Subsynchronous oscillation of wind farm integration through HVDC system includes both AC series compensation lines and DC transmission lines, which is difficult for the analysis. In this paper, a simplified model of the actual wind farm is established and time-domain waveforms are gotten by the simulation. Transient waveforms in the system are closely related to the operating status and reveal some possible failures. Chaos and fractal theory are used to analyze the transient waveform in the system. By extracting characteristics values, a new fractal dimension and mean density method is proposed. Different frequencies transient waveforms can be identified to analyze the operating status. The analysis of the characteristics can be further extended as a detection technique for the subsynchronous oscillations identification and suppression.

Since 2000, China has entered a critical period of development. With the rapid development, there are many social problems, among which the most intractable one is the increasing aging of the population. Aging is a very difficult challenge for our country. Due to the problems of low popularity, backward and imperfect infrastructure, poor quality and low efficiency of service personnel, home-based elderly care service centers in China are generally “virtual”, which makes it difficult for relevant care institutions to play a bigger role in China’s arduous task of caring for the elderly. As a new model of elderly care service, “Internet plus” home-based elderly care service can solve the problem of virtual care based on technological innovation, further integrate online and offline resources, promote the integration of medical care and nursing, and effectively solve the problem of aging in China.

As an important symbol of a country’s comprehensive national strength and war power, the long-distance delivery capability of the quipment is a prerequisite for the formation of the military deployment which directly affects the process of war and even win or lose of the war. The long-distance delivery force of US military equipment is composed of three parts, namely, the air delivery force, the maritime delivery force and the maritime pre-positioned force. The US army attaches great importance to the construction of the equipment long-distance delivery capacity. And its effective measures are to incorporate the civilian capacity into the equipment long-distance delivery force system by legislation, to effectively safeguard the economic benefits of the requisitioned civilian long-distance delivery forces, to take into account the need of the long-distance delivery of the equipment in the development and transformation of the civilian transportation vehicles, to provide reliable support for the civilian transport forces of participating in the long-distance delivery of the equipment and to provide reliable support for the civilian transport forces of participating in the long-distance delivery of the equipment. Its success experience is to strengthen integrated capacity construction of the air, the sea and the land for the long-distance delivery of the equipment, to unified dispatch and command the long-distance transportation forces of the army, the government and the civilian, to unify the plan of the combat and training to the equipment long-distance delivery capacity and to insure the respective interests of the army and the civilian.

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the further expansion of the city’s size, people’s living conditions have improved, and their spending power has continued to increase. The city’s transportation demand has also continued to increase, bringing about the problem of people’s parking difficulties. The most direct way to solve the problem of urban parking is to increase the number of parking spaces by constructing a parking lot. This method is difficult to implement due to funding problems or urban space constraints. This article takes the driver ’s parking behavior influencing factors as the basis for research, Based on the study of the drivers’ influencing factors, this paper analyzes the parking factors and analyzes the parking characteristics by observing the parking lot of Suning Plaza in Wuhu City, analyzing the factors affecting the parking behavior, optimizing the utilization efficiency of existing parking lots, and parking schemes. And management methods to promote the improvement of urban parking difficulties[1]

As the age of the population continues to change, changes in the demographic structure affect the factors of China's real estate prices and such influences are increasingly expanding. This effect reflects the rapid rise in house prices, which has a negative effect on the rise in real estate prices, which has specifically slowed down the rate of rise in high house prices. This research specifically elaborates and analyzes the impact of population aging on real estate prices, and finally proposes comprehensive trends in real estate prices.

The article takes the wetland along the Yangtze River in Zhaoqing as the research object. According to the land use planning of Zhaoqing City, the water quality of Xijiang, Suijiang, Beijiang, and wetlands along the Yangtze River in Zhaoqing was investigated to study the pollution threats along the Yangtze River in Zhaoqing. It through the GIS ecological planning method, analyze the pollution sources, formulate the Zhaoqing wetland protection plan along the river, delineate the riverside landscape-type shoreline, ecological shoreline, and industrial shoreline, and restore the wetland ecosystem by combining sponge city technology and ecological module technology Multi-level wetland ecological plant community, enhance water purification function, and provide a good habitat for wild animals and plants. It can create a wetland along the river with the functions of landscape conservation, recreation and recreation as one of the main functions of ecological conservation, forming an important window to display the image of the city.

Airport clearance is an important part of airport operation. In the process of airport construction, whether the airport clearance meets the requirements is the primary consideration. If the clearance does not meet the corresponding requirements, the military aircraft cannot take off and land safely in the civil airport. This paper makes a brief analysis of the corresponding clearance requirements of different levels of military and civil airports, and makes a study of military and civil use from the two aspects of end clearance area and side clearance area, and obtains the military standards that should be implemented in the construction of civil airports. It lays the foundation for military aircraft to use civil airport, and ensures that civil airport provides the greatest support for aviation operations.

By investigating and analyzing the current external environment of home-based elderly care in typical old communities in Beijing, the main problems of the community life are identified. Based on the analysis and the needs of home care for the elderly, the external environment transformation is proposed to be divided into basic needs and comfort needs transformation, which could be hierarchical and step-by-step. According to the actual situation of each community and the different goals, reasonably determining the content of the transformation, making efficient use of the transformation measures, and making full use of government policy will become the most practical and effective way to solve the problems.

“internet plus” agricultural products are not simply the sum of the two, but the use of modern information technology and Internet platform, to deeply integrate the Internet with agricultural products and traditional industries, to create a new ecological development. Under the background of ”internet plus”, the traditional supply chain needs to be transformed and upgraded. The first is the effective integration of logistics, business flow, information flow and capital flow. Advanced technologies such as Internet of Things, cloud computing and big data are integrated into the supply chain management of various industries to form a visual, ecological, intelligent and integrated intelligent supply chain. Agriculture, as a basic industry, is also gradually deepening the intersection with advanced technology. Therefore, the intelligent supply chain of agricultural products arises at the historic moment. At the same time, the intelligent supply chain of agricultural products should also catch the ”internet plus” express train to seek better development opportunities.
