The purpose of this research are: 1) to analyze the benefit cost of conservation forest management in Jambi Province; 2) to analyze the effect of number of domestic visits (X1), number of overseas visits (X2), per Capita income of Jambi Province (X3), per Capita income abroad (Japan, South Korea, Netherlands, UK, Germany, USA) (X4), and government expenditure (X5) in total to Non-Tax State Revenues (NTSR) of conservation forest in Jambi Province (Y); 3) to analyze the effect of number of domestic visits (X1), number of overseas visits (X2), per capita income of Jambi Province (X3), per capita income abroad (Japan, South Korea, Netherlands, UK, Germany, USA) (X4), and government expenditure (X5) individually on Non-Tax State Revenue (NTSR) of conservation forest in Jambi Province (Y). Data analysis was performed using benefit cost ratio (BCR) analysis, and multiple linear regression test. The benefit cost ratio analysis is an investment feasibility assessment. If BCR ≥ 1, then the project is feasible, and vice versa. The results of the calculation of BCR all get a value of <1, so the project concluded it is not feasible, because conservation forest management is not to be taken material profit, but more towards environmental services in this case precisely priceless. Public accounting professions play a crucial role in the economic advancement. However, only few graduates in accounting majors are interested in this profession. This is quite unsettling. Knowledge is one of the determinants in selecting future career path. Therefore, this studyaims at describing the role of accounting knowledge with regard to the students’ intentions to work in public-accounting-related profession using the Theory of Planned Behavior (PBC) approach. Surveys, interviews, document analyses and observations were used to collect data. In conclusion, accounting knowledge played an important role in stimulating attitude and perceived behavioral control and eventually increased the students’ intention to work in public-accounting-related profession. This had a fairly major role, especially for high calibre students. On the other hand, subjective norms occurred in their selection of accounting major per se, and did not have any roles in defining their career selection.

We discuss factors that will affect employee work productivity, such as employee emotional intelligence and workplace environment. In addition to being allegedly directly influential, this variable also indirectly influences employee work stress. From previous experts' theories and research, we assess that there is a positive influence between emotional intelligence and the work environment on employee work productivity. Emotional intelligence and work environment negatively affect work stress. In addition to having a positive and negative effect, emotional intelligence and work environment also have an indirect effect on productivity through employee work stress. It is necessary to pay attention to the factors that influence the work productivity of these employees so that they can achieve the goals of both private and public organizations later.
