The quality management system (QMS) is considered as a complex automated system, which is an integral part of the control system of a complex automated complex. The effectiveness of the automated quality management system (AQMS) is determined by its quality, which is formed in the design process of both the AQMS itself and the quality management object. AQMS, as well as the object of quality management, is considered as a set of different kinds of information (software, methods, algorithms, etc.) related to each other and jointly processed at all stages of the life cycle of the control object. A special role in shaping the quality of the AQMS is played by the early design stages, which determine the goals of creating the control object and the basic requirements for its quality.

Currently, non-destructive testing methods, X-ray computed tomography method in particular, are widely used to diagnose critical products in all major industries (nuclear industry, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, energy, aerospace, oil and gas). An important step in assessing the quality of a product material is the X-ray tomographic scanning results analysis by an operator via specialized software. This paper presents an overview of existing solutions for the tomographic research results analyzing, identifies the main drawbacks and problems of modern methods of various products serviceability assessment.

Online checks are widespread in modern educational technologies. In vocational training of civil servants, this kind of control is commonly used. In other educational activities it is not so widespread in Russia. The most popular tool is the antiplagiat.ru platform used for testing students' papers quality. Undoubtedly, online checks of educational quality should not be restricted by the use of this program. The paper describes the possibilities of educational quality control development with the help of online technologies.

The development of information technology allows applying complex mathematical algorithms. For example, machine learning (ML) procedures are used in almost all humans life areas: smart home systems, online recommendation systems intelligent chatbots and so on. This creates a huge demand for specialists in data analysis and ML. Modern data analysis packages often do not require deep knowledge from a specialist, which allows to apply all ML algorithms without a deep understanding of their work. However, the main problem is that the data is not suitable for the algorithm and as a result, the algorithm cannot detect all the patterns or does it incorrectly. This situation can be acceptable in pet projects and is completely unacceptable in cases where the algorithm error costs a lot of money or human lives. In this paper the analysis of ML algorithms and the possibility of their application to forest fires data are done.

The article deals with the problems associated with the widespread introduction of digital and information technologies in various sectors of the economy of the Russian Federation, including in the transport and logistics sector. Digitalization and informatization of the transport complex, logistics processes that were perceived not so long ago as something far from reality, today are the basis of modern transport business processes prove their necessity and efficiency. The paper analyzes various informational technical transport systems (ITS) of transport and transport infrastructure management, and shows that the implementation process is not quite systematic on Russian roads. It is shown that the lack of common standards and technological platforms leads to the emergence of a number of problems, such as electromagnetic and information incompatibility, unacceptable threats and risks, cyber security, organizational disunity, inconsistency and chaos of ITS management. It is shown that to create and ITS transport industry, it is necessary to promote a unified set of standards, a single technological platform, use the principles of system engineering and build an IT architecture and infrastructure. Not timely adoption of integration measures may further lead to a traffic collapse, or Russia's lag in the development of intelligent transport and transport infrastructure.

Modern quality management systems are based on the concept of a systems approach that enables one to combine into a single node all possible aspects of a company activity. These systems, which use digital technologies extensively, turn an innovative transport company into a modern and efficient world-class enterprise.

Nowadays, millions of people use the car as a mean of transport on a daily basis, whether it is taxi or personal transport. The automotive industry is actively developing, and more people are using the products of their activities. The number of car owners is increasing every day. Statistics show that every hour a new driver moves out in a brand new car. Detection of vehicles, mentioning categories of video data sequence, is an important but challenging task in terms of observing city traffic. The main difficulty of this task is that it requires the accurate localization of relatively small vehicles in complex scenes and must detect them in real time. The paper discusses the development of an application for the classification of vehicles in a video stream using neural network technologies.
