Marma are the most important vital points all over the body, explained by Acharya Sushruta, which when get effected leads to severe pain, deformity and sometimes death. One among such Marma is Kurchashira Marma which is said to be situated at the base of the thumb. Acharya has said that, if this Kurchashira Marma gets injured then there will be Ruja and Shopa of Angushta. This can be correlated with the De Quervain tenosynovitis where there will be pain, swelling and restricted range of movement of thumb, fe-males are more affected than males, causes like washerwoman’s, baby takers, maid, sports person, android users. Treatment adopted are NSAID’S, Corticosteroid injection and tendon release surgery. As it consists of its own complications and patient doesn’t feel fully recovered. Agnikarma procedure has been told in the treatment aspects of the pain superior disease, and here a study is made to see effect of Agnikarma in this Marmaghata. Method: In the present study, 30 patients were selected and treated with Agnikarma at the most tender area. Follow up duration was on 7th, 14th& one month. The data obtained were recorded, tabulated and statistically analysed using appropriate statistical methods. Results: After obtaining all the suitable data, the results were formulated by applying suitable statistical tests. And it is found that Ag-nikarma shows tremendous result in treating this disease with full range of movement and patient can easi-ly do his routine work. Interpretation & Calculations: By virtue of its nidana, lakshana and Chikitsa, Kurchashira Marma bears close resemblance to de quervain tenosynovitis and can be tacked on the lines of management as mentioned in classics. It was concluded that Agnikarma has better effects both clinically and statically in reducing the signs and symptoms of Kurchashira Marmaghata.

Microalbuminuria is a marker and a risk factor of diabetic renal complications commences its role in path-ogenesis of nephropathy at its third stage, the stage of incipient nephropathy. Microalbuminuria is followed by overt nephropathy and end- stage renal disease of irreversible renal damage. Early detection of microal-buminuria has a decisive role in the healthy survival of diabetics. Urine albumin excretion rate and albumin creatinine ratio on timed urine samples, early morning samples or spot urine are of beneficial use. Ayurve-da describes diabetes mellitus as Prameha roga in which the major pathogenesis takes precedence in Moot-rasaya. Microalbuminuria can be described as Prameha Janya Vrikka Roga. It occurs due to Sanga (ob-struction), Vimarga Gamana (abnormal movement) of albumin; one of the constituents of Raktadhatu (blood) through Rakta and Mootra Vaha Srotas (channels of blood and urine). Medicines which are Pramehaghna (anti-diabetic), Mootra and Raktavaha Srothosodhana (cleanse the channels) may be of good worth to rectify the pathology of microalbuminuria providing an improved life for diabetics.

Diabetic wounds have failed to proceed through an orderly and timely process to produce anatomic and functional integrity. Wounds form a very extensive and important class of the disease. Diabetic wound re-mains a major clinical challenge to the medical faculty throughout the world. Ayurveda the age old and ho-listic system of medicine offers various tools for management of Vrana. In Ayurveda Acharya Sushruta, pioneer surgeon, have mentioned various types of wound and its management. To achieve good approxi-mation, early healing and acceptable scar, without complications Acharya Susruta has elaborately ex-plained Shashti Upakrama. Rakta mokshana is one of them. Based on this reference, a clinical study was done with patients having clinical features of Madhumehajanyadushta vrana. So, the present study is planned to evaluate the efficacy of Jalaukavacharan in the management of diabetic wound (Madhumeha-janyadushta Vrana). For these 15 patients were selected from O.P.D/ I.P.D of Shalya Tantra, N.I.A., Jai-pur. The treatment was accessed with observation and results for a period of eight weeks. After this thera-py, significant result was observed. It was observed that the results achieved are effective and stable during follow up period.

Introduction: The aim of the study was to determine the time to and rate of the return to sports (RTS) after knee joint injury. The data obtained was analysed to fine line the commonly affected anatomical entity re-sponsible and to correlate with Janumarma. Methodology: The symptoms assessed from the case profor-ma and MRI were compared to the Janu Marmabhighatha Lakshanas. The grading of injury and Khan-jatha was determined with the help of unique scoring adapted for the study. Results: Based on literary re-view Khanjatha can be defined as a weakness in limbs resisting its complete functional mobility. Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) was found to be the most vulnerable structure. Cadaveric dissection studies showed the morphological significance of ACL to be placed as a Kandara has been surmised. Conclusion: Khanjatha is concluded as the difficulty in regaining complete functional mobility, which was observed in 70% of ACL injuries highlighting the plausible correlation of ACL as Janumarma.
