы тюнинга, как наиболее перспективного вида технического воздействия на автомобиль. Предлагаются направления по развитию автосервисных предприятий, которые были основаны на анализе авторемонтных технологий. Даются конкретные методы для решения задач, связанных с проектированием предприятий автосервиса. Для улучшения и повышения эффективности, а также безопасности в целом транспортной системы КР даются обоснования по необходимости целенаправленного развития сферы автосервиса. The article discusses and highlights the main trends in the development and improvement of work in the field of car service. The tasks are considered and ways of their solution are proposed in the field of improving traditional technologies, namely in the maintenance and repair of the chassis and power unit, body work, tire fitting work, and the power supply system. Topical issues on the use of additive technologies in this area and training of personnel for the promotion and application of these technologies were touched upon. To improve the consumer properties of passenger cars by making changes to its appearance and design, tuning issues are considered as the most promising type of technical impact on a car. Directions for the development of auto service enterprises are proposed, which were based on the analysis of auto repair technologies. Specific methods are given for solving problems related to the design of car service enterprises. To improve and increase efficiency, as well as safety in general, the transport system of the Kyrgyz Republic, justifications are given for the need for targeted development of the car service sector.

Рассмотрены некоторые общие вопросы проектирования и строительства складов и логистических центров за рубежом. Проектирование новых объектов логистики в настоящее время характеризуется высокой степенью автоматизации, широким применением имитационного моделирования, модульным построением объектов с возможностью их расширения в будущем и жесткими требованиями в части защиты климата, экономии материальных и энергетических ресурсов. Приведены данные о лучших проектах складов и логистических центров 2022 г. Проекты характеризуются значительным разнообразием транспортно-складских систем, высоким уровнем автоматизации, в некоторых проектах - и роботизации. Some general issues of design and construction of warehouses and logistics centres abroad were considered. The design of new logistics facilities is currently characterized by high degree of automation, wide application of simulation modelling, modular construction of facilities with the possibility of their expansion in future and stringent requirements in terms of climate protection, saving material and energy resources. Data on the best projects of warehouses and logistics centres of 2022 are given. The projects are characterized by significant variety of transport and storage systems, high level of automation and in some projects by robotization.

Выделяются ключевые направления развития интеллектуальных транспортных систем. The article analyzes current trends in the development of intelligent transport systems. Cities with technologically developed functionality of the transport system and the level of implementation of intellectual processes in the public transport system are determined. A detailed analysis of the main elements and functionality of the intelligent transport system in Singapore is carried out. The appearance of a modern intelligent transport system is being formed. Key directions for the development of an intelligent transport system are highlighted.

Представлен зарубежный опыт цифровизации железных дорог на современном этапе. Цифровизация сочетается с автоматизацией, внедрением новых IT-технологий и применением новой техники. Большое внимание уделено вопросам кибер-безопасности. В частности, отмечен опыт Германии, где действует федеральная программа цифровизации. Приведены данные об успешном тестировании маневрового локомотива с автономным управлением без участия машиниста. Отмечены некоторые особенности внедрения Европейской системы управления поездом (ETCS) и Европейской системы управления движения поездов (ERTMS). The foreign experience of digitalization of railways at the present stage is discussed. Digitalization is combined with automation, introduction of new IT technologies and use of new technology. Much attention is paid to cyber security issues. In particular, the experience of Germany, where the federal digitalization program is operating, is noted. Data on successful testing of a shunting locomotive with autonomous control without participation of a driver is given. Some features of implementation of the European Train Control System (ETCS) and the European Rail Traffic Management System (ERTMS) are noted.

Статья посвящена вопросам снижения сухопутных тарифов вдоль направления Китай Западная Европа до уровней, конкурентных с морской доставкой. Рассматриваются вопросы взаимного влияния интенсивности трафика и экономической эффективности коридора. Утверждается существование конкурентных тарифов при значительном росте трафика. Для запуска коридора показана необходимость минимизации длины маршрута и отсутствия горных участков. Рассмотрены вопросы организации единого перевозчика вдоль всего маршрута, придание ему на законодательном уровне одинакового статуса всеми странами транзитерами. Создание механизмов взаимовыручки стран с целью обеспечения устойчивости перевозочного процесса. Обсуждаются текущее состояние и перспективы решения политических вопросов сопровождения коридора. The article is devoted to the issues of reducing overland tariffs along the China Western Europe route to levels competitive with sea delivery. The issues of mutual influence of traffic intensity and economic efficiency of the corridor are considered. The existence of competitive tariffs with a significant increase in traffic is claimed. To launch the corridor, the need to minimize the length of the route and the absence of mountain sections is shown. From these conditions, the only possible set of transit countries is determined. The issues of organizing a single carrier along the entire route are considered. Giving it the same status at the legislative level by all transit countries. Creation of mechanisms for mutual assistance of countries in order to ensure the sustainability of the transportation process. The current state and prospects of solving political issues of corridor maintenance are discussed.

Рассматривается задача планирования доставки грузов на товарные склады торговых компаний. Планы доставки включают по отдельности планы развозки товаров клиентам-покупателям и планы завоза товаров от поставщиков. В предлагаемых моделях объединены в единый общий транспортно-логистический процесс (ТЛ-процесс) заказы, содержащиеся в обоих планах. Математическое описание ТЛ-процесса, представляет собой цепочку, узлами которой являются погрузки и разгрузки, а дугами -перевозки между узлами. Предлагаются единые оптимизационные модели ТЛ-процесса, позволяющие определять оптимальные маршруты. Предлагаются алгоритмы нахождения оптимальных маршрутов и реализующий их программный комплекс. Рассматриваются примеры. We consider delivery goods to warehouses of trading companies. Input dates include two order types - buyers orders and supply orders. Here we unite both order types into one transport logistical process (TL-process). The mathematic description of the TL-process presentation is the chain with loading-unloading operations as the nods and transportation as the arcs. There are proposed unified optimization models, giving optimal and suboptimal routes. The routes we find unite buyer’s and supply orders in a single flights. We give the algorithms for calculating the optimal routes. The examples are described.

Предлагаются единые оптимизационные модели ТЛ-процесса, позволяющие определять оптимальные маршруты. Предлагаются алгоритмы нахождения оптимальных маршрутов и реализующий их программный комплекс. Рассматриваются примеры.\u0000 We consider delivery goods to warehouses of trading companies. Input dates include two order types - buyers orders and supply orders. Here we unite both order types into one transport logistical process (TL-process). The mathematic description of the TL-process presentation is the chain with loading-unloading operations as the nods and transportation as the arcs. There are proposed unified optimization models, giving optimal and suboptimal routes. The routes we find unite buyer’s and supply orders in a single flights. We give the algorithms for calculating the optimal routes. Рассматривается функциональная схема связи единой транспортной системы с аэронавигационной подсистемой по обеспечению авиационных перевозок. Проведен анализ влияния деятельности альянсов на внутренний рынок авиаперевозок, рекомендовано изменение системы учёта выполненной авиационной транспортной работы. Предложен метод многокритериальной оценки авиационной транспортной системы основанный на группе индикаторов качества аэронавигационного сервиса. Выработаны и функционально обоснованы группы индикаторов предлагаемого метода: показатели пространственного развития территорий и надежности поддержания связности территорий, безопасность системы организации движения, эффективность аэронавигационного сервиса, эффективность системы регулирования ответственности пользователей за осуществление безопасного движения транспортных средств, эффективность контрактов государственно-частного партнерства на эксплуатацию объектов транспорта. . The functional scheme of communication of the unified transport system with the aeronautical subsystem for providing air transportation is considered. The analysis of the influence of the activities of alliances on the domestic air transportation market is carried out, a change in the accounting system for the performed aviation transport work is recommended. A method of multi-criteria evaluation of the aviation transport system based on a group of indicators of the quality of air navigation service is proposed. Groups of indicators of the proposed method have been developed and functionally justified: indicators of spatial development of territories and reliability of maintaining connectivity of territories, safety of the traffic management system, efficiency of air navigation service, effectiveness of the system of regulating user responsibility for the safe movement of vehicles, effectiveness of public-private partnership contracts for the operation of transport facilities.

На современном этапе развития процессов автоматизации логистики большое внимание уделяется развитию ERP-систем, которые прогнозируют транспортно-логистические операции предприятий. В связи с этим критически важным направлением становится разработка алгоритмов, в т.ч. так называемых систем «блокчейн». Особое место уделяется крупным организациям, поскольку именно масштабность процесса влияет на принятие управленческих решений. В статье представлены данные о загруженности деятельности одной из известных сетей АЗС ННК «Альянс» в Владивостокском городском округе и проанализированы проблемы ее функционирования. Особое внимание уделено внедрению систем блокчейнмодулей и управлению мастерданными. The article presents data on the workload of one of the well-known gas station networks of the NOC "Alliance" in the Vladivostok city district and analyzes the problems of its functioning.
