Utilization of agricultural waste is still lacking as raw material for biocomposites, so efforts are needed to use it, one of which is the manufacture of cement boards made from corn cobs. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of differences in the size of corn cob particles on the quality of cement particle board. The study was conducted with 3 treatments and 5 repetitions, namely treatment P1 (20 mesh), treatment P2 (40 mesh) and treatment P3 (50 mesh), using a ratio of cement to particles (3:1) with a pressing time of 20 minutes and pressure 40 bars. The research method refers to ISO 8335 (1987), BS 5669 (1989), MS 934 (1986) and SNI 8299 (2017) standards which include testing of physical properties (Density, Moisture Content, Water Absorption and Thickness Swelling) and mechanical properties including testing the Modulus of Elasticity (MoE), Modulus of Rupture (MoR) and Internal Bonding Strength (IBS). Analysis of research data using a completely randomized design (CRD). ANOVA analysis showed that the effect of the treatment of differences in the size of corn cob particles was very significant on testing the water content, water absorption, Modulus of Rupture (MoR). Internal Bonding Strength (IBS) is significant. Has no significant effect on density testing, thickness growth and Modulus of Elasticity (MoE). The best physical properties were density 1.164 g/cm3 (P3), moisture content 10.057% (P3), water absorption 11.630% (P3) and thickness swelling 1.413% (P3) while the best mechanical properties were MoE 2,814.758 N/mm2 (P1), MoR 4.926 N/mm2 (P3), and IBS 0.794 N/mm2 (P3). Corn cob is quite well used as a raw material for making cement particle board.

This study aims to analyze road development planning in Banua Anyar Village, East Banjarmasin Subdistrict, Banjarmasin City. It identifies constraints and obstacles during the planning meetings in Banua Anyar Subdistrict. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Key informants are the Banua Anyar Village Head and the Head of the Economic and Development Section. Data collected through observation, structured interviews, and documentation. The results show that road construction planning in Banua Anyar Village does not fully comply with existing regulations. Issues include incomplete public information about musrenbang schedules, limited community involvement, and selective invitation to meetings. Facilitators' skills in guiding discussions were also rated poorly. Constraints involve inadequate facilities and places for road construction planning, and sub-optimal human resources from the sub-district and other agencies. This hinders the optimal implementation of Musrenbang according to statutory regulations. To improve, address these shortcomings, and enhance facilitators' skills. Additionally, allocate better resources and infrastructure to ensure effective road development planning in Banua Anyar Village, Banjarmasin City

Anemia is a condition where the level of hemoglobin (Hb) in the blood is less than normal. Young women are prone to anemia because they experience menstrual periods and catch up on growth. Preliminary studies on female students of SMP Negeri 2 Muara Kaman found that there were those who did not consume Blood Supplement Tablets given by the teacher. The aim is to determine the relationship between teacher support and student motivation with adherence to consumption of Blood Supplementary Tablets in female students. This type of research is analytic observation using a cross sectional design. The population is 198 students at SMP Negeri 2 Muara Kaman, using the Lemeshow formula, a sample of 84 people is obtained. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Data analysis using Chi-Square. The characteristics of the respondents were mostly 13-year-old students (48.8%), parents had graduated from high school (41.7%) and their parents worked as private employees (40.5%). Most of the teacher's support was not good (51.2%), the motivation of the students was mostly moderate/weak (48.8%) and they were not compliant with consuming iron supplement tablets (54.8%)

This study explored the use of YouTube children's educational videos to enhance early childhood English language proficiency. The study utilized a qualitative research design, and data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 10 parents of preschool-aged children. The findings of the study revealed that parents used a variety of YouTube children's educational videos to enhance their children's English language proficiency, including videos that taught basic English vocabulary, songs, nursery rhymes, grammar, and sentence structures. Participants also identified perceived benefits and drawbacks of using YouTube children's educational videos, such as improvements in vocabulary and grammar skills, exposure to the English language, and concerns about addiction to watching videos, exposure to inappropriate content, and quality and accuracy issues. Moreover, parents perceived YouTube children's educational videos to be effective in enhancing their children's English language skills, and various factors influenced their decision to use such videos, such as convenience, affordability, variety of content, and fun and engaging learning. The study suggests that YouTube children's educational videos can be a useful tool to enhance early childhood English language proficiency. However, parents need to be mindful of the potential drawbacks associated with their use, such as inappropriate content and addiction. The study also contributes to the existing literature on the use of technology in early childhood education and provides insights into parents' perspectives on YouTube children's educational videos.

The results of learning mathematics is a process of changing new behavior which is the result of giving experiences received by students in the learning process which includes cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects whose success can be measured through written and oral tests. The learning outcomes achieved can be good or bad depending on the factors that influence them, including learning motivation and environmental factors study. This study aims to determine the effect of parental attention and peer environment on student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 1 Kolaka in 2022 using the Fuzzy logic of the Tsukamoto method. The data obtained in this study came from a questionnaire for the attention of parents and peers that had been filled out by students as well as mathematics learning outcomes obtained through the results of the even semester 2022 daily test scores. Based on the research results obtained in fuzzy calculations consisting of people's attention questionnaires parents and peer environment, it was found that the mathematics learning outcomes achieved were not good at 34.87 towards good mathematics learning outcomes at 65.12.

Psychological changes in pregnant women can become a mental health problem. In Indonesia, 75% are worried about body image during pregnancy and 20% are depressed about their body shape during pregnancy. Preliminary studies at the Bunga Jadi Health Center in January-November 2022 found 371 pregnant women and initial interviews with 5 pregnant women found that they experienced disturbances in body image changes. This type of research is quasi-experimental, non-equivalent control group design. The population is all pregnant women in the working area of the Bunga Jadi Health Center for January-November 2022 a total of 371 people. Lameshow formula, so that the sample of the intervention group is pregnant women who are given empowerment of pregnant women (mental health education 2 meetings within 3 weeks, pregnancy exercise class 2 meetings within 3 weeks and use of VCO 2 times a day after bathing as much as 2 ml for each topical within 3 weeks) and the control group, namely pregnant women from regular exercise classes, each numbering 41 people

This study aims to answer research problems about efforts of catholic religious education teachers in overcoming verbal violence in students at 1 Delitua State Senior High School. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This research is conducted at 1 Delitua State Senior High School from February to April 2023. The research subjects are selected by purposive sampling. The informants determined by the researcher are 15 people consisting of catholic religion teachers, school principals, student affairs teachers, guidance and counseling teachers, peer teachers, and 10 students. Data analysis is carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and research conclusions. The results of the study show that verbal violence occurs in the school environment in the form of yelling, cursing, humiliating, intimidating, belittling and humiliating, and verbal bullying. Efforts made by the teacher in overcoming verbal violence in the communication aspect, namely the teacher approaches students and provides direction so that students dare to convey the forms of violence they experience
