This article examines the essence of entrepreneurship of private subsidiary farms. Such methods as theoretical, general philosophical analysis (system method, synthesis), statistical method were used for the study. To summarise the conclusions on the topic of the study, the works of foreign and domestic researchers and regulatory legal acts were used. For the vast majority of rural residents of the Chuvash Republic (Russia), the main issue in their lives remains the problem of preserving living space and quality of life. If their only source of income is a farmstead with a small amount of land, and entering the market with their products is a forced measure, then the nature of their status in market relations remains open and uncertain today. Conclusions are drawn that in conditions of a low level of development of alternative types of activities in rural areas with a high level of technological efficiency of agricultural production, the management of private subsidiary farms for a significant part of rural residents is the main form of employment and income generation. At the same time, they need a set of measures to stimulate their further development through increased access to resources, active involvement in the orbit of state incentives.

The article analyses the main trends in the development of higher education exports in Russia and Poland. For this purpose, data from the official statistics of both countries, OECD, have been collected and analysed. A list of countries from which the flow of students to both countries is increasing has been determined. An analysis is made of whether the number of students in Russia from the CIS countries depends on the ruble exchange rate fluctuations. To identify the motivation of international students when choosing a country of study, a survey of students from 18 countries studying at RUDN University was conducted. This university is the most international in the Russian Federation; students from 160 countries learn there. The survey results are compared with a similar survey that was conducted in 2012, as well as with a survey previously conducted at the Technical University of Opole. The main problems international students face in Russia and Poland have been identified. The economic reasons for the desire of both countries to increase the number of international students are formulated.

The article reveals the psychological aspects of pregnant women's attitude to motherhood and their psychological support during pregnancy. The conditions for the formation of an optimal attitude of a woman to her pregnancy due to its influence on the quality of her living, mastering the maternal role, the development of the maternal sphere, and the creation of an adequate system of interactions in the family after the birth of a child are substantiated. The diagnostic tools are described, and the results of an experimental study aimed at studying the formation of an optimal value attitude to pregnancy and motherhood are presented. The developed program "Comprehensive harmonious prenatal support for pregnant women" can be used in face-to-face work with pregnant women and a remote format. As already mentioned, its testing was carried out in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic. The evidence of its effectiveness was obtained after analysing the values of women's characteristics indicators during diagnostic sections by mathematical and statistical data analysis methods. Significant changes in their values indicate that this type of work is as effective as the traditional one.

Tourism innovations are helping to increase the range of services offered. In the context of the pandemic, innovations have appeared virtual tours of museums, scenic natural places, hunting and fishing places, gastronomic cuisine of certain cities, etc. The Lankaran economic region of Azerbaijan is one of such attractive places for tourists. Because the Lankaran economic region was a border zone with Iran, it was impossible to come here for foreigners and the residents of Azerbaijan. With the restoration of the sovereignty of Azerbaijan, the Lankaran economic region began to develop its tourism industry, and in 2021, Lankaran became a UNESCO gastronomic city. With this in mind, the author analysed 1) the economic potential and the possibilities of innovative tourism services using in this region, 2) gave an export assessment of external and internal factors which influence the development and improvement of tourism in this area in the context of a pandemic, and 3) identified areas for improving tourism services further.

The article is devoted to studying the relationship between the communicative properties of the manager personality and managerial decision-making styles. This problem is essential and relevant since the communicative properties of the manager's personality are rarely considered when making managerial decisions. Research has shown that most managers have developed communicative qualities and constructive decision-making styles. As a result of the correlation analysis of the data, significant correlations were revealed (at the level of 0.05) between hyperactivity as a decision-making style and indicators of self-control in communication (positive relationship) and indicators of organisational skills (negative relationship). Factor analysis of the data obtained showed that the communicative properties of a person could be combined with hyper-vigilance as a decision-making style, forming the factors "selfcontrol" and "impulsive sociability".

The article analyses the role of ethnic diasporas and digital social media in student migration. A survey of students from 18 countries who study at RUDN University was conducted. This university is the most international in the Russian Federation because students from more than 160 countries learn there. To analyse the number of representatives of diasporas in social media, data on the number of expats of these 18 countries were obtained from Facebook. Since Facebook's data on the number of expats are not always accurate, they were compared with statistical data on the balance of migration to Russia from these countries and data on the number of students of these countries in Russian universities. When deciding to move to another country for education, young people can get valuable information from members of the diaspora who have graduated from universities there. A model of the student migration process has been developed by clarifying the composition of the migration infrastructure in the Carling migration model. The findings confirm the vital role of the presence of diasporas in social media to reduce the risks of student migration.

Modern dynamic life poses extraordinary tasks for each member of society, for which it is necessary to show a creative approach. Creativity is an essential quality for students of the twenty-first century. Currently, there is a substantial scientific, innovative leap in the world; people are increasingly choosing the path of an innovator and inventor. In the age of high technology, for students studying in the direction of Design, it is necessary to think creatively to be in demand in the professional field. The experiment was conducted based on the Novosibirsk State University of Architecture, Design and Arts named after A.D. Kryachkov. We have developed and tested a system of exercises to develop creative abilities within the framework of studying the discipline "design engineering".

The article discusses the issues of improving the efficiency of grain exports in foreign markets, taking into account both the volume of grain production by domestic agricultural producers and in the context of market conditions on world trading platforms. The approaches to the formation of the scientific basis for the development of competitive advantages of international exchange in this sector are analysed, and a critical analysis of various interpretations and views on the development of foreign trade operations in commodity markets, which, undoubtedly, should include the grain market and its derivatives, is made. In addition to the various theories consideration of international trade at the current stage of the development of international relations of the goods and services exchange, the specifics of the grain market are determined, which is expressed to a very high degree in the methodology of the types of research used. In addition to analysing the volume and cost of export supplies of products in this market, we conducted a PEST analysis of the positions of the Russian Federation in the global grain market, thanks to which it is possible to determine the vector of development of trade relations in the medium and long term with a high degree of probability. In conclusion, the study’s conclusions and the main directions for improving the efficiency of grain production are presented; considering the export component, the forecast growth of grain export indicators, both physical and economic, is calculated.

From the essential approach position, the article examines the modern educational organisation formation and functioning as a scientific, educational, training, socio-cultural object that meets the needs of a society; the domestic pedagogical education development priorities and directions are determined; the prospects for the modern pedagogical knowledge formation are identified, this learning is formed under the conditions of the education new paradigm, which characteristic features are digitalisation, network interaction, information transfer distant type, subject's generation of all possible alternatives to reveal the personality individual balance; the dynamics and methodological optics of the modern university research process is analysed; the ways of the pedagogical education available resources rational use are discussed; the methodological practice and the ways of the new practices subsequent multiplication in the university education system, are reflected; the factors, influencing the quality of the modern subject education are established; the degree of the mediatised product influence on the implementation of the contemporary pedagogical university educational strategy is defined; the toolkit of specialist's training and education, demanded by the labor market, is investigated; an approach is implemented, identifying a modern student in his development, which helps to determine the pedagogical substance movement nature, to recreate a holistic picture of the available reserves and means necessary for the personality education at a qualitative level.
