State and Legal Regulation of the Flow of Media Information about Coronavirus Infection COVID-19 冠状病毒感染COVID-19媒体信息流动的国家和法律监管

The article examines the quality of informing the population by the mass media about the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) based on the publications of online and print publications of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The purpose is to determine their role in forming ideas about the ongoing processes in the region's healthcare sector. The study conducted by the authors is an attempt to identify the problem of providing high-quality information about the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and medicine in the media of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The analysis of empirical and metric materials that form the basis of the study shows that over time the problem of disinformation does not disappear; on the contrary, new aspects of it appear, which Republican journalists overcome with difficulty. In this regard, decisive measures are needed on the part of the government, the adoption of new legal norms regarding broadcast information. In the fight against disinformation and avoiding disseminating information from unreliable sources, editorial offices need to cooperate closely with reputable medical organisations and specialists. The study results allow us to conclude that the media of the Republic of Bashkortostan of the Russian Federation have not yet developed a fullfledged algorithm of interaction not only with the audience but also with the authorities in matters of covering this agenda. They face the difficult task to deliver only reliable and verified information to their consumers.

Meaningful characteristics of students life strategies 学生生活策略的意义特征

The dynamics of changes in recent decades have led to the transformation of society's value system, the breaking of social stereotypes, and, consequently, the complication of the socialisation processes of young people and building their life strategy. The purpose of the study is to describe the meaningful characteristics of students life strategies, depending on the study profile. Life strategies are considered as a central element in the ability of a person to build his own life, develop and improve. Based on the study of value and life-meaning orientations (150 students of five universities of different training profiles), the current level of formation and type of life strategy was determined; the content characteristics of life strategies were studied using content analysis of future autobiographies and questionnaires. According to the results of an empirical study, it is concluded that students who have associated their choice with professions such as "man-technique" and "man-nature" are dominated by a receptive life strategy; the selection of students in specialities such as "man-artistic image" is focused on the strategy of life creation; the strategy of lifebuilding is characteristic of students studying professions such as "man-man". The discovered patterns allow us to approach the training of young specialists in more detail, in particular, based on adjusting or developing the principles of training and creating conditions for the adequate opportunity in building an individual life strategy.

Improving the Economic Literacy of Entrepreneurs with Technical Competencies 提高具有技术能力的企业家的经济素养

Technological entrepreneurship is one of the most critical research areas in the modern economy due to the significant contribution of rapidly growing companies to the economic growth of the country and regions of the world. Identifying factors affecting the success and effectiveness of startups will allow regulating tools to support and stimulate entrepreneurship in high technologies and innovations. The article considers the historical aspect of citizens' transition with engineering competencies into entrepreneurial activity, their adaptation to market processes. In the study, there is a hypothesis about the importance of economic and managerial education for technological entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs with technical competencies. Attention is drawn to the need for engineers to master economic competencies to improve their work efficiency in entrepreneurship. It is proposed to pay great attention to the full-fledged retraining of engineers to acquire economic competencies in the created courses. Specific measures to solve it are recommended. The necessity of improving the quality of products and services provided by enterprises is substantiated. The importance of conducting an effective pricing policy by an enterprise is considered.

Methodological and Subject Competencies of Social Studies Teachers Manifested in the Conditions of Education Digital Transformation 教育数字化转型条件下社会学科教师的方法能力与学科能力

The article presents the results of a study to identify the formation of methodological and subject competencies of social studies teachers in the context of digital transformation of education, which was attended by 634 teachers working in specialised classes from 7 regions of the Russian Federation. The data obtained reflect the difficulties of teachers teaching social studies related to both deficits in terms of methodological competencies and the complex, integrative content of the subject "Social Studies", requiring the teacher to be competent in various fields of knowledge. A comparison with the research results of domestic and foreign scientists was carried out. Recommendations are given to solve the identified problem: the systematic nature of identifying professional deficits of teachers in terms of the formation of methodological and subject competencies, the analysis of the most challenging topics for building individual educational routes of teachers, the further development of the mentoring system, targeted work with young

Analysis of the Possibilities of Protecting Human Capital in the Context of the Covid-19 Epidemic Covid-19疫情背景下保护人力资本的可能性分析

The work is devoted to the urgent problem of protecting human capital (HC) in the context of an epidemic threat. The study aims to analyse the possibilities of activating the use of vaccination to protect the HC of Russia in the conditions of the Covid-19 epidemic. The subject of the study is a system of factors affecting people's motivation to activate selfdefence in an epidemic threat. An online survey of 600 respondents aged 35-44 and over 55 years is used as the primary research method. Most of them (73-81%) acquired immunity to Covid-19, including 30-34% were ill, and the rest were vaccinated. This means that it is essential to ensure sufficient immunity of inclusive groups of the population at this stage of the epidemic, particularly those who require revaccination and for whom vaccines have not been developed before. Only 1.1% fell ill with Covid-19 after vaccination and were hospitalised among the respondents. A set of factors that need to be taken into account to build effective communication with the population has been identified, in particular, the main doubts of the population regarding vaccination, sources of information that are most trusted by people, as well as those that raise doubts about the need for vaccination. It is shown that the losses of the HC of Russia from Covid-19 lead to a loss of GDP of more than 15 billion euros over the life cycle of lost workers. Insurance companies have developed relatively inexpensive (€12-24) insurance programs in case of complications after vaccination. The majority of respondents (60%) showed interest in such programs. State support could increase their attractiveness to the population and significantly contribute to the activation of vaccination. The study results can be used to develop programs for saving HC and countering epidemics, in particular, through vaccination.

Digital Transformation of Education: Comparative Analysis of Students and Their Parents’ Survey Results 教育数字化转型:学生与家长调查结果的对比分析

The article presents the study results to identify problems arising in parental support of children's educational activities in the context of digital transformation of education, attended by 7336 students of urban educational organisations and 7626 parents from 7 regions of the Russian Federation. The data obtained highlight issues related to the attitude of schoolchildren and parents to various types of education, to the impact of digital technologies on the quality of education, assessment of the ability of parents, if necessary, to assist children in completing school assignments related to the use of digital technologies, self-assessment by survey participants of the level of digital technology proficiency, identified by survey participants of the positive and negative aspects of the use of digital technologies in the education of schoolchildren. Their comparison with the research results of domestic and foreign scientists was carried out. Recommendations for solving the identified problems are given.

The article reveals the psychological aspects of the development of students' subjectivity as a condition for successful professional self-determination in studying at a university. The content of the concept of the subjectivity of a student's personality as a quality that allows to effectively and consciously form a professional Self is substantiated. The criteria for determining the level of the subjectivity of a student are determined. These included: motivational, intellectual, emotional and volitional qualities of the student's personality, which determine his ability to change himself and the surrounding reality. The Impact of Human Resource Management Practices in Financial Organizations on Job Satisfaction 金融机构人力资源管理实践对工作满意度的影响

Job satisfaction is considered an essential factor in developing a professional's personality, closely related to work motivation. Job satisfaction is a necessary component of human resources, an indicator of both the current and prospective position of the organization. In modern conditions of functioning of organizations, employee satisfaction is associated with specific positive consequences: high labour motivation, increased labour efficiency, staff involvement (loyalty to the organization). Study purpose. To investigate the differences in the degree of satisfaction with various aspects of employees' work in financial sector organizations in the digital economy. For this purpose, in practice, a descriptive-analytical approach was used to identify the degree of employee job satisfaction in the organization. Statistical analysis of the study results was carried out to identify the relationship between the variables (Z-test, correlation analysis). The study solved the problem of determining significant factors in managing an organization's human resources that affect job satisfaction (remuneration, job security, level of responsibility at work, recognition, leadership style, career opportunities, training and development in a professional environment). Results. A positive relationship has been revealed between the practice of human resource management in financial sector organizations and employee satisfaction. The study recommends improving management in the personnel utilisation subsystem by optimising the financial compensation system and workplace design, positively affecting employee satisfaction.

Social giftedness is understood as a person's ability to establish mature, constructive relationships with other people and groups, characterised by stable prosocial behavior. The search for factors affecting the behavioral characteristics of schoolchildren, reflecting their social giftedness, was the problem of our study. The work aimed at an experimental study of operationalised behavioral characteristics of prosocial behavior under the influence of the factors "the idea of the presence of a significant other in a behavioral situation" and "collectivistic/individualistic cognitive orientation". The study's novelty consists of distinguishing social giftedness at the implicit and explicit levels in a situation of the possibility of choosing prosocial behavior. Sustained conscious prosocial behavioral choice "in favour of the group" is interpreted as a behavioral characteristic of social giftedness. Collectivistic cognitive orientation is a reliable marker of social giftedness and affects behavioral choice stability. The factor of the imaginary presence of a significant other contributes to prosocial behavior. Therefore, it can be considered a resource for its development to disclose the potential of social giftedness.

Diagnosis of Labor Relations and Human Capital Through the Prism of HR Branding 人力资源品牌化视角下的劳资关系与人力资本诊断

The purpose of the article is to describe the principles of a new integrative methodological approach to the analysis of labor relations and corporate human capital (HC), an approach that would consider the multidimensionality of this category, namely, its relationship with social, marketing, economic and environmental aspects. The hypothesis is put forward and argued that it is advisable to carry out the analysis and formation of the HC and the corresponding labor relations based on HR branding as a tool of the integral direction of corporate marketing and management. In turn, it is based on the most progressive concepts of social and ethical marketing and the social responsibility of business at the moment. Based on this, it is proposed to diagnose such multidimensional indicators of the company's condition as labor , based on the elements of the HR branding structure as a management subsystem, assessing their presence and development in a particular corporation, the scale of investment in this area, efficiency and impact on performance. Thus, this integrative methodological approach will allow the company to identify weaknesses in its workforce and then develop measures to eliminate them and strengthen market positions based on the data obtained.
