This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of perceptions of organizational support and organizational justice on employee engagement turnover intention as a mediating variable in contract employees in Padang Pariaman Regional General Hospital. This research is an exploratory research with quantitative methods. The sampling technique was carried out by census method, with a sample of 84 contract employees. This study uses Partial Least SquaresStructural Equations Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the smart PLS 3 program. The results showed that the perception of organizational support has a negative but not significant effect on turnover intention. Perceptions of organizational support have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. negative and significant towards employee turnover intention Organizational justice has a positive but insignificant effect on employee engagement, employee engagement has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention and employee engagement not as a mediating variable between perceptions of organizational support and organizational justice on contract employees in Padang Pariaman Hospital.

The purposes of this research are: 1) to analyze the profile of financial management behavioral of productive age in Padang, West Sumatra; 2) to compare and analyze the profile of financial management behavior that includes groups of active college students; graduated from college but not working yet; already working and not married; already working and married. To achieve the purposes, this research used a qualitative descriptive approach. The population of this study were individuals of productive age groups (18-55 years) in Padang. The sample is 200 respondents which is obtained by snowball technique.

The purpose of this research is to analyze: Influence of product quality, price, location, and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty Simpang Raya Restaurant. This type of research is causative descriptive research. The population in this study is all customers who make repeat purchases on the product of Simpang Raya Restaurant Bukittinggi. Data collection techniques in this study using observation techniques and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques obtained will be analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. To analyze the relationship between these variables,analysis method used is this analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) uses AMOS Software version 22. The result of this research indicates that (1) product quality has significant effect to customer satisfaction of Simpang Raya Restaurant, Bukittinggi (2) price has significant effect to customer satisfaction of Simpang Raya Restaurant, Bukittinggi (3) Location has significant effect to customer satisfaction Simpang Raya Restaurant, Bukittinggi (4) Product quality has no effect to customer loyalty Restaurant Simpang Raya Bukittinggi (5) Price has no effect to customer loyalty Restaurant Simpang Raya Bukittinggi (6) Location has significant effect to customer loyalty Restaurant Simpang Raya Bukittinggi and (7) Customer satisfaction has no effect to customer loyalty Simpang Raya Restaurant, Bukittinggi.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the implementation principles of good corporate governance on the family firm's economic sustainability. Corporate governance refers to the mechanism used by companies in managing relations between stakeholders, determining the direction or strategic objectives of the company, as well as how to control the company's performance. The population in this study were all songket weaving business units in West Sumatra. The sample was obtained by using Snowball technique and purposive sampling with the criteria of the business unit managed by the family. The number of samples in this study is 118 units of family business of songket weaving in West Sumatera. Data analysis with multiple regression, data is processed by using IBM SPSS statistics 24. From the results of the study obtained the correlation value (R) of 0.397. With a value of α = 0.05, the results obtained (1) Transparency have a significant effect on economic sustainability of “Songket” weaving industries in West Sumatera with a regression coefficient of -0.132, (2) variable Accountability has a significant effect on economic sustainability of “Songket” weaving industries in West Sumatera with a regression coefficient 0.110, (3) Responsibility has not significant effect on economic sustainability of “Songket” weaving industries in West Sumatera with a regression coefficient of 0.019, (4) Variable Fairness has a significant effect on economic sustainability of “Songket” weaving industries in West Sumatra with a regression coefficient of 0.147.

This research is motivated by the rapid growth of tourism in Indonesia Country. This causes many opportunities for tourists to move from one tourist attraction to another. So it is difficult to maintain and increase the number of tourists visiting a region. This study aim to gather and analyze published articles regarding the influence of E-Wom, destination images and Trust on revisit decision. The research design is a literature review. Articles published in the last ten years appearing in six different academically recognized journals of tourism have been reviewed in the present study. Based on the results of the review literature that a positive E-Wom statement is a way to build trust in the destination image. When tourists find a match for what they think, or get a good overall impression of a tourist destination, trust arises. Travelers who believe in a good destination will be used as a reference for a return visit. So, it can be concluded that Electronic Word of Mouth, Destination image and trust has a positive and significant on revisit decision.

The population of this research is all administrative employees of PT. PEB Batam is 154 employee. The sample of this research was 154 employee at PT. PEB Batam. The sampling technique uses a census. Data was collected with a list of questions in the questionnaire and documentation research.
