Improved Voice Activity Detector Based on Stacking Weak Classifiers 基于叠加弱分类器的改进语音活动检测器

The article considers the problem of speech fragments extraction. The authors have brought together a dataset of speech signals VADSpeakersDB. This dataset consists of phonograms recorded with the help of an application for video conferences. The research considers an original algorithm based on the stacking of independent speech activity detectors and compares it with traditional approaches. The solution has a high accuracy of detecting voice fragments-more than 90%.
本文研究了语音片段的提取问题。作者汇集了一个语音信号数据集VADSpeakersDB。该数据集由在视频会议应用程序的帮助下录制的留声机组成。本研究提出了一种基于独立语音活动检测器叠加的原始算法,并与传统方法进行了比较。该解决方案对语音片段的检测准确率很高,达到90%以上。

Susceptibility of microcontrollers to ultra-short pulse electromagnetic interferences under the temperature influence 温度影响下微控制器对超短脉冲电磁干扰的敏感性

This paper presents the results of investigations of susceptibility of microcontrollers ($mu$C) and flash memory to combined temperature and electromagnetic influence. The influence of electromagnetic interference was studied in a TEM cell placed inside a heat-cold chamber, in the temperature range from minus 50 to 105°C. The method of testing the $mu$C included 5 stages; 60 test runs were performed without temperature influence, and 120- with it. In addition, the main requirements to the $mu$C test program were formulated, and the methodology for detecting failures was developed. The failures in the $mu$C are detected by analyzing and comparing the memory dump before and after the excitation of external electromagnetic interference in the form of an ultra-short pulse. It is shown that such excitation leads to software failures and data changes in the flash memory, while the combined temperature and electromagnetic influence leads to software failures without data changes in the flash memory.

Geoinformational Approach to Assessing the Accessibility for Urban Areas 城市地区可达性评价的地理信息方法

An important part of the accessibility of the urban environment is the connectivity of transport network, especially regarding to its usage via personal transport. There are many methods of quantitative analysis of this aspect. A significant part of them is based on the isochronal analysis. The article assumes that on the local scale the one of the key factors indicating a transport network connectivity is the asymmetry between forward and backward routes between pairs of points. A method of such analysis, the computational experiment, and the following statistical analysis procedure for checking this hypothesis. Performing this procedure allows us to confirm the hypothesis with statistical significance p=0.0081.The experiment presented in the article demonstrates the need to take into account the path asymmetry factor for calculating and evaluating transport accessibility. The given method can be used in optimizing public transport routes, designing traffic flows, and planning the development of the territory in urban agglomerations.

Crossbar Switch Arbitration with Traffic Control for NoC 带流量控制的NoC交叉交换仲裁

NoC is a network of computing cores (IP cores) for processing information and routers for transferring data between IP cores. NoC has a lot of applications: it is used in communications, transport, in the Internet of Things ecosystems and the Internet of Drones. Routers are used to efficiently exchange messages between IP cores. One of the important functions of a router is arbitration. In this paper, we review the main arbitrage methods: Fixed Priority Arbitrage (FPA), Matrix Arbitrage, Round Robin Arbitrage (RRA), and some of its modifications for crossbar switching systems. We propose a conceptual framework for traffic control of NoC routers using arbitration techniques. Fairness as an important property of an arbitrator is considered. Different approaches have been proposed and some have been justified. The comparison of the simulated data shows that the results are in good agreement with both available experimental data and proposed models in the literature.

Open Source Library of Human Models for Gazebo Simulator 人类模型的开源库凉亭模拟器

The paper presents a new library of realistic human models for the Gazebo simulator. Male and female models have different age, race, hairstyles, clothes, and accessories. Animations of running, walking, sitting, and talking are available for each model, which allows diversifying actions of actors in the simulation. The models were successfully tested for operability in human-robot interaction (HRI) projects. The proposed open-source library significantly increases the effectiveness of HRI activities’ modelling and testing in Gazebo environments.
