The purpose of this research is to reveal the influence of convenience, enjoyment, perceived risk, and trust on the attitude of Padang State University students toward online shopping. Online and field surveys are conducted to collect data. A total of 242 questionnaires were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that convenience has a significant effect on enjoyment, then enjoyment has a significant effect on trust and attitude toward online shopping. Likewise with trust, this was found to have a significant effect on attitudes toward online shopping. However, the results of the analysis show that the perceived risk does not significantly influence trust and attitudes toward online shopping.

The real foundation in an organization is performance. If there is no performance, the organizational goals cannot be achieved. Performance needs to be used as evaluation material for leaders or managers. In this article we have developed the influence of remuneration, work motivation and organizational commitment on job performance. From the existing theories and research conducted by several researchers on the relationship between these variables, we argue that remuneration has a significant effect on job performance. Remuneration has a significant effect on work motivation. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on job performance. Remuneration has a significant effect on organizational commitment. And work motivation has a significant effect on job performance.

The aim of this study is to demonstrate the relation between trust to immediate supervisor and resistance to change to work engagement as mediator variable. This research was a quantitative, conducted on 84 administrative staffs of Universitas Negeri Padang from various work units. This study uses purposive sampling technique. Furthermore, the research data was analyzed using regression analysis and Baron & Kenny procedure. The results showed that trust to immediate supervisors had a direct impact on work engagement. Furthermore, resistance to change was a perfect mediator variable that mediates between trust to immediate supervisors and work engagement.

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image and perceived quality on brand loyalty with brand trust as a mediating variable on the PT Bank Syariah Mandiri micro unit in the West Sumatra region. Respondents in this study were customers who were still actively financing the micro units of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri in Padang Cluster with a total sample of 308 respondents. The data analysis technique used to discuss the problems in this study is Structural Equation Model (SEM). Research results prove that: (1). Brand Image and Brand trust have a significant and positive effect on Brand Loyalty; (2). Perceived Quality has no significant effect on Brand Loyalty; (3). Brand Image and Perceived Quality have a significant and positive effect on Brand Trust; (4). Brand trust is mediating the influence of Brand Image on Brand Loyalty; (5). Brand trust is mediating the influence of perceived quality on brand loyalty.

The purpose of this research are: 1) to analyze the benefit cost of conservation forest management in Jambi Province; 2) to analyze the effect of number of domestic visits (X1), number of overseas visits (X2), per Capita income of Jambi Province (X3), per Capita income abroad (Japan, South Korea, Netherlands, UK, Germany, USA) (X4), and government expenditure (X5) in total to Non-Tax State Revenues (NTSR) of conservation forest in Jambi Province (Y); 3) to analyze the effect of number of domestic visits (X1), number of overseas visits (X2), per capita income of Jambi Province (X3), per capita income abroad (Japan, South Korea, Netherlands, UK, Germany, USA) (X4), and government expenditure (X5) individually on Non-Tax State Revenue (NTSR) of conservation forest in Jambi Province (Y). Data analysis was performed using benefit cost ratio (BCR) analysis, and multiple linear regression test. The benefit cost ratio analysis is an investment feasibility assessment. If BCR ≥ 1, then the project is feasible, and vice versa. The results of the calculation of BCR all get a value of <1, so the project concluded it is not feasible, because conservation forest management is not to be taken material profit, but more towards environmental services in this case precisely priceless. This paper attempts to examine the relationship between the Government business support services, personality factors and entrepreneurship empowerment among undergraduate students in Malaysian public universities. Out of 400 questionnaires distributed, a total of 241 undergraduate students participated in the study and Pearson correlation analysis technique was employed to analyze the data. The results indicated Government business support services and personality factors have a moderate significant relationship with entrepreneurship empowerment. The findings supported the arguments raised that both variables have an impact on the undergraduate students’ entrepreneurship empowerment program. Finally, some research implications and future research suggestion were also discussed in this paper.
