This study aims to analyze the potential of Multifloroside and Trimyristin as inhibitors of plasmepsin compounds as anti-malaria. The method used in analyzing the potential of Multifloroside and Trimyristin ligands as antimalarials is by insilico approach through tethering using Autodock Vina. Based on the free energy parameters of the Multifloroside molecular tethering, a value of -9.0 was obtained and for the Trimyristin molecule a value of -6.4 was obtained with 5 replications each. The free energy value of Multifloroside and Trimyristin ligands is negative, this means that Multifloroside and Trimyristin ligands are stable for use as Plasmepsin inhibitors. Because the lower the free energy of a molecule, the more stable the molecule is. But if you see the most potential between Multifloroside and Trimyristin, Multifloroside is better than Trimyristin ligands. Analysis based on hydrogen bonding parameters contained 1 hydrogen bond each showed that the stronger the Multifloroside and Trimyristin inhibitors bind to the receptors. For the Multifloroside ligand, the hydrogen bond formed is UNK-H ligand, whereas for Trimyristin ligand, the hydrogen bond formed is SER218-HN residue. The small number of hydrogen bonds does not affect the stability of the ligand and receptor bonds.

Taking a title of his first novel Home to Harlem (1928), Claude McKay as the implied author seems to bring the perception of his readers to a standpoint saying that Harlem was a final destination for blacks in the early 20th century, the time setting of the novel. Paradoxically, the novel gives a twisted ending by letting both of the main black characters in the novel, Jake and Ray, leave Harlem because of different reasons. This article aims to show a deferred meaning of “Home to Harlem” in the novel as well as to find the hidden aim in the novel. This research will use Derrida’s theory about deconstruction and differance concept. The result shows that the text seems to deconstruct a myth about Harlem as the mecca of the New Negro. The meaning of home in the novel has deferred into a space inhabited by a familiar in which one can find needs of physical, intellectual, mental, and emotional security. A decision to leave Harlem chosen by both of main characters in the novel is a symbol that Harlem cannot be the best representative of African American’s home enabling to meet all of blacks’ needs of racial equality in the early twentieth century.

The ability and motivation of learning are different for each student, making the teacher to keep on changing, developing, and seeking the solutions in teaching. The core problem is motivation. Low motivation will impact the learning outcome. In the 21 century, model and learning methods have changed many times. One of them is the use of e-learning method. Learning Management System (LMS) is a part of e-learning. The example of LMS is Moodle. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an increase in motivation of learning chemistry after using Moodle. This research is using a quantitative experiment design with one group pre-test and post-test design. The population of the research was all the students of BPK PENABUR Pharmacy Vocational School Jakarta academic year 2018/2019. Purposive sampling technique defines students of grade XI. Learning in the classroom had been done by using a direct learning method, in which Moodle was used as a supplement/complement learning at home. The research instrument was a motivation questionnaire with 20 numbers of statements. The sample of the research was fewer than 30 students, hence the test used was a non-parametric test. Based on the data analysis and hypothesis testing, we know that asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.002, where 0.002 < 0.05. In conclusion, the use of Moodle can increase the students’ motivation in learning chemistry of grade XI BPK PENABUR Pharmacy Vocational School Jakarta.

Method is very important in education, and in particularly Christian religious education. Methods are used in every work to produce something. It can be from any kind of culture and civilization. This research will concentrate on methods practiced in Javanese society, and in Christian traditions, namely The Old Testament and The New Testament. Methods practiced in the culture of Javanese and in the Bible are basically the same. Both sources give variety of methods which can be mixed or support one another. These methods are used in different context so the form might be different in accordance with the context of education. The research will be on the method of teaching in Javanese society in Indonesia and the teaching methods in the Bible, i.e. from the beginning of the existence of humankind and the ancestor of Israel and the prophets of Israel in the Old Testament, and in the New Testament as applied by Jesus and Paul. On how this research in done, the researcher or the writer study on the methods used in Javanese society namely ing ngarsa sung tuladha, ing madya mbangun karsa and tutwurihandayani. This research pursue to study the methods used in religious education in the Bible. Here, the research will study the available and relevant materials. This research produce a theses that methods as local wisdom in Javanese society are similar to methods used in the Bible. They can be used in modern time and will be useful if it is used in the right way.

In communication, language politeness is a crucial aspect because it can shape one's language and character. This research was conducted to describe violations and obedience with the principle of language politeness of employees in carrying out daily routines at Indonesian Christian University. The research approach used is qualitative with a descriptive analysis design. Obtaining the research data, an audio recorder was used as an instrument, the data obtained through audio recorders were Analysed using the pragmatic method. The research results obtained are that the number of obedience with the language politeness principle among employees at Indonesian Christian University is greater than the violations or impoliteness. It can be seen from 248 utterances, 192 utterances that obey the principle of language politeness and 56 utterances that do not obey the language politeness. Violations in the utterances are violations, one maxim, two maxims and three maxims in one utterance. The maxim that was violated the most was the maxim of appreciation and the maxim of wisdom. It was also found that none of the employees obeys the maxim of simplicity from the utterances spoken. Thus, it can be concluded that the Indonesian Christian University requires a conduct training program to improve employee language politeness.
