Currently, non-destructive testing methods, X-ray computed tomography method in particular, are widely used to diagnose critical products in all major industries (nuclear industry, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, energy, aerospace, oil and gas). An important step in assessing the quality of a product material is the X-ray tomographic scanning results analysis by an operator via specialized software. This paper presents an overview of existing solutions for the tomographic research results analyzing, identifies the main drawbacks and problems of modern methods of various products serviceability assessment.

In modern society higher education has become one of the most sought-after spheres of human activity, regarded as a leading factor in the social and economic progress of the country and the personal growth of the individual. Individualization in higher education is not a new trend in the existing traditional education system, but a necessary condition for building a new modern and effective education system. On the other hand, in the conditions of a constantly changing, technologies, economic models, social institutions and public norms, higher education begins to undergo significant changes and becomes widespread in terms of using online platforms. In the article, the authors, based on an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of mass and individual education, as well as the world best practices, suggested a combined model for the joint use of mass and individual education technologies to form the most popular educational programs and courses.

In an age of constant development of technology and rapid changes, teachers have not only to monitor the changes and be in trend, but also try to succeed in it, they need to apply innovations to their work as efficiently as possible and be able to choose the tool that would meet the needs of both the student and teachers. Today, an increasing number of people is studying online. This is the result of the fact that the times of fierce competition have come, when specialists are forced to master new tools and technologies in order to outpace competitors. Thus, in spite of a number of advantages that distance learning gives, it also leads to certain difficulties, with which one must be able to work, and has a number of disadvantages that must be eliminated in order to obtain the maximum effect.

The developed method of constructing generalized models of management and environmental forecasting processes on complex modified techno-natural systems is proposed. The construction of generalized models is based on accumulated empirical experience of well-known science schools and prominent scientists using the capabilities of modern computer technology. As a rule, leading scientists' accumulated experience is generalized, and it is presented as empirical formulas. The construction of generalized models is performed on the basis of computational experiment using mathematical theory of experiment planning. The objects of the research are the subsystems of natural landscapes as a complex modified geosystem, they are: slope subsystem; ravine and gully subsystem; river subsystem and water management complex. Conceptual models and algorithms of construction and solution of the scientific problem of complex techno-natural systems' management such as the mountain and foothill landscape are presented in the report developed by Russian scientific schools.

The article deals with the problems associated with the widespread introduction of digital and information technologies in various sectors of the economy of the Russian Federation, including in the transport and logistics sector. Digitalization and informatization of the transport complex, logistics processes that were perceived not so long ago as something far from reality, today are the basis of modern transport business processes prove their necessity and efficiency. The paper analyzes various informational technical transport systems (ITS) of transport and transport infrastructure management, and shows that the implementation process is not quite systematic on Russian roads. It is shown that the lack of common standards and technological platforms leads to the emergence of a number of problems, such as electromagnetic and information incompatibility, unacceptable threats and risks, cyber security, organizational disunity, inconsistency and chaos of ITS management. It is shown that to create and ITS transport industry, it is necessary to promote a unified set of standards, a single technological platform, use the principles of system engineering and build an IT architecture and infrastructure. Not timely adoption of integration measures may further lead to a traffic collapse, or Russia's lag in the development of intelligent transport and transport infrastructure.

Modern quality management systems are based on the concept of a systems approach that enables one to combine into a single node all possible aspects of a company activity. These systems, which use digital technologies extensively, turn an innovative transport company into a modern and efficient world-class enterprise.

Nowadays, millions of people use the car as a mean of transport on a daily basis, whether it is taxi or personal transport. The automotive industry is actively developing, and more people are using the products of their activities. The number of car owners is increasing every day. Statistics show that every hour a new driver moves out in a brand new car. Detection of vehicles, mentioning categories of video data sequence, is an important but challenging task in terms of observing city traffic. The main difficulty of this task is that it requires the accurate localization of relatively small vehicles in complex scenes and must detect them in real time. The paper discusses the development of an application for the classification of vehicles in a video stream using neural network technologies.
