Phase Compensation of Voltage Follower 电压跟随器的相位补偿

It is important to separate a useful signal from noise in measuring small voltage deviations of about 1 $mu$ V and lower. This problem is relevant to eddy-current testing method in non-destructive testing metal constructions, thermal nondestructive testing, etc. The identification accuracy of a useful signal directly depends on the common-mode rejection ratio of subtraction circuit. The paper presents the circuit solutions concerning the increase in the common-mode rejection ratio using the power tracking with the phase error compensation of the voltage follower transfer factor and proposes a schematic circuit diagram of the phase compensated power tracking. The circuit was proposed for the phase compensated power tracking. The subtraction of two similar voltages of10 V on the PGA207 instrumentation amplifier could provide a 10 nV resolution at a frequency band up to 20 kHz.

Bipolar Reference Pulse Generation Device for Correlation Processing 用于相关处理的双极参考脉冲产生装置

This article discusses solutions to the problem of generating multipolar nanosecond pulses of increased amplitude with accurate time reference using simple technical implementations. A generator has been developed that generates bipolar pulses with an amplitude of 90-100V, a duration of 50 ns, and a pulse front of 5 ns. A fully matched and isolated combiner has been developed for the 0-100 MHz band, with an insertion loss of 4.4 dB and an isolation between inputs of at least 20.5 dB. A feature of this adder is the high isolation at low frequencies without the use of ferrite cores in the design.

System for detecting dynamic objects on video sequence frames 用于检测视频序列帧上动态对象的系统

The paper considers the system of dynamic object detection and visualization of its results. A brief review of existing approaches to video monitoring data analysis is given, using smoke cloud detection as an example. The research considers the algorithm of object detection, which is based on the implementation of the EfficientDet-D1 model. Authors propose methods and algorithms of pre-processing, video predictions clustering and filtering detected objects by hybrid architecture of the neural network. Those methods and algorithms were consistently implemented to improve the efficiency of the neural network. The pre-processing algorithm allows to select dynamic features on the frame. The idea behind the post-processing algorithm is to combine the results of sequential detections of the characteristic features on each frame, in particular the smoke cloud features. The method of detected features filtering is implemented by an ensemble of recurrent and convolutional neural networks. The results of the system on the test sample: Precision - 98%, Recall 97%, Accuracy - 98%.

Portable Analytical Device for Bedside Monitoring of the Functional State of the Hemostasis System 床边监测止血系统功能状态的便携式分析装置

The paper considers the issues of practical implementation of the portable analytical device for bedside monitoring of the functional state of the hemostasis system using whole blood. The design of devices for evaluating the functioning of the hemostasis system based on whole blood analysis is a promising area of research and development in the field of medical technology, as it can significantly reduce the time of one test. The block diagram of the device, basic solutions for hardware and software components, as well as the layout of the device are considered. Various designs of disposable blood sampling cuvettes are presented, and the choice of a cuvette for a commercial device is discussed. The device was used to assess vascular-platelet hemostasis of volunteers in real time. The results obtained demonstrated a high degree of correlation with the standard method used to assess the system of regulation of the aggregate state of blood in clinical practice. The main advantage of the developed system is the possibility of studying whole blood in the Point-of-Care Test mode (at the patient's bedside).

The work considers the architecture and automation equipment of the laboratory stand for performing laboratory work related to educational course of process control. The stand architecture was developed in such a way that it is possible to study and solve basic tasks during the development and operation of automated process control systems. Low cost, availability and the possibility of self-assembly have taken into account in the selection of automation equipment. The laboratory stand allows students to designprocess control systems. Installation and connection of basic automation equipment sensors, actuators, signal converters, programmable logic controller. Connection of the touch panel and automated operator station. Study industrial protocol connections and standard programming language for industrial controllers according to the IEC 61131-3 standard. Application of identification algorithm for parameters of objects in accordance to the transientresponse curve in physical process. Exploring algorithms to determine the tuning parameters of PID controllers, including the IMC method, AMIGO, Ziegler-Nichols. Developing a program to collect data from field devices and form control actions for actuating devices. Learning the MQTT protocol and the development environment for dashboards that are used in internet-things technologies. Developing driver for remote access to the equipment of the laboratory stand. It is possible to study the operation of a multivariable control for a SIMO object on a laboratory stand. The laboratory stand has been successfully introduced into the educational process as part of the process control system course. The students solved the set tasks and mastered the necessary competencies. Improving the Radioelectronic Device Simulation Quality by Using a Step Recovery Diode 用阶跃恢复二极管提高无线电电子器件仿真质量

Computer design of radio electronic facilities and systems is currently the main tool for their creation by radio engineers. Diodes are widespread among the electronic component base used in the design. Modern physical layer models of diodes describe their operation with good accuracy, however, equivalent circuits models are used in radio engineering computer-aided design systems. In the vast majority of cases, these are simplified quasi-static models developed in the 70s of the last century. So, the dynamics of the diode operation is observed with a large error, and some aspects of transient processes are not modeled at all. In this paper we consider a refined non-quasi-static model of a diode with the dependence of the lifetime of nonequilibrium charge carriers on the forward current, the mathematical apparatus of which is expressed in the language of equivalent circuits. Therefore, it can be implemented directly by engineers. Using the dependence between the lifetime of nonequilibrium charge carriers and the forward current at a high level of injection in the non-quasistatic diode model, the modeling error of the output voltage of the push-pull pulse sharper does no more than 5%. The standard quasi-static model gives a significantly larger modeling error for both waveform and position. It is shown that the delay between the experimental and model curve is reduced by a factor of half.

Rectangular Partially Adaptive Antenna Array in Real-Valued Arithmetic 矩形部分自适应天线阵列的实值算法

Arithmetic complexity of the Adaptive Antenna Array (AAA) consists of two parts: the complexity of the beamforming (the AAA input signal weighting and combination) and the AAA weights computation (the adaptive algorithm). The beamforming complexity cannot be reduced because it depends on the number of the antennas/channels which are selected to ensure the required properties of the array. At the same time, if the number of the adaptively controlled weights is less than the total number of the array weights, the arithmetic complexity of the adaptive algorithm can be reduced. Such an AAA is called a partially adaptive one. In the case of the rectangular AAA the partial adaptation can be achieved by the combination of the signals received by the antennas of the rows and the columns of the array prior to the adaptive weighting. This reduces the adaptive algorithm complexity because the reduced number of the adaptively computed/controlled weights is required in this case. However if the receiving signals number (the informational one and the interfering ones) is less than the array rows and columns number the partially adaptive array provides the steady-state performance which is almost the same as that of the array with all adaptively controlled weights. If the AAA is a symmetrical one (the pairs of its weights, which correspond the antennas placed in the locations symmetrical relatively the array phase center, are complex conjugated to each other) then a further reduction of the arithmetic complexity might be achieved by means of the usage of the real-valued computations. The main steps of the development of the real-valued partially adaptive antenna array with the combination of the row and column signals are considered in this paper. The AAA architecture, its computational procedure and the results of the AAA simulation are also considered. This simulation demonstrates about 3 dB better cancellation of the interferences and about two times shorter transient response of the proposed AAA compared to the same AAA in the complex-valued arithmetic.

The beamforming complexity cannot be reduced because it depends on the number of the antennas/channels which are selected to ensure the required properties of the array. At the same time, if the number of the adaptively controlled weights is less than the total number of the array weights, the arithmetic complexity of the adaptive algorithm can be reduced. Such an AAA is called a partially adaptive one. In the case of the rectangular AAA the partial adaptation can be achieved by the combination of the signals received by the antennas of the rows and the columns of the array prior to the adaptive weighting. This reduces the adaptive algorithm complexity because the reduced number of the adaptively computed/controlled weights is required in this case. However if the receiving signals number (the informational one and the interfering ones) is less than the array rows and columns number the partially adaptive array provides the steady-state performance which is almost the same as that of the array with all adaptively controlled weights. If the AAA is a symmetrical one (the pairs of its weights, which correspond the antennas placed in the locations symmetrical relatively the array phase center, are complex conjugated to each other) then a further reduction of the arithmetic complexity might be achieved by means of the usage of the real-valued computations. The main steps of the development of the real-valued partially adaptive antenna array with the combination of the row and column signals are considered in this paper. The AAA architecture, its computational procedure and the results of the AAA simulation are also considered. Calculation of 5G Signal Attenuation for Hard-to-Reach and Remote Areas 难以到达和偏远地区的5G信号衰减计算

The organization and development of communications in hard-to-reach and sparsely populated areas requires reliable voice and data transmission. The environment has a significant impact on signal propagation. Therefore, it is important to understand the ability of the chosen communication standard to provide the required services to the user at the design stage. On the example of the constructed base station, the propagation of the 5G signal is simulated. The obtained results and the influence of the environment on the range of the selected standard are analyzed.. The results of signal propagation are shown depending on the selected frequency range and the method of propagation of the radio signal of the fifth generation cellular communication system, as well as the main expressions that help determine the signal attenuation. The obtained modeling results will make it possible to determine the relevance of using the chosen technology at the initial stages of designing a modern voice and data transmission infrastructure for hard-to-reach or remote territories.

Survey of Security Threat and Attack Scenario for Commercial UAVs 商用无人机安全威胁与攻击场景研究

the purpose of this study is to analyze and study threats and vulnerabilities in Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), as well as to assess the impact of attacks on the functional characteristics of UAVs and their behavior. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were formulated: the study of current threats and vulnerabilities in UAVs, the study and selection of testing tools for instrumental analysis of the security of UAV control protocols, the analysis of external and internal attacks for testing UAVs, the study of the consequences of attacks, the analysis of the security of protocols, based on the results of the attacks. The relevance of the work lies in the fact that the results obtained after completing these tasks will help to expand the methods for detecting attacks for UAVs. A change in the behavior of the UAV, under the influence of various attacks, may indicate anomalous activity. By comparing the behavior of the UAV under normal conditions and when carrying out an attack on the data communication network, it is possible to prove that the attack has a significant impact on the functioning of the UAV. In addition, the results of the work will allow us to determine which of the possible ways of implementing attacks is more rational and efficient. The main practical results of the work were a list of possible attacks and recommendations for their implementation, thanks to which it is possible in practice to analyze the security of specific UAVs.

Room Frequency Response Equalization Using Modified X-Filtered Adaptive Algorithms 使用改进的x滤波自适应算法实现房间频响均衡

This article presents a technology of the acoustic frequency response equalization. It is based on the usage of the modified x-filtered adaptive algorithms in the equalizers. Comparing to the traditional x-filtered algorithms, the modified ones allow to accelerate the equalizer convergence if the computationally simple LMS or the NLMS adaptive algorithms based on the gradient search strategy are used for the equalizer weights computation. Besides, the modification allows to use the computationally complex but simultaneously efficient RLS adaptive algorithms in the x-filtered mode because the algorithms cannot be used in the traditional x-filtered mode. The proposed equalizer architectures and the computational procedures of the traditional and modified adaptive filtering algorithms are presented. Simulation demonstrates a better performance of the modified algorithms comparing to the traditional ones in the following terms: the equalized frequency response ripple value, the proximity of the PSD curves of the undistorted speech signal and the signal passed through the equalizer and acoustic medium, the initial duration of the transient response of the error signal and the response steady-state value.
