The study selects college students as the survey objects, and examines the influence of different social comparative behaviors on the use of WeChat moments from the perspective of social comparison. This study used social comparison motivation as the independent variable, social comparison direction as the intermediary variable, and the use of WeChat moments as the dependent variable. Among them, social comparison motivation mainly includes self-improvement, self-enhancement and self-evaluation. Social comparison direction is mainly divided into upward social comparison and downward social comparison. The use of WeChat Moment is mainly divided into three levels: intensity of use, the active use and passive use, the positive self-presentation and true self-presentation. The results of the data show that: (1) College students have self-improvement, self-enhancement, and self-evaluation of social comparison motives in the WeChat moments, and social comparison motives are generally strong. (2) Undergraduates in the WeChat moments are more likely to compare upwards rather than downwards. (3) College students' self-improvement and self-enhancement motivations have a positive impact on the use of WeChat's moments. (4) College students motivated by self-improvement have a positive impact on the passive use of WeChat's moments through upward comparison. (5) Undergraduates motivated by self-improvement and self-enhancement have a positive impact on the positive self-presentation of the WeChat moments through upward comparison; college students motivated by self-enhancement have a negative influence on the true self-presentation of the WeChat moments through upward comparison and have a positive impact on the true self-presentation of the WeChat moments through downward comparison.

This paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between media use and risk perception from the perspective of risk communication. Taking the public and experts in flood-prone areas in Hubei Province as the research object, it adopts stratified sampling method to carry out the research. On the basis of previous studies, a variable model is constructed to analyze the data. The conclusion shows that risk communication should face up to the cognitive differences between the public and experts, promote the spread of network technology in rural areas, integrate the power of interpersonal communication in rural areas, and guide multi-agent to cope with flood risk.

This paper studies names including the nickname and the real name, the personal identity symbols of the network society and real society, as clues for the impression evaluation in social cognition. It adopts the questionnaire method with quantitative analysis. From the perspective of the evaluator, examine the differences in impression evaluation based on the stereotype content model (SCM) under two social situations. From the perspective of the evaluatee, explore whether there is an impression management based on the stereotypes of the real name or self-social cognition in the online society. It is found that the external characteristics and internal mechanisms of the two evaluation situations are different: the impression evaluation via real names is more moderate, focusing on the competence dimension, and the evaluation via online nicknames is more bold and clear, focusing on the warmth dimension. In the online interpersonal communication, the impression management through nicknames is based on the self-cognition of the real society in the warmth dimension.

This paper intends to solve problems such as the lack of motivation of personalized learning and the poor self-learning ability under the networked environment. To this end, we construct a mathematical model of personalized online learning incentive mechanism by analyzing personalized learning key elements and online learning behaviors. However, the effectiveness of the model remains to be verified in practical online learning environments.

The lack of fundamental academic skills among university students is increasingly becoming a problem in Japan. To study at a university, students must have adequate media literacy, that is, the ability to sift through large quantities of data to extract necessary information. However, according to a recent survey, many young people in Japan are not aware of Internet news sources. In this study, using a questionnaire survey, I examine whether this trend is also exhibited by university students, as well, and perform data analysis to clarify the relationships with accepted trends. The results of this verification suggest that their attitudes toward reading Internet news are related to the students' knowledge of Internet news sources and their frequency of contact with Internet news.

In this research, we obtain various indicators by analyzing pulse waves, which are then used to self-cognize one's own psychological state and characteristics. Pulse wave measurement is simple and safe. What's more, we can get three indicators by analyzing the measured data: the largest Lyapunov exponent (LLE), autonomic nerve balance (ANB), and sample entropy (SampEn). Using these three indicators, we conducted research on a number of factors, including the discrimination of depression, the psychological state analysis of Alzheimer's disease, the effects of Parkinson's disease on indicators, and the change of mental state after long-term study. However, in order to utilize this technology more scientifically, we need to assemble a more complete database and make more systematic measurements.

Massive amount of data and information are produced by the wide-spread usage of mobile devices like smartphones. Data analysis of large amounts of wireless network data is crucial in understanding user behaviors and service usage patterns. Understanding and forecasting mobile user behaviors is not only valuable for service providers to control and manage mobile network, but also improve the user experience. In this paper, we first introduce the cellular network architecture and describe the features of wireless data collected from mobile network. Then we present a complete analysis process on the wireless data. After preprocessing, we perform an analysis on data traffic from different aspects to understand user behavior patterns. We also discuss several significant ways of utilizing the results of analysis in this study to solve some current problems.

[Purpose/Meaning] In the past 10 years, the modern media marked by the rise of new media has developed rapidly. The comprehensive application of digital media technology has almost been subversive in the field of risk communication. Social media has become an important channel for citizens to participate in risk communication. Although domestic and foreign studies have shown that social media is increasingly used in risk communication, few studies have compared the use of social media in risk communication between Chinese and American governments from the perspective of communication effects. [Methods/Processes] The content analysis method is used to explore the differences between different management organizations and different crisis stages in the risk communication between the two countries in terms of issue construction, public use behavior, and public and government social media interaction. [Results/Conclusions] The study found that China focused on building factual frameworks and the US focused on building action frameworks; the two countries have high public participation, but the two government social media lacks responses to public questions; the amount of information published by China far exceeds that of the United States, but China The public's positive comment rate is lower than the US and other issues. Finally, based on the comparative conclusions, the Chinese government provides effective advice on the effective use of government social media for risk communication.

In order to support the production or generation of personalized fonts more efficiently, this paper proposes a method of using track and point set to describe the characters of the Chinese characters changed from Regular Script to Semi-cursive Scrip. With reference to the characteristics of Regular script and Semi-cursive script, the trace and point set are used to calculate the strokes, components, and their relationships of the body script to determine whether it is necessary to create a hairspring or stroke and deformation of a part between the strokes. Experiments have shown that under the principle of maintaining the original writing style of the user, the method of changing from Regular Script to Semi-cursive can support the generation of personalized Semi-cursive scrip fonts.
