La Metodología SCRUM en el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad en una empresa de manufactura de grifería SCRUM方法在水龙头制造公司的质量管理体系中

Quality as a process of continuous improvement in products and services accompanies humanity in practically all stages, managing to optimize resources, time, and other determining aspects related to quality. Organizations that use Scrum and demand a quality management system such as ISO 9001:2015 face considerable challenges in explaining that the processes comply with the standard and developing procedures, techniques, and tools for it. The proposed strategy benefits professionals and companies that intend to use and benefit from these solutions. The feasibility of the Scrum methodology is analyzed in the quality management system in the production of faucets in an Ecuadorian company to guarantee that the product complies with the entity's policies. Descriptive qualitative research is carried out, which details essential conceptions of the application of Scrum in quality management systems and industrial processes to produce taps. Adopting this methodology in a faucet manufacturing company positively affects the organization's performance, customer satisfaction, cost reduction, and continuous improvement to quality, applying processes to the changing environment and evolving according to customer needs.

Ciberacoso: una problemática emergente en el contexto escolar. Estudio muestral en octavos básicos 网络欺凌:学校环境中的一个新问题。基本八度的样本研究

This is a quantitative research whose purpose is to analyze the problem of cyberbullying in eighth grade students of two educational establishments in the commune of Los Angeles in the province of Biobío, one of which is located in the urban sector and the other in the rural sector, the latter, specifically, in the Santa Fe sector. In order to analyze this problem, a survey will be conducted to obtain the students' perspective and familiarization with the topic to be investigated. On the other hand, concepts, characteristics and effects of the different modalities that this new form of virtual aggression can adopt will be analyzed. In this way, the effect of this phenomenon on students will be determined, as well as the influence of social networks on the types of human relationships and the protocols proposed by the establishments to face this situation will be identified. Similarly, the percentage of cyberbullying detected in this study varies with respect to that observed nationwide, which is indicated by the statistics. Likewise, the possible existing differences between the establishments in the indicated subject, according to their idiosyncratic characteristics.

Entorno empresarial y corrupción: implicaciones para el Ecuador 商业环境与腐败:对厄瓜多尔的影响

Corruption represents an obstacle to the sustainable economic growthof nations. One of the possible impacts of corruption on the performance and performance of organizations is manifested through the impact of corruption on the business environment. Based on a quantitative study based on the statistical analysis of the data from the Corruption Perception Index and the indicators of the Doing Business report, the relationship between corruption and the business environment is evaluated. The results conclude that countries with a low-quality business environment tend to havehigher levels of corruption. The transmission channels from which corruption affects the business environment in Ecuador are evaluated. The high levels of regulation and bureaucracy in Ecuador negatively affect the business environment in the country and have a high correlation with the perceived levels of corruption in the country.Keywords:corruption, Ecuador, business, economy, environment

Perspectivas y retos de la formación doctoral en América Latina 拉丁美洲博士教育的前景和挑战

This paper describes the perspectives and challenges of doctoral education in Latin America, as it is a process of fundamental social importance, due to its potential contributions to the development of knowledge. Based on a well-founded analysis, it is revealed that doctoral education in this region is growing significantly, as Higher Education Institutions increase this academic offer, after fulfilling the requirements imposed by the regulatory and control agencies in their countries. It should be noted that there is a risk of low-quality doctoral education, which, while providing a greater number of doctoral graduates, has limited impacts on scientific production. Therefore, the promotion of suitable academic environments for doctoral education, the continuous advanced training of academic staff, the creation of doctoral programs in strategic areas, the development of quality doctoral education, the creation of scientific communities and national and international inter-university cooperation emerge as themain challenges which, if overcome with solvency, will make it possible to educate doctors capable of contributing to scientific production, promoting social development and contributing to the reduction of Latin America's dependence on knowledge producedin developed countries.

Calidad del servicio financiero de corresponsales no bancarios en la banca privada desde la Norma ISO 9001:2015 自ISO 9001:2015标准以来,私人银行非银行代理的金融服务质量

This research work was carried out to identify the evidence and the possibility of the applicability of the ISO 9001-2015 standard in the financial services offered by the new mass service channels called Non-Banking Correspondents, which are called hereafter NBC. It is a theoretical investigation that used scientific sources of consultation such as scientific articles, manuals of control entities, ISO Standard, and laws and their regulatory frameworks. The information is obtained from the observation, analysis, and documentary understanding of the material previously described. The NBCs work with the support, sponsorship, and on behalf of the Financial Entities legally recognized in Ecuador. For this reason, the discussion is generated about the overcrowding of the NBC service, generating inclusion with unbanked sectors and simultaneously demanding quality parameters in said premises. As a result, it is determined that few banks have incurred in providing services through NBC. This service is not widespread and does not have the desired coverage, there is no focus on the quality of service, and financial institutions comply with parameters required by regulatory bodies.

Aplicabilidad del sistema de gestión de calidad ISO 9001:2015 en los procesos agregadores de valor de los registros de la propiedad del Ecuador ISO 9001:2015质量管理体系在厄瓜多尔财产登记增值过程中的适用性

This paper aims to establish a new management model for property registries in Ecuador, based on the quality management system (QMS), being a tool for these institutions to improve and control their processes and to be sustained according to the ISO 9001:2015 standardization norm, so it could be applied in essential or institutional value-adding processes. Therefore, this research analyzes the pertinence of the quality management system of the aforementioned norm through theoretical research at a descriptive level which starts with a contextualized literature and comparative analysis of different sources. The registration and certification processes of the property registries were analyzed according to the standards. To determine their pertinence, a skills matrix by processes was built, determining that the ISO 9001-2015 standard is appropriate for the areas of registrations and certifications. In addition to setting the required parameters, this work will also serve as a reference for future research concerning this topic, since it analyzes the value-adding registration processes in such a way that it creates a path to improve quality management and displays a way to adapt them to the requirements of the ISO 9001 2015 standardization norm.

Formación política desde la educación básica en Chiclayo 奇克拉约基础教育的政治培训

The objective of this study was to evaluate the educational policy of citizen participation in regular basic education, aimed at the formation of a student political culture, in educational institutions in Chiclayo. It was proposed as a quantitative research, non-experimental design, descriptive cross-sectional type. Based on a sample made up of 298 fifth grade high school students in Educational Institutions of the Chiclayo District, who applied two questionnaires, one on educational policy of citizen participation, and another on political culture. Among the results, it was observed that 39% of the students presented a low level of citizen participation, from the perspective of knowledge and participatory intervention both inside and outside the institution. Likewise, 36% showed a regular level in political culture, in relation to the cognitive aspect, and high in the affective aspect. They did not know the mechanisms that exist to participate in public affairs, but despite this they showed interest in political issues. The implementation of an educational policy of citizen participation from regular basic education will contribute significantly to the formation of a student political culture in the educational institutions of Chiclayo.

It was proposed as a quantitative research, non-experimental design, descriptive cross-sectional type. Based on a sample made up of 298 fifth grade high school students in Educational Institutions of the Chiclayo District, who applied two questionnaires, one on educational policy of citizen participation, and another on political culture. Among the results, it was observed that 39% of the students presented a low level of citizen participation, from the perspective of knowledge and participatory intervention both inside and outside the institution. Likewise, 36% showed a regular level in political culture, in relation to the cognitive aspect, and high in the affective aspect. They did not know the mechanisms that exist to participate in public affairs, but despite this they showed interest in political issues. Responsabilidad social universitaria: percepción en estudiantes de Posgrado Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas Universidad Central del Ecuador 大学社会责任:厄瓜多尔中央大学行政科学学院研究生的认知

This work was developed with the purpose of measuring the perception of university social responsibility in postgraduate students of the Faculty of Administration of the Universidad Central del Ecuador, due to the fact that it is necessary to raise awareness of the way to assume this indispensable condition for the life of all public and private companies, where the university is included as the entity in charge of training quality professionals, social responsibility being a key axis of said training. The information was collected through a questionnaire on 11 central dimensions of university social responsibility, each dimension was assessed through 6 basic questions. The results obtained show levels with high scores in the dimensions of: a) interdependence-interdiscipline, b) sociability-solidarity; while the lowest score is credited to the dimension of c) environment-sustainable development. The results obtained around the dimensions where the highest scores were obtained were interdependence and interdiscipline; as well as the sociability and solidarity typical of a stimulus to be supportive among students, and the lowest score received the dimension of environment and sustainable development.

The objective of this study is to describe the level of accessibility of university students to the virtual learning environments implemented by La Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí, El Carmen extension, in the 2020-2021 academic period due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This work has a qualitative approach, descriptive level and field modality. Therefore, for data collection, a nominal scale survey was applied to 105 students, they were organized in statistical tables; obtaining the following results: students did not have adequate internet due to the limited coverage available, they depended on prepaid mobile data and data plans, which ran out very quickly due to the demands of the platforms, in addition, they did not have sufficient technological resources to enter to classes, since some accessed through cell phones, laptops and tablets; I did not have a desktop computer with an internet connection. Hence, it is concluded that the university students investigated did not have access facilities to virtual learning environments, that is, the University investigated did not guarantee the availability of technological resources so that its students had access, permanence and completion of their studies. In a virtual face-to-face manner with quality and excellence, as stipulated in the LOES in article 4 y 5, in agreement Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador in Section Eight, specifically in article 26, 28 in 57. This situation violated the right to education with equal opportunities.

La norma ISO 21001:2018 en el sistema de gestión de calidad de las instituciones educativas particulares 私立教育机构质量管理体系ISO 21001:2018标准

In Ecuador, quality is a value-adding component in education, the same one which is legally constituted in the corpus of current educational regulations. To this end, the state has promulgated a set of policies that guide, instruct, and control the achievement of quality goals in the different educational services. This research work aims to identify the scope and benefits of the ISO 21001: 2018 standard in the Quality Management System of private educational institutions in Ecuador. The methodological route is designed from a qualitative, non-experimental level, complemented by analyzing authors' proposals and specialized documents recognized by the scientific community. In the theoretical order, this research work contributes significantly to developing other investigations and as a source for further academic works related to quality management and standardization in educational systems. The results show that the Ecuadorian educational system has specific standards for educational management, professional performance, learning, and infrastructure, like those within the ISO 21001: 2018 standard. However, from the dynamism of continuous improvement, these standards are not fully articulated as a management system, leaving the possibility of adopting and implementing the ISO 21001:2018 technical standard as the quality management model for private law educational institutions.
