The article reviews the problem of providing software for systematic approach to the development of management decision support systems for managing and forecasting the development of complex objects. The sequence of the main stages of management decision-making in a systematic approach is provided. Based on the analysis of this sequence, the features of the formal description of controllable objects of various nature are highlighted. The peculiarity of the suggested approach is the combination of a systematic approach to decision-making, heuristic methods and based on the theory of conflict situations. Using game-theoretic modeling, a method of evaluating the probability of technological accidents and industrial disasters, taking into account the size of alleged damage has been developed. The directions of diagnostics and monitoring the management of engineering systems quality, production processes and the personnel of electrical enterprises have been outlined.

The use of information technologies provides developing and facilitating the process of teaching students in the field of electrical engineering. Besides the analytical modeling of electrical circuits, software implementation can be included in the electrical circuit analysis. This approach ensures the decrease of computational cost, as well as enables to investigate circuits in different regimes and to compare results obtained by analytical and numerical modeling. The paper is devoted to the numerical modeling of three-phase circuits studied in the electrical engineering course. The mentioned modeling is carried out in the MatLab system with using the Simscape library.

The article describes the methodology for calculating the quality assessment of project documentation at a manufacturing enterprise in the energy sector using a process management approach. To simplify the work of enterprise employees, a method has been proposed to automate processes using the object-oriented programming language Visual Basic for Application and the Business Studio software for modeling business processes, as well as for collecting and further analyzing the values of indicators. Integration of two Microsoft Excel and Business Studio software products has been implemented. Data analysis was carried out on the basis of real values obtained as a result of a survey of employees of the design and quality management departments, and measures were developed to optimize the information and analytical support of the enterprise. The choice of software products for the implementation of the proposed methodology is substantiated. This study examines both theoretical and practical aspects of optimizing the business processes of a manufacturing enterprise. In the course of the study, international and state standards of the quality management system, internal local standards of the enterprise were studied. The newest technologies were applied to improve the quality management system at the enterprise, a plan was developed to simplify and automate the main business processes of the company based on the key objectives set by the management.

The paper proposes morphological models for the analysis of complex electronic systems quality criterion. The reason for resorting to morphological models is the need to increase attention to improving the quality and reliability of electronic systems in the early design stages. At the same time, many difficulties of mathematical modeling of the investigated heterogeneous physical processes occurring in electronic systems are solved. In this paper, the unification of the notation and the image of components based on analogies of mathematical descriptions. In linear synthesis morphological models in the form of connection of multipolar systems are offered. But they allow you to explore the electrical, mechanical and thermal processes only in linear approximation. In contrast to this representation, the paper also proposes unified view of morphological models in the form of a hypergraph, which will cover nonlinear cases.

Mountain and foothill landscapes are complex techno and natural systems consisting of subsystems, each of which is defeated of destructive influence of water runoff. One of the most effective ways to solve this problem is computer simulation of processes using the mathematical planning theory based on a computational experiment. A methodology of model development is proposed, as well as an integral indicator that takes into account such factors as: reliability, efficiency and environmental friendliness.

The paper describes the development of automated system for modeling resin frontal spread during the impregnation of fibrous reinforcing agent with regard to resin viscosity and impregnation time. The topicality of the paper is due to the necessity to provide the quality of composite materials by managing a technological process. The method of modeling boundaries of resin spread during reinforcing agent impregnation on the basis of an artificial neural network is offered. A number of experimental studies on a resin spread process in the volume of reinforcing agent, allowing to make a data base for training neural network model, is made. The developed neural network model allows to forecast the specific features of a composite material product impregnation process with regards to rheokinetics of the process.

Intellectual technologies in railway transport solve many urgent problems. The most important of these is ensuring safety of cargo and passenger traffic. Now its solution is entirely entrusted to specialized manual and self-propelled diagnostic tools. However, it is generally agreed that the most future-proof concept is installation of monitoring systems directly on regularly travelling trains. This approach will allow continuous monitoring of the railway tracks, and make forecasting the development of defective rails possible. This paper is devoted to the concept of embedded track monitoring systems based on inertial, optical, magnetic, satellite and other technologies. The main emphasis is placed on the analysis of signals of micromechanical inertial modules installed on the wheels of the car wheels, which allow monitoring the condition of the rolling surfaces of the rails. Based on the results of the analysis, a conclusion is made on possible configurations of the proposed embedded diagnostic systems.

The conceptual technology of in-circuit circuit analysis of the configuration of the printed circuit of a radio-electronic device is reviewed including in-circuit measurements of the device radio-technical characteristics. It is shown that the in-circuit analysis does not involve the dismantling of the printed circuit board or the breaking of the electrical circuits connections in the basic circuit arrangement of functional modules in the printed circuit structure. The in-circuit analysis allows for the selective formation of a list of elements in the device without the risk of electrical damage to radio elements of the structure. Major design and technological recommendations are proposed and formulated for ensuring circuit safety in the in-circuit reengineering of the printed circuit configuration in the information management safety system of radio-electronic industry companies.
