In this study the diffuser has different functions. You may already know the function of this diffuser. Diffuser Has a function to clean the air from viruses, dust, and pollution. Usually, the diffuser is mixed with essential oil to give a nice scent around the room. The purpose of this study was to examine the physics concept of the diffuser by knowing the ratio of the relationship between water volume and time, and the relationship between time and temperature in mode 1 and mode 2. the purpose of this research can be implemented. There are several stages in conducting research regarding the comparison of the relationship between volume of water and time, and the relationship of time with temperature in mode 1 and mode 2. Based on the graph above, the relationship between volume and evaporation run out using 1 minute mode, when 15 ml of evaporation run out for 35 minutes, when 25 ml evaporates for 90 minutes, when 35 ml evaporates for 120 minutes and when 45 ml of water evaporates for 240 minutes. When viewed from the correlation value R^2 = 0.9072, this shows that there is a relationship of 90.0% (accurate correlation). Furthermore, the relationship of water volume to time is obtained, when 5 ml of water evaporates for 10 minutes, when 15 ml evaporates for 25 minutes, when 25 ml evaporates for 70 minutes, when 35 ml evaporates for 35 minutes 90 minutes and when 45 ml of water evaporates for 120 minutes. This research was motivated by the learning conditions of Indonesian, especially in class VI of SD Negeri 24 Pallimae with the subject matter of fairy tale listening skills. So the evaluation value is low. This is because teachers only use practice methods and do not use media in learning. The method used in this study is Class Action Research. Research is carried out in two cycles, one cycle consists of learning planning, learning implementation process, observation and reflection activities. The researcher took the research subject of grade VI students of SD Negeri 24 Pallimae, Poleang District, Bombana Regency with a total of 20 students. The results showed that in the implementation of the end of cycle 1, out of 20 class VI students, an average score of 34.6 from a total score of 60 or reaching 57.7% was obtained, then at the end of the 2nd cycle, from 20 class VI students, an average score of 44.1 was obtained from a total score of 60 or reached 73.5%. This research has proven that the use of audio-visual media can increase students' understanding of the content of fairy tales in Indonesian lessons in class VI of SD Negeri 24 Pallimae, Poleang District, Bombana Regency, Academic Year 2021/2022.

Today, the world is full with issues of discrimination and racism against blacks. Many Indonesia citizen supported and filled out petitions entitled “Blacklivesmatter” to help those issues that were taking place in America. However, unwittingly in Indonesia itself there is still much discrimination and racism against the Papuans. Papuans themselves have long experienced discrimination and racism behaviors in Indonesia, ranging from race, skin color, culture, ethnicity, to way of thinking or lifestyle. Whereas in Indonesia itself there are already regulations that overwhelm the discrimination and racism contained in the Number 40 Act of 2008 on the abolition of Race and Ethnic discrimination. Therefore, it needs to take reviews and analysis of how the legal role and role of Indonesian citizens themselves are in flattening the rights of Papuans in coexisting and equal.

Community service activities organized by LPPM Esa Unggul University are carried out using webinars. This activity is a means of sharing knowledge for students of the Faculty of Computer Science regarding final assignments. The Final Assignment is a routine activity at the end of the semester carried out by students and their supervisors at the beginning of the preparation stage. Support for the final project concept can provide opportunities for students with their supervisors to hold discussions to find solutions to the problems of the research topics to be taken. In this abdimas scientific forum webinar, it was held to build concepts and technical applications in writing the final project for students of the Faculty of Computer Science. The result of this community service is to provide an overview of computer science faculty students in building concepts both in terms of application, methodology and writing procedures that are useful for preparing the final project. The Webinar presented several techniques and practices in making applications including: Introduction to Mobile Application Concepts and Methods, Data Management with Machine Learning, Compilation of Engineering Requirements and Creating Websites using the Code Igniter (CI) Framework. From the webinar material, it can help students explore topics and final project research concepts that will be carried out by students during the preparation of the Final Project.

This study uses secondary data obtained from Islamic banks’s annual report from the period 2016 to 2020. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The analysis technical in this study used panel data regression analysis method using eviews program. Based on the result of the T test, it shows that frequency of sharia supervisory board meeting has a significant effect on islamic social reporting disclosure. Meanwhile, the size of sharia supervisory board, the sharia supervisory board expertise, capital adequacy ratio, and financing to deposit ratio have no significant effect on islamic social repoting disclosure.

This study provides a psycholinguistic description of the early infancy process of learning English. The goal of this investigation is to define and clarify how the English learning system functions for kids between the ages of 9 and 10. This study used a descriptive qualitative methodology, and the information came from the sample's feedback after being provided basic language as well as direct interviews with them. The following are the findings of this study: When learning English in early childhood, the child's age can have an impact on how quickly language is absorbed because young children's brains are still developing and are better at remembering small details. Kids are better at remembering new terminology.

This study aims to determine the Role of Village Heads in Overcoming Floods in Monas Village, Monano District, North Gorontalo Regency. This research consists of three focuses, namely Coordinator, Motivator and supervision. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study concluded that the coordinator carried out with the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), BPD, and the head of the hamlet about flood management in Monas Village was not optimal, so that in the event of a flood, BPBD was considered slow in preparing emergency response places or posts, setting up public kitchens, providing basic needs for the community. The village government also lacks monitoring of the condition of the area and environment in Monas village. Lack of dredging and installation of fugitives in flood-affected areas. The motivator carried out by the Village Head in flood management in Monas Village has not been optimal. This can be seen from the lack of participation between the village government and the community in tackling floods, supervision in tackling floods in Monas Village has not been optimal. This can be seen from the attitude or habit of the community who always throw garbage in the river area, the participation of people in flood-affected areas is still very low, the village government rarely checks environmental conditions such as river conditions, waterways and others so that the community also lacks the encouragement to maintain or maintain the cleanliness of the environment.
