Working with excessive repetitive motions experiencing pain is called repetitive strain injury (RSI). Pain is the result of over-moving muscles, nerves, ligaments and tendons. With the occurrence of pain it makes work productivity not optimal. To prevent repetitive strain injuries, it is necessary to make ergonomic adjustments at work. This scientific writing method uses descriptive literature studies. The main purpose of this paper is to understand the ergonomic requirements so as to prevent repetitive strain injury. With repetitive strain injury (RSI) can be prevented with an ergonomic approach, then productivity will be optimal

Medication error is a medical error that can lead to failure in the treatment process. Medication errors can be caused by various factors. One of the factors that influence medication errors is errors in reading prescriptions. One of the important components contained in a recipe is a common abbreviation. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research to determine the level of knowledge of PKL students at the YPPM Mandiri Pharmacy Academy on common abbreviations in recipes. This research method is through a descriptive approach using a questionnaire as an instrument. The results of this study indicate that the knowledge of PKL students at the YPPM Mandiri Pharmacy Academy categorized as good because 12 questions achieved a score above 70%. However, it is still necessary to increase knowledge so that the value reaches 100% so as to avoid medication errors in the future

This study assessed the implementation of safety measures and risk reduction management in Consolatrix College of Toledo City, Inc., Cebu. This study determined the respondents’ age, gender, highest educational attainment, length of years of involvement in CCTC, safety trainings attended. This study assessed the implementation of safety measures, provision of safety facilities and trainings. This study also analyzed the attitude of the respondents towards the school’s implementation of safety management. The findings were taken from 75 respondents composed of 5 administrators, 10 teachers, employees, parents and 40 students. A descriptive research design was used. This study revealed that most of the respondents were adults, female, have at least baccalaureate degree, have been connected to CCTC for more than 5 years and have attended safety trainings. Safety measures were implemented. However, the giving of penalties for breaking safety rules was observed to have less extent. Safety facilities were available and safety trainings were also provided. Still, the provision of adequate budget for safety education was in less extent. The respondents have positive attitude towards the implementation of safety management systems

Genetic Pharmacotherapy, Rehan Haider
In current drug development, proof-of-concept—determining whether a ligand engaging its target is likely to be therapeutic—requires specific ligands. This presents a catch-22, as the motivation to develop ligands requires proof-of-concept studies that cannot be conducted without ligands. A strategy we term genetic pharmacotherapy—a refinement of genetic blockade focused on drug-gable targets—obviates the catch-22 by enabling proof-of-concept studies before the development of specific ligands via genetic means in mouse models. In this strategy, which could help avert investment in molecular entities that will ultimately prove therapeutically efficacious, a gene is conditionally down-regulated via a molecular switch in adult mice. Both the precise temporal control of the intervention and the consequent change in the target protein function parallels the administration of drugs, with the additional advantage of perfect specificity. Moreover, genetic pharmacotherapy overcomes the impediment of the blood-brain barrier, which makes developing ligands for psychiatric disorders particularly challenging

This study examined the effect of E-Satisfaction and E-Trust on E-Loyalty for Shopee consumers in Bandar Lampung. A questionnaire was developed and data was collected from 160 Shopee customers. Results revealed that E-Satisfaction improves E-Trust and E-Loyalty, and that the E-Satisfaction variable significantly influences the E-Trust variable, meaning that the more consumers feel satisfied with an E-Commerce, the greater the level of consumer trust in E-Commerce. Additionally, the E-Trust variable significantly influences the E-Loyalty variable, meaning that the more consumers trust E-Commerce, the more loyal consumers will be to E-Commerce

High and even coverage of Covid-19 vaccination is the key to success. If the vaccination coverage is high and evenly distributed, herd immunity can be formed, and cross-protection can be created. Cross-protection is a condition in which a person still gets the benefits of protection against the risk of contracting a disease even though he is not vaccinated because he is in a community where the majority have already been vaccinated. As a result, it will reduce the virus's spread, break the transmission chain, and ultimately stop this disease

Individuals who have prolonged feelings of worthlessness, insignificance, and low self-esteem due to negative evaluations of themselves and their abilities are a picture of someone who has low self-esteem (Pardede & Laia, 2020). If the problem of low self-esteem is not dealt with immediately, the client will be insecure and have negative thoughts of himself and others. As a result, the client will tend to be alone and isolate himself from the environment and activities that decrease low self-esteem and can be at risk of social isolation: withdrawing self. Withdrawal is a severe personality disorder in that maladaptive behavior interferes with one's functioning in social relationships. This needs serious attention and handling. This study aimed to determine the effect of cognitive therapy on increasing self-esteem in schizophrenic patients at the Phalamartha Sukabumi Center
