The curriculum is the most important part of the educational process which serves as the direction of educational goals. Al-Qur'an as a holy book and a source of reference for life has actually given a signal that the importance of curriculum development, especially for Islamic educational institutions, is in accordance with the needs and demands of the times. By using literature analysis and analysis of the verses of the Koran, this research shows that the Koran wants a balance between the curriculum relating to general science and Islamic science. This research comes to the conclusion that the concept of the Koran does not recognize secularism and the dichotomy of the curriculum, but the ideal curriculum according to the Qur'an is an integrated and holistic curriculum.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of corporate identity management, internal brands, and corporate culture on employee brand support behavior. This study seeks to fill the gap from the findings of previous studies where the setting is mostly done in service companies and not in the production sector. Thus the results of this study will enrich the discussion about employee brand support behavior. The population in this study were employees of small, halal-oriented companies in East Java. While the sample was taken as many as 200 employees from six cities. Small and medium companies that participate in this research are in the fields of fruit chips, salted eggs, textiles. There are three hypotheses to be tested in this study. Data were analyzed with statistics to determine the relationship between the variables studied and exploratory factor analysis. The results showed that the majority of respondents were male of the Javanese race. The mean age was 34, mostly in middle and high school backgrounds. Furthermore, most of them are married, most of them work in general affairs and production with permanent employee status. The majority of respondents only get a monthly income of between IDR 1,000,000-2,000,000. Finally, around 50% of respondents have a working period of 1-3 years. The results showed that corporate identity management has a significant effect on employee's brand support behavior. Internal Brand has a significant effect on Employee Brand Support Behavior. Organizational culture has a significant effect on brand support behavior. Suggestions that can be conveyed in research include work culture and Islamic values that have been adhered to by employees also need to be maintained by company leaders. During their breaks and prayers, they should be given sufficient time, but it does not interfere with the company's productivity. Also, the leader must explain that the company where the employees work is a relatively new business operating so that the company has not been able to provide decent income to most of them. However, along with the growth of these MSMEs, employee salaries are expected to get better. The support showed by employees so far must be maintained and maintained so that they feel cared for by the leadership.

This research examines the impact of e-commerce adoption on accounting information systems and SMEs' organizational performance. Data were collected from 102 SMEs in Central Java, Indonesia, that have adopted ecommerce in their business process. The structural equational model analysis was employed to examine the effect of ecommerce, accounting information systems, and SMEs' performance. The results showed that management characteristics and organizational readiness as e-commerce characteristics mainly determined the accounting information systems. The second SMEs' organization performance was directly impacted by accounting information systems, management performance, and financial performance; third, the accounting information system has mediated e-commerce toward financial and management performance. Future research is intended to improve the determinants of accounting information systems on SMEs who have used e-commerce intensively.

Language and culture variety is a part of our life and as a characteristic of our life. The variety occurs due to the diversity of geography and language development in our community. Language dialect differences from the view of geography or place of origin can be observed from the local language used in that areas which are influenced by the cultures surrounding it. Informal Indonesian language spoken in different places will be practiced differently in terms of pronunciation, vocabulary, and intonation. This study is qualitative research to explore the impact of place of origin to the varieties of informal Indonesian language expression of Indonesian people, specifically the students who study at Christian University of Indonesia. The differences are viewed from the language and culture they have at their home town that contribute to their language use in campus life. The sample consists of eight students from four place of origin: Ambon, Jakarta, Medan, and Palembang. They are given the questionnaires about their informal Indonesian spoken in their home town, then they are interviewed to have deeper information concerning the topic. The results showed different pronunciation and vocabulary choices in those places. The positive impact of the differences is that we are proud of cultural diversity exist in our country. It contributes to cultural diversity that Indonesia is multilingual and multicultural country. The negative impact of the differences is that differences can lead to conflict if we do not accept diversity. Conflict can lead to hostilities among different groups of societies.
