This study will analyze principal leadership, organizational culture, and teacher competence on teacher performance. This study used a quantitative approach to causality. The data were collected through documentation and questionnaires. This study used a sample of 98 respondents to determine the sample size using the saturated sample formula. A partial least square was applied to examine the relationship of teacher performance, principal leadership, organizational culture, and teacher competence. The results of this study showed that of the three hypotheses formulated, two hypotheses were rejected, including the effect of the principal leadership variable on the teacher performance variable, in which the results did not have a significant effect, and the effect of the teacher competence variable on the teacher performance variable that obtained the same results, in which it did not have a significant effect. Meanwhile, the organizational culture variable had a significant effect on teacher performance. Through the findings of this study, it is expected to provide additional information for various parties, especially the Sultan Agung Education Foundation and the Education Authority of Pematangsiantar City in determining policies related to improving teacher performance.

Thus the church as a container PAK needs to play a role and be responsible for the absence of PAK teachers in schools, especially public schools. The Church should pay very serious attention this condition. PAK is not the needs and interests of the institutional church, but the needs and interests of learners functional and existential

HRM (Human Resource Management) is crucial to the success of any business, achieving organizational goals. It has a special function as a strategic administrative instrument because it utilizes human resources (HR) based on efficiency, effectiveness, rationality, and objectivity. However, in Indonesia's bureaucratic system, there are still several human resource constraints that become a problem in public services. The aim of this paper is to examine the technical concepts of the HRM model and to create a hypothetical HRM model for the public sector. By using descriptive and secondary data analysis techniques. As a rationale, the public sector HRM model should be combined with those values from the good governance paradigm, as per the findings of this study.

This paper attempts to include the use of technology according to the Christian faith in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, which is directly proportional to the growth and the level of human needs for survival. Also, the rapid advancements observed at this time are in the aspect of information and technology, which is inseparable from the demands of communication, being the essence of human behaviour. Also, its concepts relate to the type of use, knowledge of tools and expertise, as well as the means through which it influences an individuals’ ability to control and change environmental occurrences. Thus, the aim of technology is to facilitate human activities, and the recurring progress observed leads Christians to actually utilize it as a medium to build Christian faith. Furthermore, technology has existed through the time of human creation, found in Genesis 1: 27-28, which explained humans as the image and likeness of God (imago Dei). Therefore, the goal is embedded in their ability to explore the natural potentials necessary to meet personal needs. In addition, the verse underlies the birth of science and technology, with the existence of God's first mandate for the birth of grandchildren, the increasing number of world population, as well as the power over fish, birds and all animals. These verses bring to mind (ratio) the thoughts on how to rule the earth according to what Allah wants, and the knowledge to construct the technology is stated in Proverbs 1: 7a "Fear of God is the beginning of knowledge". In addition, the approach adopted in writing this paper is literature review and library research, thus, the outcome is expected to contribute to the academic world and also to the use of technology according to the Christian faith, in the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

Children with Cerebral Palsy disorders have problems with muscle weakness, stiffness, awkwardness, slowness, and difficulty with balance. Cerebral palsy children need help from others in their movements and daily activities. However, not always the parents or the people around him will continue to accompany the child throughout his life. The question is to what extent do parents know the problem-solving abilities and independence of the cerebral palsy children? how do parents make early detection of children with cerebral palsy problem solving so that parents can help children in optimizing and more independent in carrying out daily activities by minimizing their dependence on parents or people around them, so that cerebral palsy children are able to function as part of community members in general with more optimal in accordance with the capacity they have. Siegler and Alibali (2005) in his book "The Children’s Thingking" provide an explanation of the child's ability in general to do problem solving according to age and stage of development. The writing of this article is based on a literature study from several literatures with a content analysis study. The discussion in this article problem solving proposed by Siegler and Alibali which was then applied to children with cerebral palsy. By knowing the problem solving abilities possessed by children with cerebral palsy, the hope is that they can optimize their children's abilities to be more independent in carrying out daily activities by minimizing their dependence on parents or people around them, so that the cerebral palsy children are able to function as part in general community members more optimally according to their capacity.
