Tujuan Penciptaan Manusia: Perspektif Ilmu Kalam, Tasawuf, Filsafat, dan Implikasinya dalam Pendidikan Islam 人类创造的目的:卡拉姆科学、苏菲主义、哲学的视角及其对伊斯兰教育的影响

Artikel ini membahas tujuan penciptaan manusia dari tiga perspektif utama dalam tradisi keilmuan Islam: tasawuf, ilmu kalam, dan filsafat, serta implikasinya dalam pendidikan Islam. Perspektif tasawuf menekankan perjalanan spiritual untuk mendekatkan diri kepada Allah dan mencapai maqam insan kamil, dengan penekanan pada praktik spiritual dan pengembangan batin. Ilmu kalam memandang tujuan penciptaan manusia sebagai ibadah kepada Allah yang mencakup seluruh aspek kehidupan, dengan penekanan pada penghambaan total dan penyerahan diri. Filsafat Islam melihat tujuan penciptaan manusia sebagai upaya mencapai kesempurnaan intelektual dan moral melalui akal dan pengetahuan. Implikasi dari pemahaman ini dalam pendidikan Islam mencakup pengajaran yang mendalam tentang akidah, syariat, pengembangan karakter, dan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Manajemen Perencanaan Dan Pelaksanaan Pendidikan Islam Di MTSN 5 Labuhanbatu 拉布汉巴图 MTSN 5 的伊斯兰教育规划与实施管理

This study aims to describe the management of planning and implementation of Islamic education at MTsN 5 Labuhanbatu. As an Islamic educational institution, MTsN 5 Labuhanbatu carries out the educational process based on the applicable national education regulations and standards, such as Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, Government Regulation Number 19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards, and Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 24 of 2016 concerning Content Standards for Primary and Secondary Education. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, where the researcher conducts observations, data collection, information analysis, and in-depth reporting of results. The research results show that the planning management at MTsN 5 Labuhanbatu includes the development of curriculum, teaching materials, and the determination of learning strategies oriented towards the achievement of student competencies. Meanwhile, the implementation of Islamic education at MTsN 5 Labuhanbatu is carried out through the integration of Islamic values in the learning process, the habituation of noble character, and the strengthening of students' religious character. This research provides a comprehensive overview of the practice of planning and implementation management of Islamic education at MTsN 5 Labuhanbatu, which can be a reference for other Islamic education managers.

The aim of this research is to explain and determine the influence of the Learning Process variables, Understanding the Use of ICT and Learning Satisfaction on Learning Improvement both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of partial hypothesis testing calculations obtained a value of tcount > ttable or 5.618 > 1.978 and the significance obtained was 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that partially the Learning Process had a positive and significant effect on Learning Improvement. The results of partial hypothesis testing calculations obtained a value of tcount > ttable or 4.539 > 1.978 and the significance obtained was 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that partially understanding the use of ICT had a positive and significant effect on improving learning. The results of partial hypothesis testing calculations obtained a value of tcount > ttable or 2.5658 > 1.978 and the significance obtained was 0.011 < 0.05, meaning that partially Learning Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on Learning Improvement.

Physical education is an integral part of the overall education system. This educational process utilizes physical activity to produce holistic changes in individual qualities both physically, mentally and emotionally. The motive for this research was to determine the implementation of physical education, sports and health learning activities at SD Negeri 060874 Medan City. This type of research is qualitative. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research are 1) The indicator for learning objectives is categorized as "sufficient" with a percentage achievement of 60.0%. 2) The indicator for learning materials is categorized as "sufficient" with a percentage achievement of 60.0%. 3) The indicator for teaching methods is categorized as "sufficient" with a percentage achievement of 58.6%. 4) The indicator for learning media or tools is categorized as "good" with a percentage achievement of 60.5%. 5) The indicator for learning evaluation is categorized as "sufficient" with a percentage achievement of 55.8%.

This study aims to examine the influence of the relationship between teacher competence in using learning technology and student learning motivation. The study utilized a sample of 30 respondents, collecting data through a questionnaire to measure scores of teacher competence (X) and student learning motivation (Y). Correlation analysis yielded a correlation coefficient (r_xy) of 0.880, indicating a significant positive relationship between the two variables. The findings emphasize the importance of investing in training and developing teachers' abilities to effectively utilize technology as a supportive tool in the learning process. The practical implications of this research underscore the need for ongoing support from schools and governments to facilitate better and adequate integration of technology into the educational curriculum, with the aim of enhancing overall student learning motivation and supporting improved learning outcomes.

Physical education and sports (PES) play a crucial role in the holistic development of individuals, particularly in physical, mental, and social health. Primary schools (SD) serve as an ideal setting for instilling healthy and active lifestyles through effective sports education. At SD IT Haudhin Ilma Kota Langkat, serious attention is given to this aspect. Therefore, an evaluation of the sports education methods employed in the school is essential to ensure the achievement of desired physical education goals. This study employs a qualitative method with an observational analysis approach to assess the sports education process at SD IT Haudhin Ilma Kota Langkat. The research aims to provide a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of sports education methods applied at SD IT Haudhin Ilma Kota Langkat. Consequently, it is anticipated that this study will contribute positively to the development and enhancement of sports education processes at the primary school level.

Primary schools (SD) serve as an ideal setting for instilling healthy and active lifestyles through effective sports education. At SD IT Haudhin Ilma Kota Langkat, serious attention is given to this aspect. Therefore, an evaluation of the sports education methods employed in the school is essential to ensure the achievement of desired physical education goals. This study employs a qualitative method with an observational analysis approach to assess the sports education process at SD IT Haudhin Ilma Kota Langkat. The research aims to provide a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of sports education methods applied at SD IT Haudhin Ilma Kota Langkat. Analisis Media Pembelajaran Pengenalan Huruf dan Angka pada Tingkat Sekolah Dasar Menggunakan Adobe Flash Professional CS6 使用 Adobe Flash Professional CS6 对小学字母和数字认读进行学习媒体分析

Learning at the primary school level is an important stage for instilling strong basic concepts for students, especially in the introduction of letters and numbers. The use of appropriate learning media can improve student understanding. Adobe Flash Professional CS6 is one of the applications that can be used as interactive learning media for letter and number recognition. This study aims to analyze the use of Adobe Flash Professional CS6 in the introduction of letters and numbers in elementary schools. The method used is qualitative with a phenomenological study design, involving interviews, observation, and documentation. The research was conducted at a public elementary school in Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra, with informants being the principal, school operator, and several classroom teachers. The results show that Flash-based learning media can visualize abstract concepts to be more concrete and interesting through animation and interactive features, thus helping students understand the material better and increasing their learning motivation. However, the use of digital-based learning media requires parental assistance to supervise children's use of technology. Training and capacity building of teachers in using information technology is also very important.

Keterampilan Kepemimpinan Lembaga Pendidikan Dasar 基础教育机构的领导技能

Kepemimpian seseorang di suatu sekolah merupakan pondasi dasar untuk mengharmoniskan sumber daya yang dimiliki baik bersumber dalam sekolah maupun di luar sekolah, kepala sekolah dituntu memiliki keterampilan kepemimpinan.  Kemajemukan sumber daya  dan  karakter yang bersumber dari dalam sekolah dan luar sekolah merupakan keunikan tersendiri sehingga kepala sekolah dituntut untuk mampu mengenali dan menyahuti kebutuhan pemerintah, yayasan, staf pendidik, peserta didik, wali murid dan lingkungan. Kepala sekolah memiliki peran sebagai pemimpin organisasi, menentukan arah tujuan organisasi sehingga pemimpin dituntut melakukan penerapan manajemen dan menguasai ilmu lainnya. Pembekalan  kemajemukan disiplin ilmu dan mengikuti pelatihan kepemimpinan melahirkan keterampilan kepemimpinan (Ability Leadearship). Dengan keterampilan kepemimpinan tersebut menimbulkan ketajaman menganalisa  persoalan, kecakapan berfikir dan dapat mengambil solusi atau keputasan.
一个人在学校的领导力是协调校内外资源的基础,因此要求校长具备领导能力。 来自校内外的多种资源和人物本身就具有独特性,因此要求校长能够认识到政府、基金会、教职员工、学生、监护人和环境的需求,并做出回应。校长的角色是组织的领导者,决定组织目标的方向,因此要求领导者应用管理学并掌握其他科学。学科多元化和领导力培训催生了领导技能(领导能力)。这些领导技能产生了分析问题的敏锐性和思考能力,并能够采取解决方案或做出决定。

Teacher Competence Surah An Nahl Verse 90 教师能力 《古兰经》第 90 节

The background for writing this journal is because of the importance of the competencies that a teacher must have. The competence of a teacher greatly determines the quality of students. It is hoped that later this will be able to increase the insight of writers and readers about teacher competence, and of course also be able to apply the verses of the Koran in everyday life. This research is qualitative research with data obtained through literary sources (library research), namely literature review through library research. The primary data source for this research is Tafsir books, then other related sources. The results of this research show that in Q.S. an-Nahl [16]: 90 Social Competence and professional competence. Social competence takes the form of: Acting fairly towards multicultural students, being kind towards students, helping to lighten the burden on students, prohibiting students from doing things that are not good, and educating students to achieve mental cleanliness. Professional Competency consists of being a human learner.
