Deterministic Crossover Based on Target Semantics in Geometric Semantic Genetic Programming 几何语义遗传规划中基于目标语义的确定性交叉

In this paper, we focus on solving symbolic regression problems, in which we find functions approximating the relationships between given input and output data. Genetic Programming (GP) is often used for evolving tree structural numerical expressions. Recently, new crossover operators based on semantics of tree structures have attracted many attentions for efficient search. In the semantics-based crossover, offspring is created from its parental individuals so that the offspring can be similar to the parents not structurally but semantically. Geometric Semantic Genetic Programming (GSGP) is a method in which offspring is produced by a convex combination of two parental individuals. In order to improve the search performance of GSGP, we propose an improved Geometric Semantic Crossover utilizing the information of the target semantics. In conventional GSGP, ratios of convex combinations are determined at random. On the other hand, our proposed method can use optimal ratios for affine combinations of parental individuals. We confirmed that our method showed better performance than conventional GSGP in several symbolic regression problems.

A Study on the Structure Design of SMEs' Franchiser Mechanism 中小企业特许经营机制结构设计研究

To satisfy the market segmentation and customer needs, enterprises develop multi-brand to expand market share and operation scale. Although enterprises aimed to attract franchisee to participate their brand, but they can't grasp the key of development context and establishing mechanism. As this result, enterprises not only waste a lot of resources but lead both franchiser and franchisee to failure. Therefore, this research (1) refers literatures and integrates the key success tasks and factors of franchise operation mechanism; (2) uses qualitative interviews methods to generalize/classify/expand/complete key success factors; (3) imports PDCA management cycle and proposes “each development phase of franchiser mechanism structure” to systematically show the process of modifying franchiser mechanism; (4) applies Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to set the importance of dimensions and categories. Then, these let enterprises grasp the differentia in importance and be a reference of resource allocation and operational decisions. It is believed that the result will assist enterprises to develop franchiser mechanism but further improve the possibility of success. At the same time, the result can also connect practical application and academic value, and guide new direction for subsequent researchers.

Gender Differences in Emotional Responses to Iconic Design 符号设计情感反应的性别差异

This study investigated how iconic design influenced emotional responses between male and female participants. An emotion recognition experiment was proposed by using FaceReader, a facial expression recognition software, to examine the participants' emotional responses. The results revealed that the males and the females experienced different emotional states throughout the experiment. The females displayed more positive emotions than the males did, while the males appeared to be calmer than the females. According to the participants' verbalized content, the females expressed more objective feelings than the males in describing the configuration of the images. The results could shed light on how iconic design aroused different emotions between genders.

Performance Test of Autonomous Emergency Braking System Based on Commercial Radar 基于商用雷达的自主紧急制动系统性能试验

In this paper, we construct Autonomous Emergency Braking system by using the sensor of the commercial radar in order to control the autonomous vehicle's speed and detect the vehicle's movement. We tested the performance of the commercial radar by using the system constructed. We developed interface to display the radar information, and tested AEB by using the target which is not moving.
本文利用商用雷达的传感器构建自动紧急制动系统,实现自动驾驶汽车的速度控制和运动检测。利用所构建的系统对商用雷达的性能进行了测试。开发了显示雷达信息的界面,并利用不动目标进行了AEB测试。

Building a Virtual Experiment Diagnosis Scheme to Automatically Analyze Operational Portfolio in Natural Science 构建自然科学操作组合自动分析的虚拟实验诊断方案

Virtual Experiment (VE) plays an important role for fostering the student's high-level thinking and problem-solving abilities. Accordingly, VE has become the popular method to assist teachers in science teaching and students in practicing due to the time-consuming and labor-intensive of the Real Experiment (RE). However, the teaching and learning performance may be limited because the most of the existing VE systems cannot efficiently, automatically analyze and diagnose the students' VE operational portfolio. Therefore, this study proposes a Virtual Experiment Diagnosis Scheme (VEDS) to automatically diagnose the operational portfolio based on teacher-defined diagnostic knowledge and further to offer students the Visualized Personalized Diagnostic Report to describe the learning problems with suggestion for fostering the self-learning and experiment abilities.

Automated Generation of Coding Rules: Text-Mining Approach to ISO 26000 编码规则的自动生成:ISO 26000文本挖掘方法

When texts are mined for meaningful information, one important aspect is to construct a coding rule that categorizes key terms into several conceptual groups. Usually such a rule is human-made and tends to be subjective. The present study attempts to build coding rules automatically from the ISO~26000 document and compares the results with those obtained by creating the coding rules manually.

Student Feedback Function for Web-Based Programming Education Support Tool Pgtracer 基于web的编程教育支持工具Pgtracer的学生反馈功能

Computer programming is essential in engineering education. We are developing a programming education support tool pgtracer in order to facilitate learning process of computer programming. Pgtracer utilizes fill-in-the-blank question composed of a pair of a source program and a trace table. We propose a set of feedback functions for the students in this paper. Pgtracer automatically collects learning log of the students when they fill a blank. The feedback functions provide various analysis result of the collected log so that students can easily understand their achievement level and weak points. Many students highly appreciate the feedback functions through an experimental evaluation of the functions.

Effects of Online Peer Feedback on Dancers at Different Levels 在线同伴反馈对不同水平舞者的影响

In this study, an online system was used to support dance courses with three kinds of peer feedback modes: peer assessment, peer feedback, and mixed of both. Through the way of recording the video of dance process, and by providing feedbacks helped students to reflect on their own dance performance and modify their skills. The research design focused on exploring the effects of different online peer feedback modes on the dance performance of university students at different levels. The feedback messages in online peer comments for dance performance were also examined by content analyses regarding the affective, cognitive, and metacognitive aspects. The results found that peer assessment mode was most effective on dance performance with more outstanding students, peer comment mode was better for middle-level students, while a mixed mode worked the best for students with lower abilities. Cognitive was the most frequent category in peer feedback messages about dance performance, In the future studies, what type of peer feedback messages most helpful and what role of feedback message can be explored for improvement on dance performance. Further extensions can be applied to mobile applications to provide instantaneous feedback.

Using the ANN Classifier to Recognize the Disturbance Patterns for a Multivariate System 用人工神经网络分类器识别多变量系统的干扰模式

The importance of recognition of control chart patterns (CCPs) has been addressed in recent years. Most of those studies focused on determination of CCPS for a statistical process control (SPC) application alone. In addition, the use of engineering process control (EPC) is able to greatly improve the SPC process. However, even though many studies have reported an increased use of SPC-EPC mechanism, there has been very little research discussed on the effectiveness of recognition of CCPs for the SPC-EPC system. The purpose of the present study is thus to ascertain the effectiveness of proposing a useful classifier to recognize the CCPs for a multivariate SPC-EPC system. Because of its effective performance on classification, the present study applies the artificial neural network (ANN) technique to serve as the classifier in order to recognize the CCPs for a multivariate SPC-EPC system. The performance of the proposed ANN classifier is evaluated through a series of computer simulations.

Verbal Behavior in Digital Board Game: The Association between Personality Traits and Lying Behavior 数字桌游中的言语行为:人格特质与撒谎行为的关系

Lying coexists with our lives. The more people understand lies, the better for them to deal with relationships. The main purpose of this research is to make the players to clear out their own attitude toward lies in a relaxing game. Therefore, we used Lai's Personality Inventory, Youth Psychopathic Traits Inventory Scale, and Game of Self-efficacy Scale as references. The results suggest a moderate correlation between personality traits and the attitude toward lying. However, there is no significant differences between the pre-test and post-test of YPI Scale. The number of the participants is still inadequate in this research. In the future, as a goal, we will increase the number of participants and improve the game.
