This study aims to compare the significance of profitability before and after using e-commerce at PT. Mustika Ratu. This study analyzes financial statements profit including NPM, ROA, ROE. The financial data used are financial statements from 2018-2021 using PT Mustika ratu's financial statements using profitability ratios related to the company's net published on the www.mustika_ratu.co.id website

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of transformational and transactional leadership styles on employee loyalty, and the effect of organizational climate moderates transformational and transactional leadership styles on employee loyalty. The research method used ex post-facto with 253 samples from employees of PNM Mekaar Ltd. Region Probolinggo business unit. The results show that transformational and transactional leadership styles have a positive effect on employee loyalty, organizational climate has a positive effect on moderating transformational leadership styles and a negative effect on moderating transactional leadership styles

People are eating differently now; they like quick and easy meals. Only in Indonesia are there a lot of fast food restaurants. One of the main fast food chains that has market dominance in Indonesia is McDonald's. In Indonesia, McDonald's built many locations, including Bandar Lampung. The findings of the Google review section reveal that many McDonald's patrons in Bandar Lampung are still not happy with their sensory encounter there. In this study, the mediating variable is satisfaction, which is used to explore how sensory marketing affects consumer repurchase intentions. Based on the questionnaire of 250 respondents, it has been shown that both customer satisfaction and sensory marketing have a favorable and considerable influence on consumers' intentions to make more purchases. Additionally, there is a positive and significant association between sensory marketing and repurchase intention, with satisfaction acting as a mediating component

The BMC method can correct errors and provide suggestions for the process of running UMKM in the future. Maria Montessori's Pedagogy and its Potential to Promote Peace Education in the Philippines 玛丽亚·蒙台梭利教学法及其在菲律宾促进和平教育的潜力

E This study aims to explore the potential of Montessori's pedagogy in promoting peace education in the Philippines. Using a qualitative research design, the study collected data from 10 participants, including teachers, parents, and Montessori school administrators. The findings of the study suggest that Montessori's approach can contribute to peace education by promoting a child-centered and experiential learning environment, which can foster critical thinking skills and empathy towards others. Moreover, the study identified several challenges to implementing Montessori's pedagogy in the Philippine context, such as the lack of awareness and understanding of the approach among educators and parents, limited availability of trained Montessori teachers, and the lack of resources and support for implementing the approach in schools. The study also proposed strategies for adapting and implementing Montessori's pedagogy in the Philippine context, such as providing training and professional development for teachers, building awareness and understanding of the approach among parents and educators, and developing partnerships and collaborations between Montessori schools and other educational institutions in the Philippines

The simultaneous selection of village heads in all districts / cities is intended to avoid negative things in their implementation, village head elections simultaneously consider the number of villages and the ability of election costs charged to the district / city revenue and spending budget so that it is possible to carry out bumpy implementation as long as it is regulated in the District / City Regional Regulation. As a result of the implementation of the policy of Simultaneous Village Head Election, in this Law is regulated regarding the filling of the position of Village Head who quits and is dismissed before the expiration of the term. In accordance with the background, the problem is formulated as follows; The regulation of the authority of the Regional Head resolves the dispute over the results of the Village Head Election and the resolution of the dispute over the results of the village head election by the Regional Head. The type of research used is normative legal research, with the approach used is the approach of legislation. Problem-solving is one of the abilities that must be mastered by elementary school students, especially regarding learning to count. So the authors applied the problem-solving learning model using adventure board media to determine the effectiveness in dealing with this problem-solving ability. This research uses quantitative methods. This type of research is an experiment with a none-none equivalent control group design. The population in this study were students in class VA and VB Ungaran Elementary School 01. Data analysis techniques used the normality test, homogeneity test, and simple linear regression test. The results showed that there was an effect of the problem-solving learning model on students' problem-solving abilities using adventure board media on increasing students' problem-solving abilities as evidenced by t count = 4,864 > t table = 2,064 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and influencing the problem-solving ability variable by 47.5%. So it can be concluded that the problem-solving learning model using adventure board media can affect students' problem-solving abilities

The Needs of Money Laundering and Tax Evasion Crimes Prevention in the Asean Community 东盟共同体防范洗钱和逃税犯罪的必要性

One of the visions and missions of the ASEAN Community is the effort in improving economic, trade and investment cooperation. However it is not uncommon for business doers to double also as a money launderer who intentionally invest the money they get from criminal activities and hiding the illicit money by disguising it into the financial or trading systems, or depositing the money in the banks in ASEAN member countries. Concealing and saving moneys in other countries to make it harder for the law enforcers to trace the origin of the money may be considered an international crime of money laundry. In view of the circumstances of the financial crimes, especially the money laundering and tax evasion, this issue needs to be discussed, addressed and taken into consideration by the ASEAN member countries in order to find solutions for the prevention and eradication of money laundering, corruption and tax evasion  crimes among the ASEAN member countries to welcome the ASEAN Community 2025

Optimizing Damar Kurung Culture as an Integrative Thematic Learning Media Based on Gender Education 基于性别教育的达玛古隆文化综合主题学习媒介优化

This research is oriented towards presenting the process of optimizing the application of gender education-based integrative thematic learning media using damar kurung culture. This research refers to literature study and data analysis conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Manisrenggo. The results obtained are that the integrative thematic learning model has not been applied optimally, even though it should have been implemented in schools that implement the 2013 curriculum. Damar kurung with the theme of gender education is one of the options for utilizing integrative thematic learning media. This research can provide benefits to the next generation in increasing their insight and awareness regarding the existence of local learning media potential with damar kurung media innovation. Damar kurung can also be utilized as a source of information and reference regarding integrative thematic learning media based on gender education. Damar kurung as a cultural wealth in Indonesia should continue to be preserved by the next generation of the nation, namely students and various groups so that Indonesian culture can always be maintained and enjoyed in the future

This study aims to identify and analyze the marketing strategy of koi fish in ulate a marketing strategy using the koi fish marketing mix. Fara Koi Business Unit Farm and form The method used in this research is the descriptive method. The location of the research was done at Fara Koi Business Unit Farm, Sumberdodol Village, District of Panekan, Magetan Regency. The results showed that Fara Koi Business Unit Farm has implemented a marketing mix strategy well, each variable can be explained in detail. In products, the business unit has implemented product quality dimensions well, such as guaranteed fish quality, varied types, and sizes of koi fish, and product guarantees, as well as service or service. The price set by the business unit is lower than that of koi fish of the same quality on the market. The business unit's current target consumers are resellers, hobbies, and plasma farmers. Each target has a different price of each. There are two distribution channels carried out by the business unit, namely direct and indirect. The location of the business unit is not strategic. Promotions that have been carried out by the business unit have three aspects, namely advertising, sales promotion, and personal selling. Meanwhile, for each strategy made in between, namely, the addition of production capacity to meet consumer needs. Discounts for repeat customers. Promotion optimization by creating a special promotion division in the business unit organization
