La globalización y la inmersión de las TIC hoy en día no solo ha generado un cambio en la visión de la política y la economía, también lo ha hecho en el ámbito educativo. En dicho cambio el ELearning juega un papel importante, ya que sirve como intermediario entre alumno y aprendizaje; sin embargo, en este escenario los instructores no controlan el material y los estudiantes pueden combinar el material de aprendizaje en los cursos por cuenta propia. (Porras, Castilla, & Rivera, 2017). El ecosistema tecnológico para la enseñanza virtual gestiona todo el conocimiento generado en las actividades de formación, proyectos de investigación aplicada, desarrollo tecnológico e innovación, aplicando el ELearning a través del Modelo PACIE (Presencia, Alcance, Capacitación, Interacción y ELearning).(Basantes, Naranjo, & Ojeda, 2018); A través de la formación Tecnológica, del SENA (Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje) Regional Quindío.

Habilidades blandas en ingenieros/as de software 软件工程师的软技能

En la actualidad es reconocido que los profesionales en Educación Superior (ES) necesitan estar preparados para abordar soluciones a problemas complejos en contextos cambiantes y competitivos, para lograrlo se requiere de un conjunto de conocimientos que van a más allá del saber disciplinar o técnico, es decir se necesita de habilidades y actitudes conocidas como “soft skills” o “habilidades blandas”.  Estas competencias juegan un papel clave en las ingenierías, por lo que se ha evidenciado cada vez mayor interés por identificarlas y enseñarlas. Es a partir de este contexto, que se plantea pertinente una revisión teórica y documental confrontada con los puntos de vista de la autora, en primer lugar del abordaje sobre “el conocimiento” desde diferentes disciplinas como la psicología, ciencias cognitivas, filosofía, que ha influenciado de manera directa a la educación y los procesos formativos, siendo nuestro interés a la Educación Superior y posteriormente, sobre los esfuerzos que se han realizado en el contexto de la ingeniería de software para incorporar las habilidades blandas a nivel curricular, pedagógico y didáctico.

Aproximación al capital intelectual en el contexto de la educación virtual 虚拟教育背景下的智力资本方法

La medición del capital intelectual es un reto para las universidades que tienen facultades y programas en educación virtual, lo cual implica una revisión y una aproximación desde la evolución de los modelos financieros, las diversas experiencias a nivel Latinoamérica y los marcos normativos para establecer los lineamientos que contribuyen el reconocimiento, la medición, la monetización y la evaluación de los intangibles. A nivel metodológico, se realizó la revisión documental desde el método hipotético-deductivo para demostrar la relación existente entre el estándar Iberoamericano para la educación virtual definido en consenso desde la Organización de Estados Iberoamericanos y los tipos de capital intelectual en la modalidad (capital humano, estructural, relacional, innovación y aprendizaje y social). Los resultados muestran una mayor representación del capital estructural compuesto por lo organizacional y tecnológico seguido por el capital relacional, los cuales se soportan en el capital humano, generando un cambio de paradigma que no se limita al inventario de los recursos sino al uso del conocimiento en los procesos, la cultura, la satisfacción de los grupos de interés y la gestión de la información, con factores de resultado como el capital social desde la responsabilidad social universitaria y el relacionamiento universidad-empresa-sociedad, la innovación y el aprendizaje para el mejoramiento del sistema.

Implementación de un módulo-taller sobre ciberacoso en la formación inicial docente 在初级教师培训中实施关于网络欺凌的模块讲习班

Although cyberbullying is a growing problem in school coexistence, it is not yet included in initial teacher training, which is why it was necessary to implement a module on cyberbullying in the Educational Orientation program of the Los Angeles Campus of the University of Concepcion, Chile. The emphasis was placed on prevention and coping through media and socioemotional skills. The article describes the analysis of the didactic implementation to a sample of students of 4th and 5th year of education careers in a qualitative action research approach, carried out during 2020 and 2021. Data collection was done through focus groups. Among the results, the students value positively the contribution in their ITT, since the module has facilitated the understanding of their role on cyber-coexistence, the complexity of cyberbullying, its dynamics, and multidimensional consequences; they learned strategies for preventing and solving virtual conflicts. It is stated that themes and methodologies applied are pertinent, therefore it is suggested that this module be integrated permanently to the syllabus. It was comprehended that teachers must care about victims and aggressors to the same extent, and this requires a collaborative methodology within educational units to address the issue. The lack of presentiality due to the pandemic was a limitation since the intervention requires a presential interactive methodology.

Análisis de las implicaciones del Covid-19 en estudiantes de licenciatura y en jóvenes participantes del Programa Interinstitucional de Seguimiento al Talento Académico 新冠肺炎对学术人才跨机构监测项目的本科生和青年参与者的影响分析

This research was conducted within the Santander University, where its focal points were undergraduate students and young people who are part of the Inter-institutional Program for Monitoring Academic Talent (PISTA), its objective was to analyze what had been the implications caused by the pandemic due to Covid-19. It should be noted that this is a descriptive quantitative research, since it is based on the total population of 262 students enrolled for the period 2020 - 1 (January to April) and 267 for the period 2020 - 2 (May to August), respectively, all belonging to the undergraduate level, also included the 87 young participants of the PISTA program, both segments taught their classes in person. On the other hand, by way of results it could be determined that most students do not have the necessary technological tools to continue their studies virtually, in addition, the pandemic managed to impact some sensitive areas for them, which are part of the socio-educational perspective, so, by way of conclusion, it can be indicated that the aspects that received more impact because of Covid-19, were educational, social and emotional.

Cultura organizacional enfocada al cliente y su relación con la iso 9001-2015 en ACR proyectos

At ACR Projects, unsatisfied clients have been identified since there is little motivation and poor leadership among its staff, compromising ISO 9001:2015 certification. The article's objective is to analyze organizational culture (OC) and compliance with ISO 9001:2015. This qualitative-quantitative research applies an exploratory (EFA) and confirmatory (CFA) factorial analysis, carried out with the Denison questionnaire for OC and an ISO 9001:2015 audit checklist, to determine the perception of their OC and compliance with the norm. The main results showed that the company encourages long-term orientation, aligning with strategic purposes, and invests in organizational learning, emphasizing customer service. However, some staff perceives that customer requirements are ignored in management decisions. In addition, the staff considers the OC as a fundamental pillar in implementing the standard. From the EFA and CFA, a Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) value of 0.775 was obtained, and 59.3% of the total variance was explained in five factors to achieve better results, among them the most notable is factor 1, revealing 15.8% associated with questions related to the achievement of goals and objectives, which explains the OC and its relationship with the ISO 9001: 2015 standard. The study suggests that corrective actions are essential for any company to provide better customer service, reflecting in satisfied users and generating a positive impact on the performance of its staff.

From the EFA and\u0000 CFA, a Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) value of 0.775 was obtained, and 59.3% of the total\u0000 variance was explained in five factors to achieve better results, among them the most\u0000 notable is factor 1, revealing 15.8% associated with questions related to the\u0000 achievement of goals and objectives, which explains the OC and its relationship with the\u0000 ISO 9001: 2015 standard. The income tax is one of the several sources of funding of all the countries, which includes the income of resources exploitation activities, production and/or services that people carry out. In Ecuador, the income tax collection is a choice made by the President by the Tributary Code, who proposes laws to the National Assembly to optimize its collection, being administered by the National Internal Income Services Office. In 2021, the President approved a new normative for the 2022 where the base for income tax was incremented. Hence, the income tax increased to the salary related to the employees’ job dependency. In this study, the authors seek to determine the increment needed to be paid as an income tax. The methodology followed in this study consisted of first organizing the data by objective to classify them by the required income sources considering relevance, completeness and timeliness. The metrics calculated for the increment in the income tax are a fundamental and innovative methodology that outlines the impact of the increment, significantly reducing the acquisitive power of the income compared to the previous year.

Sistemas de gestión de desechos sanitarios bajo la Norma ISO 31000:2018 卫生废物管理系统符合ISO 31000:2018标准

The main objective of this research was to propose the design of a useful and applicable methodology according to the requirements of ISO 31000: 2018 for risk management focused on the health care waste management process that takes place in any institution that provides Health services. All this is based on the main theoretical approaches in this regard. A qualitative methodology was applied, bibliographic and descriptive typology, using the analytical-synthetic method. Within the analysis of results, a standard sanitary waste management process was defined with its related activities. The main risks that they could generate were identified. From there, the risks were classified and evaluated through the application of the risk matrix. This also facilitated a measure plan approach to mitigate the harmful effect of risks according to their probability and importance degree. Therefore, it is concluded that it is necessary to adopt a holistic approach to successfully manage the risks present throughout the sanitary waste management process.

Dilemas educativos del acto pedagógico en las instituciones del Distrito Educativo 17D09, de Quito – Ecuador 厄瓜多尔基多17D09教育区各机构教育法的教育困境

This work shows the results of research on the educational dilemmas faced by teachers in the pedagogical practice in the school context. A dilemma is basically a disjunctive, wherea decisional position must be taken and this leads that one or another way affecting those involved or one of them. The research was of qualitative approach, descriptive level, and field modality; hence, the data were collected through a qualitative survey applied to 107 teachers from Distrito Educativo 17D09 of Quito-Ecuador. The results show that those investigated face educational dilemmas related to decision-making in the pedagogical field concerning affective, social, curricular, and behavioral situations. Therefore, it is concluded that the investigated context is characterized by the presence of educational dilemmas that mediate the relationships among teachers, and students, as well as among these and other participants in the educational environment.

Aplicabilidad de la ISO 31000:2018 en la gestión del riesgo crediticio de los fondos complementarios previsionales cerrados del sector público ISO 31000:2018在公共部门封闭式补充养老基金信用风险管理中的适用性

This study aims to determine the applicability of the ISO 31000:2018 standard in managing the credit risk of the complementary closed pension funds of the public sector. The applied research methodology was of a descriptive quantitative type, through two stages. The first stage involved analyzing the financial statements for a management system risk diagnosis of the credit area through a survey aimed at companies, which were selected based on a probabilistic sampling by strata. A second stage established how ISO 31000 is being applied based on the results obtained in the first stage. This determined that the institutions have incorporated risk management within their management, mainly because they are under the administration of the BIESS. It is shown that factors such as evaluation, continuous improvement, and the effectiveness of the risk management system management are limiting to implementing the regulations. Concluding that of the companies surveyed, only two factors were limiting, and the remaining nine are potential factors or facilitate the implementation of ISO 31000: 2018. That is, 82% of the factors studied are enhancers of implementing the standard in companies consulted. Therefore, the applicability of the standard is feasible to carry out.
