: We will discuss about inverse of fuzzy matrix whose elements are fuzzy trapezoidal numbers. The discussion was prioritized from determining the new concept of positive and negative fuzzy numbers, namely by using the concept of broad positive areas. Based on the concept, there will be an alternative for multiplication concept will be discussed inverse fuzzy number matrix so that used directly to solve linear equation system of fully fuzzy trapezoidal.

: As part of mathematics, the use of graphic theory at the present time in various other scientific fields such as chemistry, physics, engineering and social science, is very widespread. This paper is trying to reveal some of the uses of graph theory in several fields of science. It is realized that at this time, graph theory has become one of the topics that attract attention because the models contained in graph theory can be applied to problems such as transportation, electrical circuit networks, computer science, and many other fields. Briefly stated that the graph is a representation of a picture of a system that uses two basic elements, namely points and edges. A point represents a circle and an edge is represented by a line connecting two points. This paper highlights various views on the application of graphs in the fields of chemistry and physics, research operations and some general descriptions are presented.

: Phenolic compounds have been extracted and isolated to its purity from the leaves extract of Clidemia hirta D.Don. Extraction procedure included maceration, fractionation, and chromatographic separation of numerous compounds. Elucidation of purified compound was performed using spectroscopy technique included UV-Vis, and H-NMR. The results showed that the phenolic compound was categorized as phenolic acid. Antioxidant activity (IC 50 ) of purified phenolic acid based on DPPH assay was 49.9 µg/mL.

: Mosquitoes are small insects that act as vectors of disease in humans. Vector infectious diseases due to mosquitoes are dengue fever, chikungunya, yellow fever, encephalitis, filariasis, and malaria. This research was conducted to determine the distribution of mosquito breeding sites in residential homes in Tanjung Sari Village, Medan Selayang District. A total of 100 residents' homes were visited and inspected for breeding places for mosquito larvae inside and outside the house from October 2017 to November 2017. Mosquito larvae encountered were examined using the single larva method and identified. The results of this study found 40 houses there are mosquito breeding places. Mosquito breeding sites are found, namely: water dispenser reservoirs, buckets, puddles, bathtubs, barrels, flower vases, water reservoirs, drums, and used cans. The most mosquito breeding sites are in the reservoir of water dispenser by 19%, followed by buckets and puddles of 5% each, bathtub 4%, barrels and flower vases respectively 2%, water reservoirs 2%, and used cans respectively 1%. The most frequently encountered species are Aedes aegypti 33 breeding sites, followed by Culex sp 5 breeding sites, only in standing water outside the house and 2 Aedes albopictus breeding sites, in the flower vase outside the house. Mosquito breeding sites are found distributed inside and out side the house.
