Car-sharing activity in European countries started in the 1980s. Car-sharing has become a part of many urban transport systems and an effective means of reducing the number of private cars and their overall mileage nowadays. The carried out research is aimed at demonstrating how the planning process is used for determining car-sharing areas employing GIS. The authors of the article consider the car-sharing system as a particularly environmentally friendly tool expanding and complementing the public transport system (more electric or hybrid vehicles). The system works in the general urban transport system and serves city population. Thus, the example of Vilnius city shows the principles and applied methods for developing and servicing the car-sharing area. The assessment of car-sharing efficiency, economic, ecologic, social and infrastructure utilization efficiency has been appointed.

This study applies the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as basic theoretical framework to analysis the informatization ability of teachers in No.53 Middle School of Changchun. And the study applies the six factors (external variables, adjustment variables, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude towards using and behavioral intention) of the TAM model to evaluate the development of informatization ability of teachers. Each factors are evaluated through interviews of the teachers in No.53 Middle School of Changchun. The results of the interviews and the investigation identify three solutions applied by No.53 Middle School conform to the TAM model: Firstly, the method of making up study groups of young and old teachers conforms to individual differences of external variables in the TAM model; Secondly, information technology training in No.53 Middle School is a convenient condition of external factors in the TAM model. Thirdly, Micro-curriculum competition conforms to experience factors of adjustment variables. These three solutions have positive effect on teachers' perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, and then the three solutions have a positive impetus to the development of informatization ability of teachers. The investigation also identifies two solutions don't conform to the TAM model: Firstly, teachers use free resource platform; Secondly, recruit more information technology teachers.

The research topics in educational data mining area at home and abroad are transforming from the concept, principle level to modeling analysis and application level, and at the same time transforming from statistical monitoring of educational quality, educational policy and other macro-level applications to the further development of school teaching, student learning and other micro applications. On the conceptual discussion of educational data mining and learning analytics, this paper proposes a data model and a system architecture combined with the teaching practice, elaborates "Four modeling and three analysis" methodology in the study of education data, constructs The "whole chessboard" analysis of data mining in the smart classroom, in which 13 specific research questions are derived. Moreover, it puts forward four kinds of application modes of data mining in the smart classroom and finally explores the application of interaction between teacher and students of smart classroom based on real data.

Online media benefited a lot by applying user big data. A user has invested in the corporation with user big data as the proprietary resource. However, the return of corporation for the user is insufficient. This study conducted a questionnaire survey in user with empirical methods to understand their true interest demands. This embodied the interests of individual users' demands. Meanwhile, the facts that how online media corporation use user's big data and how online media take measure to reward user are preliminarily discussed. It found that corporations' paying much attention to meet the individual interest demands and user's interest demands on information security were perceived. However, corporations ignored the user's data property. When big data analytics was applied to the business operation, corporations didn't give the user an appropriate return.

The aim of the paper was to explore the effectiveness of WebVR technology in the creative attitude of digital media art major. In this paper, WebVR technology was integrated into the teaching of digital media art based on the blended teaching pattern of teachers as the guidance and students’ creation as the learning activity. Forty students from digital media art major were participated in the study and assigned randomly to an experimental group and a control group. A three-aspect questionnaire namely, the cognitive, emotional and behavioral intention was used to gather data after a seven-week classroom in the second semester of the academic year 2017/2018. The experimental results showed that the effectiveness of WebVR technology, students who used WebVR technology have more positive attitudes towards creativity than those who used traditional teaching mode, and the quality of their work was better.

As a popular social media in China, Weibo is playing an essential role in dailylives of many college students. This paper investigates college students' use of Weibo to understand their social media literacy and and try to make some specific recommendations for improveing the social media literacy of college students. We conducted a survey with 321 students in Guangxi University from four aspects: the ability to access Weibo, to acquire information from Weibo, to analyze and evaluate Weibo, and to create Weibo. The findings can be summarized as follows: The behaviors on Weibo of college students tend to be rational in general; The information acquiring from Weibo tend to be entertainment and superficial; The college students are lacking in the ability to create Weibo; There are gaps in social media literacy between different majors.

With the development of social economy, product aesthetic design has become an indispensable part of commodity competition. Firstly, this paper divides the innovation dimension of aesthetic value of products into three dimensions: the beauty of modelling sense, the beauty of functional experience and the beauty of image connotation. Then the three dimensions are taken as coordinate axes to construct the dimension selection model of design innovation of product aesthetic value. On the basis of value engineering, aiming at the different characteristics of existing products and new products, this paper puts forward a variety of design Innovation paths of product aesthetic value. Enterprises should choose suitable design innovation entry model according to the development situation and competitive edge.

Virtual reality (VR) technology has a promising probability to create collaborative learning experiences for contemporary educational settings. Although the advancement of VR technology expands collaborative learning, the related research regarding virtual reality-based collaborative learning (VRCL) is still limited. The systematic analysis of the function and the extent to which VR influences the collaborative learning environment is unclear. Therefore, in order to evaluate the affordances of VR technology for collaborative learning, we conduct a meta-analysis based on literature review. Also, to explore its potential learning benefits, a qualitative analysis is performed on VRCL prototype. Results show that VRCL achieved variable and positive effects, with a mean effect size 0.41; the affordances of VR for collaborative learning can be categorized into social interaction, resource sharing, and knowledge construction.
