The present work proposes to evaluate the Socio formation as a strategy of university curricular planning of a formative project. The research methodology used is of a qualitative approach with an action-research scope, built from practice, in such a way that students have a training according to their future work context. The sample is made up of 69 students from the Indoamérica Technological University, Basic Education career of the formative project of the formative project of Aesthetic Appreciation, Body Expression and Movement, distance modality. The results were favorable, indicating that the activities carried out provided knowledge, were pertinent and sufficient for professional application, however, the students made suggestions for improvement such as extending the delivery deadlines of activities, greater use of technology plus synchronous classes, improving the products of each activity so that they are more attached to the educational reality among others. It is concluded that each of the steps carried out in the planning, organize the teaching work providing sequentiality in the teaching-learning processes but that aspects such as transdisciplinarity and communication with the student in the distance modality still have to be strengthened. Currently there is no balance between social, economic and environmental progress due to the individualistic thinking of the new generations, therefore, it is essential to draw a route to potentiate social progress that seeks the balance for sustainable social development that finds well-being for all. The goals should focus on the active involvement of people, companies, and the different actors that surround us as higher education institutions. This will allow facing great challenges and efficiently preparing future professionals who are preparing in universities in order to achieve true sustainable social development in a transversal way throughout university management. Currently, performance evaluation is part of the integrated human talent management system and constitutes a strategic tool to determine if the work performance of a collaborator in a specific position contributes to the achievement of organizational objectives. This research was carried out in the Basic Business Unit (UEB) Ronera Santiago de Cuba. Corporación Cubaron S.A and its objective is to propose a procedure to evaluate performance based on labor competencies in a selected job belonging to a key process area of the entity. The method of Dialectical and Historical Materialism was used with the materialist conception of history that includes the following methods: historical-logical, analysis and synthesis, as well as the Delphi method, the holistic approach, the application of the GRAFCET methodology and empirical methods (observation , experimentation and measurement) in the application of the techniques used in the development of the investigation, to elaborate the profile of position by competences and evaluate the performance using an action plan that allows its continuous improvement. As significant results, the job competencies position profile was developed and based on this, performance was evaluated, which allowed proposing a program of actions to improve the performance of the workforce in the selected position. Discourses are viable mechanisms for the study of different positions in relation to certain objects and phenomena. As a form of social practice, discourses refer to agents, institutions and practices that are structured in certain contexts. This preliminary exploratory study analyzes the diverse discursive positions of young people in the face of the emerging social situation in the context of COVID-19. It was carried out from the perspective of the sociological analysis of discourse, in the perspective of socio-hermeneutical analysis. The object of study consisted of the provoked speeches of 13 young bayameses residing in an interval between the Urban Historic Center (calle 3 de Camilo Cienfuegos) and the northern periphery (calle 24 de Ciro Redondo), using the semi-structured interview technique. The results show some discursive positions regarding the perception of risk of contracting the pandemic, the main changes associated with hygiene standards, local initiatives, the protection of vulnerable groups, and the management evaluation of the information they receive. The object of study at work is the state of the right to health of the Ecuadorian and Venezuelan population affected by the COVID 19 disease. The objective is to carry out a review process of the legal treatment given in Ecuador and Venezuela, being the different legal framework in the business application since in Ecuador specific management is contemplated through the area of occupational safety and health at work. Within the analysis of comparative law, a method applied in this study in which hermeneutical interpretation of legal texts is made, it is evident that the Constitutions of both countries are similar insofar as they correspond to the type of Constitutions that guarantee human rights, particularly those of social character, while the management models and the use of the information and communication media are radicall. The research is based on the theory of social learning and cognition proposed by Albert Bandura, the main objective is find the relationship between sexual intelligence and self-esteem in adults. The methodology used was of a quantitative approach, of a non-experimental type, with a cross-sectional design and an associative correlational scope; For this, a non-probabilistic convenience sample of 384 adults in the city of Quito, Ecuador was used. For data collection, a sociodemographic survey designed by the researchers was used, the Sheree Conrad and Michael Milburn Sexual Intelligence Test and the Rosemberg Self-Esteem Scale for adults. To test the hypothesis, the Chi-Square test was used; whose p-value = .000, which is why the null hypothesis (𝐻𝑜) was rejected, and it is affirmed that there is a relationship between sexual intelligence and self-esteem. To complement this information, Cramer's V correlation coefficient was used, the result of which is V = .263, which means that the relationship between the variables is weak. Therefore, it is concluded that despite having a moderately low sexual intelligence, self-esteem is good, besides, that self-esteem is mostly good for people with age ranges over 40 years regarding age groups older. young boys. The COVID-19 pandemic has created new coordinates of action and social research, therefore, today there is a wide interest among social scientists to analyze some aspects of the crisis that at the social level caused it, therefore, we propose to argue from a cultural perspective the vulnerability and resilience of family caregivers in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic in the Municipality of Guisa, Granma Province, Republic of Cuba. Family caregivers are considered a vulnerable group, while sociocultural situations associated with care persist, given the perception they present of feeling disconcerted, overloaded, trapped and excluded. However, they are able to successfully adapt to the stressful situation, as well as resist and overcome the situation to assist a dependent family member. This strength is related to culture and subjective values, which really determine their adaptation to risky circumstances and situations and allows them to face such situations with greater resilience and positivity. This work reflects on the desertion of university students, an evident problem in all universities in the world, since it is associated with a series of variables that influence the university student's decision. From a socioformative perspective in which the improvement of the quality of life in harmony with the environment and the context intervenes, the objective is to reduce dropout through the progressive reduction of the rates of academic lag, increasing the graduation rates and terminal efficiency in based on better didactic strategies and tutoring processes that allow entering and contributing to the knowledge society. Compares the different definitions around dropout and socioformation and establishes a new conception of permanence or retention within the framework of the knowledge society and determine actions to improve these rates, since the students come from different contexts by both the factors that drive dropouts may be associated with unequal knowledge, academic formal skills, little interest in training projects, problems in the academic trajectory, psychological and personal problems and financial concerns. To reduce dropout rates and academic lag and increase permanence from socioformation, it is necessary to implement socio-educational strategies that address accompaniment, follow-up, guidance and tutoring processes. From a socioformative perspective in which the improvement of the quality of life in harmony with the environment and the context intervenes, the objective is to reduce dropout through the progressive reduction of the rates of academic lag, increasing the graduation rates and terminal efficiency in based on better didactic strategies and tutoring processes that allow entering and contributing to the knowledge society. Compares the different definitions around dropout and socioformation and establishes a new conception of permanence or retention within the framework of the knowledge society and determine actions to improve these rates, since the students come from different contexts by both the factors that drive dropouts may be associated with unequal knowledge, academic formal skills, little interest in training projects, problems in the academic trajectory, psychological and personal problems and financial concerns. To reduce dropout rates and academic lag and increase permanence from socioformation, it is necessary to implement socio-educational strategies that address accompaniment, follow-up, guidance and tutoring processes. The objective of the study was to establish compliance with the simulation clinic standardization phases by nursing students in the third semester of the nursing degree program at the Central University of Ecuador in Quito-Ecuador, during the period March - August of 2019. The type of study was descriptive cross-sectional; With a population of 95 students, the information was collected through the application of a survey where it was evident that the most accomplished phases in simulation clinic with more than 70% were: relating theory to practice, the compliance phase teacher planning for students, as well as the development of critical and reflective thinking in conjunction with the use of simulation guides according to the scenarios, were carried out in an appropriate way. Regarding standards: performance in a simulated environment as in real life, debriefing, time, and sufficient materials for practice are only met by 52%. The clinical simulation allows students to develop critical thinking that allows them adequate clinical judgment for decision-making, it was concluded that the time to carry out these practices is inadequate for the development of the simulation and this factor does not allow to fulfill all the phases required for proper practice in simulation clinic.
