The research aims to answer problems regarding implementation teaching strategy for catholic religious education teachers in class XI multiple intelligence-based learning at Budi Murni 2 Medan Catholic Private Senior High School.This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this study are students of Class XI Budi Murni 2 Medan Catholic Private Senior High School. The informants specified in this study are 12 people consisting of catholic religious education students and teachers. The research is conducted during March and April 2023. Data analysis is carried out by reduction, display, and triangulation. The results of the study show that catholic religious education teachers at Budi Murni 2 Medan Catholic Private Senior High School have implemented appropriate teaching strategies in learning based on multiple intelligences. The suggestion of this research is that multiple intelligences can be used as a focus of teaching strategies for catholic religious education teachers in multiple intelligences-based learning at Budi Murni 2 Medan Catholic Private Senior High School

This study aims to answer research questions regarding cognitive ability of students in the learning process of christian religious education using a scientific approach at Budi Murni 2 Medan Catholic Private Senior High School.This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research is carried out at Budi Murni 2 Medan Catholic Private Senior High School from February to April 2023. The informants identified in this study are 11 informants consisting of catholic religious education teachers, vice principals, and students. Data analysis is performed by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing research conclusions. The occurrence of the Second Wave of the Covid-19 Pandemic has made the Indonesian government issued a new policy called the Emergency PPKM Policy with Health Protocols (Prokes). A policy must have an impact on people's lives, as well as scrap metal traders at Setono Betek Market in Kediri City and PKL Culinary Center and traditional market in Rungkut District, Surabaya City. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the impact of PPKM Darurat in the control of health protocols on the lives of iron traders who had to close their stalls for two weeks according to applicable regulations and controlling prokes by Satpol PP at the PKL at the Culinary Center in Rungkut District, Surabaya City. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. With data collection methods through interviews, documentation, field studies, and literature studies. Technical Data analysis in this study uses interactive methods through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that the Emergency PPKM regulation makes these iron traders must close their stalls for two weeks, namely in the initial period of July 3-July 20, 2021. As a result of this closure, scrap metal traders experienced a decrease in an average turnover of almost 90%. The social impact these iron merchants feel is also complex, especially on behavior change. An appeal to do marketing online, but still, not all merchants can take advantage of existing technology. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of tamarind rind against the growth of Staphylococcus aureus using different extraction methods. The research method is a laboratory experimental study to test the effectiveness of Tamarind peel (Tamarindus indica L.) against Staphylococcus aureus using different extraction methods, namely the maceration method and the soxhletation method. The results showed that the extract from the rind of Tamarind (Tamarindus indica L.) was effective in inhibiting the growth of Staphylococcus aureus using either maceration or soxhletation extraction methods. The most effective concentration is at a concentration of 0.8% w/v with a Sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 (Oneway Anova α = 0.05) in the strong category of inhibition (10 – 20 mm)

This review offers a overview of the golden apple snail (Pomacea canaliculata) as a potential raw material for aquaculture feed. The taxonomy, anatomy, habitat, life cycle, nutritional composition, and utilization prospects of this freshwater snail species are discussed. The golden apple snail's features, including its conical shell, distinct coloration, and unique respiratory system comprising gills and a lung, contribute to its adaptability and mobility in diverse environments. Moringa oleifera is an herbal plant that is found in the tropics and Indonesia. Bioactive compounds in clover are found in many parts of the leaves. The study aims to test the toxicity of the essential oils of moringa leaves against the larvae of Artemia salina Leach and to find out the composition of the essential compounds of the constituents of the oil of moringa leaves using the gas-mass spectrometer chromatography method. (GS-MS). The results of the study of the essential oil on the leaves of the Moringa Oleifera Lum were toxic to the larvae of the moringa leaves, Artemia salina Leach, with an LC50 value of 178.58 ppm. Technological progress is unstoppable in the digital age. Social media increased communication transparency. Social media and Instagram are now used for advertising and marketing. Marisaeyelash is a leading Bandar Lampung beauty extension eyelash provider. Marisaeyelash advertises on Instagram. This study examines how Instagram promotes eyelash extension purchases. A questionnaire collects data. This study examined Bandar Lampung Instagram followers of @Marisaeyelash. This study had 105 subjects. SPSS 22 was used for data analysis. Simple linear regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t-test), and coefficient of determination test (R2) were used to evaluate validity and reliability and test hypotheses. This study examine the impact of environmental factors on student’s educational background and their future performance among 500 male and female students of high school classes four tehsils of district Bhakkar. Environmental factors have both type of impacts positive and negative impacts on students educational development and their future development such as physical, moral, Socioeconomic status , Parental involvement and Peer influences .In this study objectives were to investigate (1).Identifying strategies to create a conducive learning environment (3) Developing interventions to mitigate negative environmental impacts (4) Raising awareness about the importance of environmental factors in education hypotheses and research questions were designed for the purpose of testing and answering through the collected empirical data from the sample group and these objectives testified by hypotheses. This research aims to analyze the influence of work environment, work culture, and motivation on employee performance at PT. PNM Medan Tembung. The research method employed in this study is quantitative research, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 employees of PT. PNM Medan Tembung. The data were then analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0 software. The results of the analysis indicate that work culture has a significant influence on employee performance, as well as employee motivation. However, no significant relationship was found between the work environment and employee performance. Additionally, employee motivation was found to mediate the relationship between work culture and employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of creating a positive and supportive work culture and enhancing employee motivation to improve individual and organizational performance. A supportive work environment can also influence employee motivation, making it essential for companies to create a conducive and motivating work environment. An organization consists of a group of people who are formally assigned roles to work together to achieve organizational goals. Meanwhile, a manager is a person who is given the responsibility to achieve corporate goals by making various efforts for human existence in the organization. Therefore, given the importance of the human role in today's competitive environment, it is not surprising that the position of employees as human capital is the most important factor as a crucial component of the development of an organization. The objective of this article review analysis is to discover the factors that can influence employees' intention to leave. The method of this analysis is the qualitative method, in which the literature of previous articles up to 21 articles is reviewed.
