The study adopted a descriptive cross-sectional survey for this purpose and both simple random method (lottery or chance method) and purposive sample technique were used to achieve representativeness. Data sources in this study include primary and secondary data, and, questionnaire and interview guide were used to collect data from 55 respondents. The findings indicate that microfinance assists very poor families and communities with basic needs and protect households, communities and most especially women against risk and decision making. This paper investigated students' perspectives toward entrepreneurship at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences during Semester 1, AY 2020-2021, when the COVID-19 pandemic was at its peak. The study's goal is to look into the major aspects that influence the respondents' inclinations toward entrepreneurship. The impact of role models, entrepreneurship's image, curriculum and content, personal learning approaches, and respondents' overall attitudes about motivation in pursuing entrepreneurial endeavors in the face of the epidemic. The results were interpreted using descriptive analysis, Cronbach Alpha was used to assess the questionnaire's dependability, multivariate statistical normality of skewness and kurtosis were used to assess normality, and a non-parametric test using the Mann-Whitney test was used to measure the p-value measuring the significance of results. Essentially, the numerous items examined yielded a favorable outcome; as a result of the findings, students are more likely to engage in entrepreneurial activities.

In order to discuss the most significant findings of those studies in four main axes—the impact of PMS on employee performance, the components of the PMS, and the literature review—this paper reviews the literature on the impact of performance management practices on employee performance during the period (2015–2020). Additionally, the traits of a successful PMS and the challenges faced when implementing the system. The article came to the conclusion that the performance system has a significant moral impact on how well workers perform in firms. These studies provided conclusive evidence that, in addition to the PMS, working conditions, compensation, and promotion are organizational elements that influence employees' performance. Performance monitoring is carried out with performance assessment by management since, according to the research; performance planning has a limited impact on workers' performance while performance appraisal has been the most precise of employee performance.

Entrepreneurship plays a significant role in pursuing economic diversification to address too much reliance on oil and gas which was estimated in 2012 to last for 20 years. Entrepreneurship program/education was introduced to various higher educational institutions across all programs and disciplines to encourage and equipped the students to engage in a business that can also address increasing unemployment through job creation. However, most of the students preferred to be wage employees. A focus group was created and identified student priorities which are categorized according to Opportunities, Motivation, and Incentives. 243 out of 658 Advanced Diploma and Bachelor students of UTAS-Shinas were selected through a combination of purposive sampling and simple random sampling. A survey questionnaire was used to gather data on student priorities or factors using a 5-point Likert scale and the data were analyzed using sample mean and two-tailed independent sample t-test. Results showed 62.14% of the respondents preferred to be wage employees. Respondents also agree that opportunities and incentives contribute to entrepreneurship success however, respondents do somewhat agree that motivations could contribute to entrepreneurship success with a mean of 2.69. Results suggest that there is a statistically significant difference in the response based on academic level, after graduation preference, and existing (family-owned) business with a p-value of p=0.013, p=0.002, and p=0.005 respectively except gender p = 0.064. The result signifies that while students’ priority leads to entrepreneurship program success, respondents greatly rely on the sustainability and the intensity of future monetary benefits and economic incentives. Though the academic and government/private finance and technical support elements of the model may be assumed to work perfectly, the success of the entrepreneurship program warrants collaborative effort to initiate a paradigm shift on students’ priorities/factors.

The days when HR professionals would organize meetings and execute policies no longer exist. Instead, they are now focused on creating and implementing new strategies and procedures. With the rise of social media, just a few clicks or a post on Facebook or another online platform is enough to publicize a change in the organization. This article aims to analyze the impact of social media on various HR practices like (talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, talent retention and employer branding) and also explores the various risks associated with these practices. This article aims to help corporate pioneers and managers implement social media as an instrument to manage their organizations' policies and practices.

Today's classrooms need to undergo a drastic transformation if we are to unlock the young of the nation's limitless potential. A nation like Saudi Arabia cannot afford to revert to the old ways of educating its citizens given the rapid technological advancements occurring around the world. Even more so now since Saudi Arabia is the country with the biggest number of young people in the entire globe. But if one is not properly trained to meet the challenges of the world and make a significant contribution to sustainable development, physical strength is pointless. By implementing new and engaging teaching and learning strategies for pupils, education today needs to undergo a transition. Without proactive measures, it would be challenging to keep up with the rate and direction of world development. The purpose of this essay is to investigate how, in this age of innovation and technology, institutions, classrooms, mentors, and teachers may work together to spark a revolution. It's not necessary to use the most advanced technology in the classroom in order to employ innovative teaching techniques. Instead, innovative teaching involves proactively implementing new pedagogical approaches and techniques in the classroom. These innovative teaching techniques are being used to raise academic standards, address pressing issues, and advance equitable learning. This youthful generation needs to be kept on the correct path and properly developed, and teachers and educational institutions have a big part to play in that.

When it comes to the provision of medical services, quality is crucial. It entails changing healthcare so that actions, not just words, reflect values. Additionally, there is a change from quantity to quality. The outcome of treatment is more crucial than how many patients a doctor sees in a day. The standard of care can be raised by being aware of numerous internal and external factors. Organizational leadership and management must comprehend these elements and incorporate them into the provision of services. This cross-sectional research seeks to determine the critical internal variables needed to raise the caliber and effectiveness of healthcare services provided by Hafr Al Batin hospital. It sought to learn the healthcare team's perspectives on internal factors and how to steer patients toward the best results. In favors of the patients, Hafr Al Batin hospital's healthcare team surveyed 66 respondents. Twenty-one respondents believe that the healthcare team needs more education to raise the standard of care provided in hospitals. The best way to improve medical performance, in the opinion of 38, is through communication skills, which 34 people believe can be learned by attending expert lectures. According to 25 respondents, raising salaries is the most crucial step that can be taken to improve the standard of healthcare services. While 63 respondents agree that healthcare services and equipment are equally important, 3 respondents disagree. Improvements must be made to internal organizational factors and healthcare service quality to achieve improved performance. by increasing the healthcare team's knowledge through lectures from knowledgeable members, improving communication and leadership skills, using more cutting-edge equipment, and paying higher salaries to inspire employees.
