Effect of Emotional Intelligence, Work Environment, and Work Stress on Work Productivity 情绪智力、工作环境和工作压力对工作效率的影响

We discuss factors that will affect employee work productivity, such as employee emotional intelligence and workplace environment. In addition to being allegedly directly influential, this variable also indirectly influences employee work stress. From previous experts' theories and research, we assess that there is a positive influence between emotional intelligence and the work environment on employee work productivity. Emotional intelligence and work environment negatively affect work stress. In addition to having a positive and negative effect, emotional intelligence and work environment also have an indirect effect on productivity through employee work stress. It is necessary to pay attention to the factors that influence the work productivity of these employees so that they can achieve the goals of both private and public organizations later.

Analysis of the Relationship between Credit Rating and Foreign Direct Investment in Indonesia 印尼信用等级与外商直接投资关系分析

The purpose of studied is to determine whether there is a short-term and long-term influence and cointegration between Foreign Direct Investment, to the credit ratings of Indonesia provided by credit institutions such as Moody's (MO), S & P (SP) and Fitch (FIT). The studied uses secondary time series data from 1998-2016,which consists of data on the amount of direct investment that goes to Indonesia and the credit rating of the State of Indonesia. This research uses the Vector Autoregression (VAR) method which includes Johansen Cointegration test, followed by Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) estimation and also forecasting by Impulse Response Function (IRF) and Forecast Error Variance Decomposition (FEVD) analysis. The result of the VECM test there is two significant negative variables, the Johansen Co-Integration test shows that the four variables are cointegrated. The IRF and FEVD analysis show that the FIT variable has a significant or direct positive effect on the direct investment (FDI), in which the rise of the credit rating of the State of Indonesia may increase the amount of direct investment in Indonesia. While, other variables have no effect on direct investment in Indonesia.

Needs and Challenges in Government Accounting Education (Users Perceptions from Local Government Agencies in Padang City) 政府会计教育的需求与挑战(巴东市地方政府机构使用者的看法)

The reforms that took place in Indonesia in 1998 caused significant changes in various fields, one of which was reform in regional financial management. This was driven by increasing demands for accountability and transparency in regional financial management. Government accounting has the main role to prepare financial statements as a form of implementation of public accountability. Therefore the need for accountants who have government accounting expertise is increasing, both in implementing policies and as policy makers; that’s way need change of focus in teaching government accounting to ensure that graduates' knowledge and competencies are produced in accordance with users’ needs. However, research on government accounting teaching is often overlooked; therefore this study will investigate needs of accounting graduate with government accounting expertise, check the suitability between users’ needs and material taught in government accounting courses at universities and also to identify challenges for future government accounting education. This research found that there is still need of graduate with government accounting expertise by looking at the fact that majority of accounting staff in local government agencies at Padang City still come from non-accounting education background. The current curriculum of government accounting in university already covers users’ need even there are still some suggestions for future improvement. It can be challenges for lecturers and academicians at university to explore the current curriculum to be collaborate with suggestions from practitioners.

The Influence of Education Level and Transformational Leadership on Career Development of Police Personnel in West Sumatera 教育水平和变革型领导对西苏门答腊警务人员职业发展的影响

This study aims to analyze the influence of education level and transformational leadership towards career development of Police Personnel in West Sumatera. This is a causative research that looks at the effect of level of education and transformational leadership on career development. Respondents in this study were Police Personnel in West Sumatera. There were 93 respondents chosen as the samples of this study. The data analysis technique used is path analysis to determine the influence of education levels and transformational leadership on the career development of Police Personnel in West Sumatera. The results showed: (1). the level of education has a positive significant effect on the transformational leadership; (2) The level of education has a positive significant effect on the career development; (3) Transformational leadership has a positive significant effect on the Personnel’s career development.
本研究旨在分析西苏门答腊警察教育水平与变革型领导对其职业发展的影响。这是一项因果研究,着眼于教育水平和变革型领导对职业发展的影响。本研究的调查对象为西苏门答腊的警察人员。本研究共选取93名受访者作为样本。所使用的数据分析技术是路径分析,以确定教育水平和变革型领导对西苏门答腊警察人员职业发展的影响。结果表明:(1)学历水平对变革型领导具有显著的正向影响;(2)学历水平对职业发展有显著的正向影响;(3)变革型领导对员工的职业发展有显著的正向影响。

Determining Test Length Precision for Economics Testing: The Implementation of IRT Model for Classroom Assessment 确定经济学测试的测试长度精度:IRT模型在课堂评估中的实施

The Item Response Theory (IRT) has been used extensively in the test analysis to produce the estimation of item parameters and the ability of tester. However, test length and sample size can affect parameter estimates based on the IRT approach. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of sample size and test length on the stability of parameters estimation. This study was conducted using two stages of simulation and real testing in economics for senior high school students. The data were analyzed using the WINGEN for data generation and the BILOG for item parameter estimation and ability parameter estimation. The sample size were varied from small to large samples, while the length test were short tests (20 items) and long tests (> 20 items). The results showed that 1) sample size had an effect on the stability of the item parameters, where the increasing of the sample size impact on the raise of item parameter estimation, 2) the test length effect on the stability of the ability parameters, the rise of number of items effect on the increases of ability parameter estimation. Rasch models (1-PL IRT) can be applied by the teacher in conducting classroom assessment with test length 20 and has sufficient reliability.

Effect of Financial Ratio on Profitability of Comercial Banks: A Systematic Literature Review 财务比率对商业银行盈利能力的影响:系统文献综述

This research is motivated by the effect of financial ratio on profitability of comercial banks. Some financial ratio factors that affect the performance of the bank are capital adequacy ratio (CAR), non performing loan (NPL), loan to deposit ratio (LDR) to its profitability. The review covers 26 journal articles published from 2000 to 2017 and a few months of 2012. The 26 articles classified “profitability” and “Effect of Financial Ratio” comercial banks in businesses into three distinct categories: the "capital adequacy ratio (ROA)," "capital adequacy ratio (CAR)," Effect of Financial Ratio " non performing loan (NPL)," “loan to deposit ratio (LDR),”. The findings reveal that “Profitability” were the most frequently category has been considered in the literature. This review provides a source for discovering business impacts of social network sites and will help to simulate further interest in the area. Keyword: financial ratio, profitability

Effect of Destination Image, Perceived Value, Tourism Satisfaction with Return To Visit 目的地形象、感知价值、旅游满意度对回访的影响

This study examines the impact of the destination image, perceived value, and satisfaction of tourists on the interest of return to visit on the attractions of Lake Kerinci. This research is a research studying marketing case in tourism in Lake Kerinci of Jambi province with total sample is 200 respondents. Analytical technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) to know the impact of the effect of the destination image, perceived value, and the satisfaction of the tourists to the interest of return to visit. The results of the study prove that: (1) The destination image has no significant effect on the interest of return to visit; (2) the destination image and Perceived Value has a significant and positive effect on the satisfaction of tourists; (3) Perceived Value and satisfaction of tourists have a significant and positive impact on the interest of return to visit on the attractions of Lake Kerinci.
本研究探讨游客的目的地形象、感知价值和满意度对克里奇湖旅游景点回访兴趣的影响。本研究是对占碑省克里奇湖旅游市场营销案例的研究,样本总数为200人。分析方法为结构方程模型(SEM),了解目的地形象、感知价值、游客满意度对回访兴趣的影响。研究结果证明:(1)目的地形象对回访兴趣无显著影响;(2)目的地形象和感知价值对游客满意度有显著的正向影响;(3)游客的感知价值和满意度对游客的回访兴趣有显著的正向影响。

Effect of Locus of Control, and Self-Efficacy on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variables in Padang Panjang City Government 以工作满意度为中介变量的控制点、自我效能感对巴东磐江市政府组织公民行为的影响

This study aims to analyze the effect of locus of control, and self-efficacy on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in Padang Panjang City Government. The sampling method used for this research is Proportional Random Sampling. The number of respondents in this study was 285 people. The analysis technique used is mediation regression analysis. The results showed that Locus of Control had no significant effect on Job Satisfaction; Self-Efficacy has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction; Locus of Control has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; Job satisfaction does not become a mediation on the influence of Locus of Control on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; Job Satisfaction becomes mediation on the effect of Self-Efficacy on Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Disemination Of Minangkabau Universal Leadership Values For Leaders And Prospective Leaders In Padang City 巴东市领导者和未来领导者的米南卡保普遍领导价值观的传播

The dissemination process is an important determinant for implementation of Minangkabau Universal Leadership (MUL) models. This research aims to minimize the Minangkabau Universal Leadership model in the City of Padang by taking three sub-districts as sample areas through sampling area techniques. The goal of dissemination is indicated by the participants' knowledge before and after the activity, in the form of training and FGD. Data was collected through questionnaire and processed through Paired Sample Test and Spearman’s Correlation. The results showed that there was no significant difference but there was a significant correlation between participants' knowledge of MUL before and after training and FGD activities.
传播过程是米南卡堡普遍领导(MUL)模式实施的重要决定因素。本研究以巴东市三个街道为样本区,采用抽样区技术,对米南卡保普遍领导模式进行最小化研究。传播的目标是通过参与者在活动前后的知识来表示,形式是培训和FGD。数据采用问卷调查法收集,并采用配对样本检验和Spearman相关法进行处理。结果显示,参与者在训练前后的MUL知识与FGD活动之间没有显著差异,但存在显著相关。
