The paper introduce, explains and presents the results obtained with the children prediction tool available through the specialized social network www.emama.mk. The inspiration behind the development of this system is to extend knowledge about the children diseases and their symptoms in a very simple and understandable way. The whole research presents summary of half decade successful work in which is presented the whole system that was designed, with the purpose to help first time mothers that live mostly in rural areas to get first initial help about the illness of their children. The results obtained with the proposed prediction method were compared with three online available prediction tools and pediatrician. We get that our results are more close to the pediatrician's due to the fact that all the data available in the ontology are very carefully selected and consulted with a medical specialist for children disease.

The works presented by the authors at MECO-2013 - MECO-2015 conferences as well as the other works considered the components of image superimposition techniques in computer vision systems with different degree of detail. In this paper for the first time a complete description of the automatic image superimposition technique is provided. This technique is suitable for the images both of a similar and of a various nature. The results of the implementation of the proposed technique for an image sequence from the aircraft on-board camera are represented. Also for the first time the practical utilization of the complex contour analysis theory to solve the problem of establishing one-to-one correspondence between object sets in the pair of real images for aviation computer vision systems is accomplished.

It is shown that the problem of evaluation of states both object and controller arises at digital control. In multi-circuit embedded systems time intervals of residence of system in any state depends on both time complexity of control algorithm and dispatching discipline. Two simplest disciplines, of most common use are investigated: the cyclic dispatching and foreground (quasi-stochastic) one. With use the semi-Markov process as fundamental theory, models of functioning of control programs under investigated dispatching disciplines are worked out. Mathematical relationships for time of return to any state of semi-Markov process and time between switches are obtained. The parameters obtained are essential for working out of efficient regimes of data processing in embedded systems.

In this paper we present the first case study on collaboration network of researchers at the University of Montenegro - UoM. We identify the largest clusters or groups of scientists that are interested in the same topic, using Girvan-Newman algorithm. The results show that these clusters constantly grow over the period 2005-2015 and at the moment they occupy more than 50% authors from the UoM. It indicates that there exists increasingly collaboration between authors from the UoM network. But, according to classification of real networks the UoM network is in “sub-critical” regime, and still far away from “connected” regime. The study is limited to the authors from the UoM and we do not consider any collaboration outside of the UoM. Also, we consider only papers published in the SCI, SCIE, SSCI, A&HCI and SCOPUS categories, because they are recognized as the most important for professional career of professors at the UoM.

This paper presents a systematic design of the of the integer-to-integer invertible quaternionic multiplier based on the block-lifting structure and pipelined embedded processor of the given multiplier using distributed arithmetic (DA) as a block of M-band linear phase paraunitary filter banks (LP PUFB) based on the quaternionic algebra (Q-PUFB) for the lossy-to-lossless image coding. A bank Q-PUFB based on the DA block-lifting structure reduces the number of rounding operations and has a regular layout. Since the block-lifting structures with rounding operations can implement the integer-to-integer transform (Q-PUFB).

The procedure for image watermarking using only available image samples, is presented in the paper. Namely, watermark is embedded into a certain number of available image samples, where the samples positions are precisely determined in advance. Therefore, samples positions serve as a watermarking key. Block based Compessive Sensing reconstruction is performed in the paper, by using gradient algorithm. Procedure is tested on several natural images. Satisfactory watermark detection, as well as good reconstructed image quality, is obtained.

A practical monitoring approach in marinas is considered to be appropriate for promotion of the Marina Sustainable Development Concept (MSDC) with regards to monitoring of water quality. This approach provides some concept and strategies for the better planning and management of MSDC.

In the new era of cyber-physical systems, software must adapt itself to ever-changing environmental conditions and situations. This is currently not reflected in the design of embedded operating systems, since they are primarily optimized for fixed usage scenarios with tight resource constraints. We discuss the idea of interpreted operating system kernels, which can form a new foundation for highly reconfigurable embedded systems. The paper elaborates reasonable use cases, shows comparable approaches from the past and sketches an implementation strategy that is based on a bare-metal Python interpreter.

Use of island genetic algorithm for obtaining the rational (quasioptimum) solution of problems of ensuring stability of functioning of the distributed information systems is offered. An experimental inspection of efficiency of application of island genetic algorithm for the solution of problems of ensuring stability of functioning of the distributed information systems is carried out. The table of parameters of island genetic algorithm at the solution of problems of ensuring stability of functioning of the distributed information systems of various dimension is received experimentally, the providing greatest possible chances of obtaining the optimal solution of tasks.
